My wife book a facial treatment 'Classic facial treatment 60 min' I brought her down to the Spa, left her by the pool and arranged with the male attendant on the desk that at 11:00 he would escort my wife to the treatment room

I was waiting for her at 12:00 and a few minutes after she came out. All looked well she said it had been good and the male attendant had been very good getting her from the pool to the treatment room

The four of us stopped off there for a cup of coffee. Terrific views, nice coffee and very helpful staff.

Very good hotel and its 15 min away of villages

Nice hotel & spa, situeted in a calm location directely by the principal road and the National park. They have good kitchen, and good massage and beauty treatment options. Staff is nice, quick and reachable all the time

It's all great, especially when travelling with children and/or dogs! Lots of sports classes and friendly staff! Many pools, saunas, whirlpools etc

Why, again not use a refillable solution? Much fancier and more sustainable! Our towels were replaced despite not having put them in the bath tub, as indicated. and the bed remade after only 2 nights

This spa hotel is truly exceptional. The saunas, steam rooms, and pools are immaculate and well-maintained

From the beautiful (LARGE!!) rooms to the gorgeous grounds and the fantastic meals (there truly is something for everyone), this hotel is a dream. But really, it’s their service that sets them apart from everything else

We arrived with screaming, miserable children, and they immediately handled our car and luggage. The room was set up for both my girls, with special slippers, toiletries, and welcome sweets and drinks for each of us

? Vegetarian food: while it is on offer and is Lovely, it feels not really made for vegetarians but more for meat eaters who want to take a break. (compared to other hotels, such as seezeit Lodge)

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-day stay. Staff, meals, room and hotel sitting areas were impeccable. The spa facilities and nearby hikes were wonderful. We are likely to go again.

The pool bag in the room with sauna/bath towels was really helpful & made it really enjoyable to go to the pool. We didn't try the basement one

The room, bed, sofa, balcony & bathroom were all perfect. The rooftop was also great, with both stunning pool & sauna being excellent in addition to the many loungers/beds/relaxation spots

We also made a demand for an upgrade in the room, but in the end we received anther type (not a big desaster) because our demand was lost somewhere. Moreover, not all staff members are equaly polite

The whole place was a joy, with very helpful & friendly staff. We had a stunning room, for which the listing photos don't convey the high quality at all

Snacks & drinks (order by phone from reception) were good service, but not always kept stocked (& mojito was too strong with not enough mint or ice)

The staff is always there to insure a wonderful time. The spa facilities are so perfect, you might never leave the building. The new outside pool lets you swim and talk to the cows in the meadows at the same time

Family-run Hotel in a beautiful location, You always feel welcome. Friendly staff, always helpful. The generous Spa-area with indoor swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool. Great selection at Breakfast and dinner

The hotel is just great, the staff is very caring, outdoor swimming pool, saunas, large outdoor terrace for dinner, etc. And especially the calm of the nature all around ! We'll be back surely in not a long time

A very well maintained and family-run Hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. The Spa area and the Indoor/outdoor pools were in very good condition and appealing. Breakfast and dinner excellent

I will go there again, when I am in Germany next year. It's a must ! Due to a delay with our flight from Dubrovnik we did not arrive until 11 PM. Schneider was so kind to wait for us to let us in

Also, the entire Wellness area is excellent. Similarly, the diversity of the rooms. We recommend the Heselbacher Hof without restrictions at any time and look forward already to the next stay

The food and service was excellent. If u find the way to the pool and Sauna's it's great 😂. But the staff are helpful to explain how to get there.

Absolutely no 4 stars worth it for the following reasons - does not have the ability to eat outside because of the busy road along the terrace - all the staff not as friendly - limited choice a la carte - 3 days campari orange order, the third day, we were suddenly instead of 1 pitcher of orange juice per person but 1 pot for 2 people, why??? - gloomy interior

We went there with a big group of bikers. The have been incredibly well received. All the staff is very welcoming, nice and smiling. The swimming pool great and correctly heated. A big thank you to the staff!

Attended a wedding/reception here, and everyone on staff was quite pleasant and the hotel was nice.

The owners and staff were lovely and welcoming, and the restaurant had vegan options for dinner which were very nice, and the staff even organised some special vegan items for breakfast for us! Absolutely lovely place - highly recommended!

We would highly recommend this lovely, family run hotel in the most beautiful setting in the Black Forest. Perfect to access spectacular landscapes and hiking trails in the nearby National Park areas

Truly a great vacation! The Hotel in the black forest is very nice located and offers a varied Wellness program. For us it was pure relaxation! Also, the Team of the hotel has been very friendly and accommodating

We are travelling with a 10 month old baby and had all the amenities we could wish for (baby cot, high chair at meals, lots of toys in the lounge). The three course dinner was tasty and breakfast was varied

The sauna and wellness facilities are luxurious, with a beautiful Mediterranean flair, the room (double, comfort) very spacey and clean, the bathroom newly renovated and fresh

The restaurant is very good. A positive waiter, delicious food and overall a nice experience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends.
