Hospitable and professional staff. Beautiful scenery overlooking Bitchen and it's breweries. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Germany.

Nice quiet location. A nice park is just across the street. Good selection for breakfast. Nice pool , Sauna, Vapor room, etc.

Beautiful property... about a 25min walk to historical down town. You can take a cab but it’s a awesome walk thought wine country! The hotel staff was very nice this is a large property with lots todo.

(Don't get your hopes up, it's all fake). In this (extreme) hot period it's also very hot and humid in the rooms even at night. (No airco) Food is reasonable, nothing to get excited about, but you'll life

It's dated, the "rooms" are pretty small but the apartments are of a good size. Plumbing, kitchen, shower/bathtub is ok. Colors are basically Brown and dark brown and tad's of gold

Stayed for 7 weeks best experience! I recommend to go in this hotel! 🥳 The view is the best , small room but ok the beds were really comfortable and large the price is fine .. Top chef in the restaurant.

Only tried the restaurant and not the accommodation. Menu contains traditional German food. Good service.

Worst of all, though, was getting stuck for half an hour trying to leave in the morning while hotel staff tried to get a hold of the only person who was able to check us out - apparently 8 AM is an unreasonably early hour to check out of this hotel

Not as luxurious as you'd expect given the prices and frankly disappointing. Dinner was okay, but nothing special; the breakfast was relatively meager by German standards

Pro tip: pay the night before or risk losing part of your vacation to Märchenhotelbürokratie :(

Anyways, the spa is like a maze. But while your check-in you get a little map with all explanations, and staff is very helpful. The breakfast it big and nice. The dinner is also very good but mostly culinary

The staff was very attentive and friendly, especially to my mum. Requests were immediately attended to and we were several times delighted with unexpected surprises especially on my birthday and at checkout

Really nice bath and furniture. But I'm missing the air condition. With 38 degrees over day temperature outside. I would really recommend an air on in the room otherwise you can't get any sleep

We went for lovely walks in the adjacent forrest and parks and enjoyed several pleasant outings to Bernkastel Kues via the complimentary hotel taxi. Everything appeared smooth and convenient

We loved every minute, from chilling in one of the many 'Ruheraeume' and 'schlemmen' on any of the various tasty snacks or beautifully presented tasty breakfasts and dinners

Fabulous hotel, friendly staff and well equipped rooms with wonderful views of the Mosel from our private balcony. Can't recommend it enough.

Views of the Mossel river from cozy teddy bear themed hotel. A fresh delicious breakfast with scrambled eggs made to order and friendly staff. The single room was a bit snug but very nice non the less.

Nice breakfast and quite strict corona safety regulations applied! Nice showroom, and nice garden with view and chairs.

Hotel was perfect for an overnight stay. This has the best private sauna. There is plenty of parking for everyone. 4 stars because breakfast was packed and we had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated. Rooms are clean.

Stayed here in 2015 fantastic breakfast layout great service from all the staff and nice clean rooms. Lots of free parking and only 5 minutes walk in to town just takes longer to stagger back after a few local drinks.

Tucked away from the touristy side of Bernkastel Kues - on the Kues side of the Mosel River. Super friendly service made us feel really welcome

The rooms are so quaint, the staff are so friendly and attentive, location is central. Restaurant across has some of the best food I've ever had. I ordered the grilles salmon, with potatoes and cooked spinach.

A beautiful town with a charming centre in the traditional German style. If your staying at a local hotel a voucher is available to allow parking in public car parks. (5euros 2019).

The renovated hotel is located directly on the Moselle. Great starting point for hiking and cycling. Everything is clean and well maintained

What I do have complains is about the mysterious noises I heard all night. At first I thought it was the other customers staying next door but the next morning I found out that I was entirely alone all night long

Amazing staff, best hotel breakfast we’ve had in 2021, and an amazing spa experience. Just make sure to make reservations at the restaurant as it books early. Love that they are pet friendly too!

For being a Titanium Elite I made a reservation ahead of time to get a decent room. I got switched for some reason. The cottage was amazing and don’t have any complaints at all about the inside commodities

Scary a little bit but nothing to be concerned about if you can handle it. Other than that, I did not want to use the indoor pool because it was cold outside and is an inconvenience to walk there

We were extremely disappointed especially because the hotel was full and they could not switch us back to a castle room. The hotel and Marriott could not explain how this happened

Nice and good hotel with a good restaurant with specials from the Italian kitchen, the service in the hotel and restaurant were super, friendly people, and always helpfull, grazie Mille Salvatore and team This small village Kues is nice and very authentic, the hotel is so situated that it is quiet, and the have a garage to park the bike

Parking was a ways down the street and there didn't seem to be a way to drive to the front of the hotel to drop off luggsge. Breakfast buffet on the other hand was amazing, though no coffee refills were offered

Great location and friendly staff. Room was a bit dated, and bed was not very comfortable. Loved having an extra space ("conservatory") but the couch was old and sagging

Ensuite bathroom was superb and nice size room. Private garage for our motorcycles. Good breakfast and close to all bars and restaurants.

The siblings are very nice and helpful. The view of the vineyards from the terrace is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious and served in the beautiful old restaurant. The rooms are simple but bright, clean and cosy

Probably quite good for cyclists, as the bikes can be parked in a garage. Rooms are spacious but not modern and very noisy. Church 50 meters away provides half-hourly time information. Access via steep outside stairs
