Great family hotel. Right on the beach and the pool area is fantastic. We stayed in an apartment which was well equipped with everything you need. It's quite a walk to town but on a warm summer evening, that is fine. Really enjoyed our stay.

The room was big and clean with a big balcony. The stuff is friendly and helpfull.The restaurant was very nice, good food with great presantation. Breakfast rich and various. The only downside is that some of the parking spots( not all) are very tight.

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean and big. The only negative point, the romantic room didn't have much in common with the photo on the homepage. No curtains, four-poster bed and no pictures on the wall. The staff is very friendly and hard-working. Breakfast buffet was very tasty and plentiful. Due to the great layout at breakfast, it was never too crowded. We had a very nice vacation here.

We stayed here at the Wächter Hotel for 5 days. We were greeted very warmly. The room was clean and plenty of storage space. The knight theme was also implemented well. The hotel is a good 15 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast is sufficient BUT the glass dishes could be used again 🙈 The Rasende Roland drives by here several times a day. All in all, a good hotel.

I spent 14 days at the Hotel Landhaus Waechter and found the time to be very pleasant. Very tasty breakfast, especially the fresh bread, a clean room, friendly staff and very quiet. I found it particularly good that you can request room service individually. Highly recommended.

Well I should have known what to expect. I arrived on a Thursday and there were many young school groups. It was was living a real life nightmare. Kids screaming, running around at high speeds and slamming doors and destroying the bathrooms. All the school groups checked out on Friday so the weekend was like heaven and very quite. As others have mentioned, the check-in process is quite bureaucratic; I couldn't check in until the checkout time had ended, even though there was a vast empty field for me to put up my tent in! Thankfully they let me put it up in advance and check in later. The guesthouse is located directly on the Schmachter See and you are only 5 minutes (700 meters) from the beach. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. Breakfast is included and very good, in the evening or for coffee you can sit at the bar or on the terrace. The staff are all very friendly. One can only recommend Villa Seefrieden
