This is one of my favourite hotels in the Black Forest, have stayed here several times now while I’m touring Europe. The food in the restaurant is great and the staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable both the double rooms and the bijou single rooms. I am planning on returning next year for my 6th time of staying here.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very calm and beautifully decorated. Their dessert was amazing, and on top of everything else, they had the friendliest and sweetest staff.

I've been coming back to lamb for years. The new management is a breath of fresh air, and from what I can tell, things are going very well. Besides the excellent food, the friendly and knowledgeable staff is a reason to visit again.

Had a wonderful visit to Hotel Lamm. Everything in the hotel is really well executed, amazing room with lots of space and light, really nice spa facilities and pool, great food at breakfast and again at dinner. Really creative, comforting food and a diverse selection each night. Warm and friendly service throughout the hotel, I could not recommend more. Can't wait to visit again.

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the Lamm, the 2 previous times it was as a couple this time I was a solo traveller. I had a single room and was pleasantly surprised (not having stayed in a single room before) the room had a fridge that came in handy, and a view of the valley from the balcony. The balcony had a seat so could chill out on.
The restaurant was fully booked but as was a resident they found me a table, the food was lovely.
The hotel isn’t actually in Baiersbronn, it’s some 2.5 miles out.
As I said this was the 3rd time there and would definitely make it a 4th

We loved our visit at Hotel Lamm! There are so many positive points: amazing breakfast, lovely and helpful staff, a cozy spa area (the rest room is amazing), a beautiful view outside your window, and a very convenient location. We loved how we didn’t need a car to access this lovely hotel and the even more lovely outdoors. If you’re staying in the area, Hotel Lamm is a guaranteed good stay.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to hiking, nature, and with the spa ammenities it was wonderful. This was our first vacation in a while with our dog. The staff and services were very kind to us and it was a very dog friendly place. There is a service charge, and your dog must be well behaved, but that is quite normal. The massage service was wonderful and we hope to visit here again.

I loved the hotel and the restaurant was splendid! The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, sustainable, and had a beautiful view!! The complimentary breakfast was incredible with all the meat, cheese, honey, jams, bread and more!Throughout our stay we would see either David or Kevin whom greeted us with warmth and friendliness along with several other employees, the service was impeccable! We had the opportunity to have drinks on the patio and admire the 300 year old olive tree. We enjoyed the swimming pool, don't miss out on the showers in the pool area, all I will say is try them out yourself! While many may want to seek out the restaurants with Michelin stars, don't miss this little gem by dining at the hotel restaurant; the food was outstanding! I especially enjoyed the sample platter so I could experience more than one menu item. Don't forget the walnut ice cream it was so delicious, I am still longing for it! We went for a hike, walked around the area and I felt like I stepped into a storybook. I can't wait to return and spent more time relaxing at this little hidden gem!!!
