only regret I have is not booking a longer stay here while in Germany. My husband and I had an amazing time, had some of the best service we've experienced in both hotels and restaurants, and fell in love with the views

Amazing service. Super friendly staff. A family run business for generations and it really shows! A lot of care is put into this place. Looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful surroundings, competent, friendly service, very nice wellness area, sport program, very good food. It is a traditional hotel with many guests who have visited yearly for decades and some rooms are a bit weary

The spa has a lot of options and even though it was not very clear from the outside, the spa is quite big, has a lot of steam and sauna rooms, also has a floating pool

No AC, a towel heater that made every visit of the bathroom a sauna experience, a door key you could use as a weapon, a bed that caused nasty backpain

In one of their packages, one can get a 5 course dinner included, which takes care of all the food requirements for the day. A pleasant surprise was their cake section. The cheese cake and black forest cake were amazing

I was lucky to not find a lot of people using the SPA during my stay which meant that I was free to choose anything I wanted. Otherwise appointments are needed for some of the facilities

Very nice area, so peaceful and calm. Awarding swimming area, indoors and outdoors at 32 degrees!! Good breakfast, tasty dinner. Staff very kind and welcoming! Charger for cars 👍 Rooms are large but a bit older

The staff is always there to insure a wonderful time. The spa facilities are so perfect, you might never leave the building. The new outside pool lets you swim and talk to the cows in the meadows at the same time

The hotel is just great, the staff is very caring, outdoor swimming pool, saunas, large outdoor terrace for dinner, etc. And especially the calm of the nature all around ! We'll be back surely in not a long time

I will go there again, when I am in Germany next year. It's a must ! Due to a delay with our flight from Dubrovnik we did not arrive until 11 PM. Schneider was so kind to wait for us to let us in

Also, the entire Wellness area is excellent. Similarly, the diversity of the rooms. We recommend the Heselbacher Hof without restrictions at any time and look forward already to the next stay

Nice hotel & spa, situeted in a calm location directely by the principal road and the National park. They have good kitchen, and good massage and beauty treatment options. Staff is nice, quick and reachable all the time

Absolutely no 4 stars worth it for the following reasons - does not have the ability to eat outside because of the busy road along the terrace - all the staff not as friendly - limited choice a la carte - 3 days campari orange order, the third day, we were suddenly instead of 1 pitcher of orange juice per person but 1 pot for 2 people, why??? - gloomy interior

Attended a wedding/reception here, and everyone on staff was quite pleasant and the hotel was nice.

The owners and staff were lovely and welcoming, and the restaurant had vegan options for dinner which were very nice, and the staff even organised some special vegan items for breakfast for us! Absolutely lovely place - highly recommended!

We would highly recommend this lovely, family run hotel in the most beautiful setting in the Black Forest. Perfect to access spectacular landscapes and hiking trails in the nearby National Park areas

Truly a great vacation! The Hotel in the black forest is very nice located and offers a varied Wellness program. For us it was pure relaxation! Also, the Team of the hotel has been very friendly and accommodating

We are travelling with a 10 month old baby and had all the amenities we could wish for (baby cot, high chair at meals, lots of toys in the lounge). The three course dinner was tasty and breakfast was varied

The sauna and wellness facilities are luxurious, with a beautiful Mediterranean flair, the room (double, comfort) very spacey and clean, the bathroom newly renovated and fresh

The restaurant is very good. A positive waiter, delicious food and overall a nice experience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends.

Far from good and bad because almost fifteen euros are really not appropriate if you use a special spicy mountain cheese again, a shame but that is much better but for 10 euros, at least many others can do that, especially since baiersbronn has a lot of catching up to do and not much to offer has, extremely much rundown houses without flair there is more than need for action!
