Very upper class, extremely expensive ie(200€ for a steak). That said though it's extremely modern and very comfortable.

It's all great, especially when travelling with children and/or dogs! Lots of sports classes and friendly staff! Many pools, saunas, whirlpools etc

Why, again not use a refillable solution? Much fancier and more sustainable! Our towels were replaced despite not having put them in the bath tub, as indicated. and the bed remade after only 2 nights

Outstanding service and hospitality. Excellent breakfast buffet with a huge selection. The food was super fresh and extremely tasty.

My wife book a facial treatment 'Classic facial treatment 60 min' I brought her down to the Spa, left her by the pool and arranged with the male attendant on the desk that at 11:00 he would escort my wife to the treatment room

I was waiting for her at 12:00 and a few minutes after she came out. All looked well she said it had been good and the male attendant had been very good getting her from the pool to the treatment room

The four of us stopped off there for a cup of coffee. Terrific views, nice coffee and very helpful staff.

Nice hotel & spa, situeted in a calm location directely by the principal road and the National park. They have good kitchen, and good massage and beauty treatment options. Staff is nice, quick and reachable all the time

OK, I disagree with the way this was done but more importantly the time their bill says this was carried out my wife had already left with me! The wellness technician had carried out the EXTRA treatment WITHIN the time of the booked treatment

The staff was very friendly, especially the lady during our check-in and the gentleman that served us during dinner, as they both spoke in English with us, which was great. They were also extremely polite and welcoming

3 Menues, Artfully prepared, fish options, vegetarian options, excellent wines, perfect service. This restaurant really deserves the international praise

The hotel is new and nicely decorated, no remarks. The location is slightly less than expected as the hotel is surounded on one side by a busy road and a railway on the other side

The room, bed, sofa, balcony & bathroom were all perfect. The rooftop was also great, with both stunning pool & sauna being excellent in addition to the many loungers/beds/relaxation spots

The pool bag in the room with sauna/bath towels was really helpful & made it really enjoyable to go to the pool. We didn't try the basement one

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-day stay. Staff, meals, room and hotel sitting areas were impeccable. The spa facilities and nearby hikes were wonderful. We are likely to go again.

Dinner was very good at Schlossberg in the same building & breakfast buffet was luxuriously excellent, with a separate smaller Murgstube room to eat in that was a bit quieter

The staff is always there to insure a wonderful time. The spa facilities are so perfect, you might never leave the building. The new outside pool lets you swim and talk to the cows in the meadows at the same time

The hotel is just great, the staff is very caring, outdoor swimming pool, saunas, large outdoor terrace for dinner, etc. And especially the calm of the nature all around ! We'll be back surely in not a long time

I will go there again, when I am in Germany next year. It's a must ! Due to a delay with our flight from Dubrovnik we did not arrive until 11 PM. Schneider was so kind to wait for us to let us in

Also, the entire Wellness area is excellent. Similarly, the diversity of the rooms. We recommend the Heselbacher Hof without restrictions at any time and look forward already to the next stay

A family run place where people are heartily welcome. A good choice of meat but try their typical plates. We all had hirsch and it was really yummy with cranberries and a sort of pasta as side dish

The owners and staff were lovely and welcoming, and the restaurant had vegan options for dinner which were very nice, and the staff even organised some special vegan items for breakfast for us! Absolutely lovely place - highly recommended!

We would highly recommend this lovely, family run hotel in the most beautiful setting in the Black Forest. Perfect to access spectacular landscapes and hiking trails in the nearby National Park areas

Breakfast, lunch buffet, and 4 course dinner were all a highlight of our trip and good value too. The room was spacious but cosy with a lovely large balcony too

Truly a great vacation! The Hotel in the black forest is very nice located and offers a varied Wellness program. For us it was pure relaxation! Also, the Team of the hotel has been very friendly and accommodating
