It's a decent hotel, a bit pricey for what you get during high season. The room was clean but dated. The staff is friendly and breakfast is good. The location is excellent, right in front of Binz beach.

One of the best and first Indonesian Spa with full design and capacities. The hotel is super pet friendly, has a nice bar with cigar lounge and a library

We came to this hotel to try Ayurveda. It was something new and unusual for me personally, especially food. I really liked the massage that the girl Beenu did, it was very relaxing and the pain in my legs went away

The guest rooms are very nice, comfortable, spacious and best views balcony and huge terraces. Nice outdoor culinary venues and along many Private Palace Hotels food & beverage outlets along the promenade

We love the hotel staff, who at one time were the only hotel who took us in in the middle of the night after another hotel on the island turned us away. The staff was also super accommodating for our dog

The rooms are big and the location is quiet and safe, at the very end of the beach with tall green hills behind it. We have a feeling that it is great for all times of the year

Visited their spa / therme (we did not stay over night) and it was amazing. They have 3 pools, two with salt water and one with mineral water

The entrance to the spa is 36 euro per day but it has a cheaper price of 18 euros in the morning until 13. Can't be booked online but at the spa reception only

It is better to ask before you come, where you can park your car (there are three possibilities, not everyone is directly at the hotel) and also how it works with your towels and room cleaning

Absolutely beautiful location, the beach has bright white soft sand. Great rooms and service. Close to national park. Great WiFi.

I recently had the opportunity to spend 10 days at the Travel Charme Kurhaus Binz, a hotel with a rich history and personality, located on the spectacular Rügen Island, specifically in the Binz area

The hotel's location, right down to the Baltic Sea, was perfect as we enjoy bathing in the ocean in the morning. Tastefully decorated, and with very friendly staff. We used the spa area a lot and enjoyed it

The rooms are spacious and well maintained, although there is room for improvement in certain aspects. For example, the beds creak and the bedding and pillows could be softer and newer

They are efficient, attentive, and friendly, and even remembered my coffee preference before I requested it. Finally, the hotel’s terrace is a wonderful place to have breakfast, lunch, and have some drinks

As for the reception staff at the hotel, although they are efficient, not all of them speak English, which can make communication difficult for international tourists

Great family hotel. Pool is excellent and the apartment had everything you need for a weeks stay. Beach right there and we could watch the sun rise from our balcony.

We spent Easter Weekend here and this hotel was really above my expectations! We booked apartments with kitchen and separate sleeping room, and got realy spacious apartments with two balcons , two beds and also couch that fits two people ! We felt very comfortable here

For what it is, it's wonderful. 3-star hotels come with limitations- found some other reviews quite harsh, considering the price point of this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean

during very active times of the day, but again, this is common-place these days, and the team are doing the best they can, always on top and keeping it positive

We had a great stay at the hotel. Location is amazing, right on the beach. Lots of places to eat etc near by. The breakfast at the hotel was great. And the staff were the best part

Very nice location just by the waterfront. Friendly staff, spacious rooms and good areas to relax in. Take a timeout in the Spa with four different saunas, away from the crowded beach.

Absolute perfection! (Just keep in mind to avoid deception that there is no air-condition and there are still today some people smoking on balconies and in outside areas

The spa was REALLY good, the pool was a little too cold for my taste, but the rest was pure icing on the cake

What makes this place exceptional is it's 100% dedication to service, although the one male member we encountered still has to take some lessons in this regard, but I am sure that with - female - guidance - he will eventually get there too!

It is very smart that cold cuts and fish are in a separate, cooled location. Egg choices are being asked by the service staff and prepared and served to you, you don't have to stand in line

The breakfast room is at an excellent location, facing the sea front and the "Promenade" of Binz. The choice and quality of the food is excellent

Arrived early @11:00 - room was ready - a bonus. Breakfast was good as always. Sunny balcony at rear [no sea view]. Sauna/spa empty.

Our room was at the 4th and fifth floor - we had a balcony with a free view over neighbour houses and a side sea view

Great location in the centre, 2 minutes from the beach. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was good. The suite was really cozy, clean and well designed

I am very conflicted about this hotel! It has many very good points: a nice spa with pool, whirlpool, sauna. The best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. But there is two big buts: No airconditioner in the room

Perfect location. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Room is comfortable and clean. Unfortunately no Air conditioner. But you can close the curtain during sunny times to keep the room temperature cool.

But then noise from outside bothers you… also you cannot completely darken the room as a part of the windows can’t be covered by curtains, in our room on the 3d floor at least

Lived at Arkona Strandrecidenzen connected to the hotel and only had the breakfast buffet here every morning for a week. It was great!!! We enjoyed it very much

It must be said that the personal here is some of the most friendly and helpfull we have ever experienced!! Thanks for making the beginning of our days great🌹

The rooftop bar is very nice, it is decorated in style and has sea views. The personnel is really friendly. Definitely the place to be in Binz.

It seems that this hotel was build during the 70s and hasn't developed too much since then which is typical in this part of the island

The hotel also has an indoor pool, WiFi and parking. the leaf gold decorations were memorable. A note: None of the staff spoke English /beyond the most rudimentary) during the visit

Clean and well organised, the apartments were awesome especially with the big windows and terrace. If you have kids take the apartment. Happy to stay here.

My review refers to a “country-style” double room. The rather small room was equipped with very low beds with sharp edges that could establish a risk of injury. There is a lack of storage space for suitcases

The cleaning of the living room and bathroom was perfect. The service was also correct. Noteworthy is the excellent breakfast, the wellness area and the shuttle service from the train station

There is an indoor pool that you can use for one hour per room. Simply enter in a list with date and time. Breakfast is rich and delicious. When the weather is nice you can sit outside

Breakfast is included and very good, in the evening or for coffee you can sit at the bar or on the terrace. The staff are all very friendly. One can only recommend Villa Seefrieden

The guesthouse is located directly on the Schmachter See and you are only 5 minutes (700 meters) from the beach. The rooms are well equipped and very clean

TV was unfortunately not so great because the speaker was probably broken you had to make an effort to understand something. But it wasn't bad, since we didn't go on vacation to watch TV

The Suite hotel is so great and I can Renommee to. Theresa is a big playhall eher the Kids up froh 2 years can play so mich stuff. The stuff is gern Nixe and help full the Rooms are little bit small but nice

Very nice suites, with a balcony and large windows. The suites can also be booked by couples. There were a lot of couples there. Great breakfast buffet until 11 a. Very helpful and friendly staff

Very nice hotel. Distance to the beach: 2 minutes. The employees are very relaxed, which makes it very easy to switch off and relax. Everything is well maintained and clean. We would like to come again!

The only drawback is parking prices - unfortunately you have to rely on them - otherwise you are only allowed to park for 2 hours on the public road - of course for a fee!

Booking was easy and uncomplicated. The personal contact with the landlord in advance and the support were very good. Central location, very well equipped apartment, thanks to good mattresses we slept excellently

After cleaning was not necessary. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, so we were able to cook a lot ourselves and enjoyed it. We would recommend the apartment at any time and book it again immediately

Not too much in the center and very quiet. But the center can still be reached quickly on foot, so that you can go for a quick stroll or go to the beach at any time. Also, never had such a clean house

The Baltic Sea resort of Binz is probably the most famous place on Rügen. I found and booked a modern holiday apartment with sea views here with Mr. The apartment was beautiful as expected

The apartment is very centrally located in the center of Binz near the beach. All the main points of contact within the town are only a few minutes' walk away

Neat & clean. Well maintained. Next to train station, convenient for train commuters. Großbahnhof / main bus stop is also next to it. Beach is walkable. Indoor swim & sauna just amazing.

They picked us up late, when no taxies were there! They have an amazing service and the apartment is clean and pretty! Really good breakfast! This deserves 5stars!! You should go visit!
