Nice quiet location. A nice park is just across the street. Good selection for breakfast. Nice pool , Sauna, Vapor room, etc.

Hospitable and professional staff. Beautiful scenery overlooking Bitchen and it's breweries. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Germany.

Beautiful property... about a 25min walk to historical down town. You can take a cab but it’s a awesome walk thought wine country! The hotel staff was very nice this is a large property with lots todo.

(Don't get your hopes up, it's all fake). In this (extreme) hot period it's also very hot and humid in the rooms even at night. (No airco) Food is reasonable, nothing to get excited about, but you'll life

We stayed 2 mights and we had a very nice room with a Spa Bath. The room was clean but I was not really happy that they only clean the rokms every second day

Food is great, waiters very nice. Make sure to book massages etc in advance, it is trickier to plan it in here, as other people also use their services.

Good but not great Overall good, but the breakfast buffé was not very fresh at 11 am and the gym was less then expected given the focus of the hotel.

The experience is all round one of the best wellness hotels we ever stayed in. All staff was freindly and helpfull. The wellness area has a lot to offer and the food in the restaurant was exelent and full off choices

My favorite wellness hotel, great clean rooms, wonderful service, lovingly furnished, the restaurant very versatile. Just to relax and switch off and enjoy! The wellness area was very clean and varied

The rooms are so quaint, the staff are so friendly and attentive, location is central. Restaurant across has some of the best food I've ever had. I ordered the grilles salmon, with potatoes and cooked spinach.

A beautiful town with a charming centre in the traditional German style. If your staying at a local hotel a voucher is available to allow parking in public car parks. (5euros 2019).

Had a fantastic experience here with my friends! The Indian food—paneer tikka, kadhai paneer, naan, and dal makhani—was absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavors

What a great Hotel. Rooms have a fantastic view of the city and vineyards. The breakfast is unreal everything you want from a German meal.

We had an enjoyable stay and would stay there again the next time we are in the area.

The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was amazing (buffet with lots of options German style). Parking was important to us and for the place to be in walking distance to the city centre (about 15 min or so)

My wife and I enjoyed our three-night stay in October 2024. The room was spacious and clean, though the furniture seemed dated

The only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are not very well insulated and you could hear noise from the neighbouring rooms. Also, there is no fridge in the room (didn’t bother us but something to be aware of)

Great room with very comfortable beds, very convenient situation (15 min by foot to the center of Bernkastel-Kues), parking spots available and one of the best breakfasts in terms of choice and quality.

Views of the Mossel river from cozy teddy bear themed hotel. A fresh delicious breakfast with scrambled eggs made to order and friendly staff. The single room was a bit snug but very nice non the less.

No need to write lots - great hotel, staff, food and atmosphere, their wine tasting room next door has 5 Gault and Millau grapes... that's pretty much says it all. On or off season, it's amazing.

We were planning to stop in the next city but couldn't stop us after seeing this building. The walk around the river is highly recommended. With beautiful winter sun it seemed like a paradise

We also received a complimentary upgrade due to my Bonvoy status to a fabulous junior suite overlooking both the river and the vineyard. The room was tastefully grandiose, old world charm meets modern amenities

However, Mark from the front office provided us with a lot of local recommendations and we did go to a local wine producer and had a great tasting there (and bought a lot of wine :)

Seamless check-in, we enjoyed our welcome drink in the beautiful adjacent library, followed by Mark giving us a tour of the property and all the information about the hotel

Set within a large arched commodious cellarage, the surroundings and food were of high quality with friendly and efficient service. A memorable dining for a special event!

We've stayed here before so we knew what to expect generally. This time we selected a mosel-view room in the main building - we have had rooms in one of the other buildings previously

This beautiful hotel on the Mosel bank has multiple buildings where the rooms are lokated. We were happy to find a spacious, clean room with a nice bed and a good view of the surrounding mountains

The restaurant is beautiful, the food delicious both morning and night, and the staff extremely service minded

We got a parking place both nights but only just. Access to the main building is up a flight of 10 steps, which should be noted by anyone with mobility issues. There is a lift to bedroom floors internally

We decided on a short break , a well deserved , well needed one - and this was probably the best decision this year. I only wish we could have stayed longer than two nights. Location on the river was so beautiful

Nice rooms with view of the Mosel river. Beautiful Spa, with the option of the private spa, which I can highly recommend! Even got to see the Christmas market, so it was just late November. We had a great time!

Gym facilities and pool all top quality, only slight disappointment was sauna not being open before 11am. Service was incredibly friendly and all the amenities you could ever need

Vegetarian food options at any time of the day were available, although not always particularly refined. Additionally some vegan options at the breakfast buffet and on the dinner menue would be an asset

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Friendly staff that was very attentive. We payed extra to get a balcony and that was well spent money. A beautiful view over the Mosel river! The food was good and well priced

Nice sun garden and pool with both sun and shadow. The only thing that makes it four instead of five stars was a very hard bed and a hopeless pillow

We only went to the restaurant, i can't really speak on the hotel portion as I have never been inside. Excellent food, the service was great and they were very polite with our poor attempts at speaking german

Food and service here is great. The restaurant's decor is elegant but the prices reasonable. They aIso have a extensive wine selection. I had the ribeye which came with potatoes that were sweet and spicy

My wife had the daily multi course menu for 24 euros. She got pumpkin soup, salad, rumpsteak, and a parfait. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends

Fifth time we stayed here and will visit again. Nice restaurant and great location in the Moselle. Short distance to Bernkastel and very quiet. I hope to be back in summer with more of my family

We dined in on 2 nights out of three and had very well prepared local food. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs

My only minor criticism is that their ability to deal with credit and debit cards was iffy. That said, we were able to settle our bill without having to resort to cash

Nice and good hotel with a good restaurant with specials from the Italian kitchen, the service in the hotel and restaurant were super, friendly people, and always helpfull, grazie Mille Salvatore and team This small village Kues is nice and very authentic, the hotel is so situated that it is quiet, and the have a garage to park the bike

Parking was a ways down the street and there didn't seem to be a way to drive to the front of the hotel to drop off luggsge. Breakfast buffet on the other hand was amazing, though no coffee refills were offered

Great location and friendly staff. Room was a bit dated, and bed was not very comfortable. Loved having an extra space ("conservatory") but the couch was old and sagging

Ensuite bathroom was superb and nice size room. Private garage for our motorcycles. Good breakfast and close to all bars and restaurants.

The siblings are very nice and helpful. The view of the vineyards from the terrace is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious and served in the beautiful old restaurant. The rooms are simple but bright, clean and cosy

Cozy and nostalgic hotel, rather a B&B. Close to the Moselle and bridge over it. Clean stay and nice breakfast.

Probably quite good for cyclists, as the bikes can be parked in a garage. Rooms are spacious but not modern and very noisy. Church 50 meters away provides half-hourly time information. Access via steep outside stairs
