Receptionists should know about the best local hiking trail from Sassnitz to Königstuhl, but instead they said “You cannot hike there”. We did in fact hike 8km that day. Not very helpful staff in this regard.

Great hotel fist line to the beach in Binz. Large lovely rooms with balcony, good service and a very good breakfast. Nice spa area and a nice restaurant. Great for families.

The whole experience was great from the friendly receptionist, the cosy ambiance of the lobby with the candles all over. I got a spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the sea like a mini suite. The food at the very romantic restaurant is very good with helpful staff and smiling. You should definitely book a spa treatment and Sandra with her magical hands could relax my head pain and neck stiffness...

I travel a lot and spend around 150 days in hotels around the world. I expected more from a 5-star hotel. Positive: the location right on the beach, perfect breakfast, first-class staff. I didn't like the room facilities: the furnishings were OK, the electrical fittings were outdated (the same as they were 20 years ago), the bathroom was OK but nothing special for a 5-star hotel, the bed... well.....

Family trip to Binz Great location in Binz with short walks to everything you need, esp. the beach right outside of the hotel. The breakfast and bbq buffet was outstanding. The rooms are a bit dated by now. Very small toiletries, esp. for stays for more than 1 day.

Amazing hotel with incredible food and service. But most outstanding is the Spa building with saunas and pools. I was most surprised by the amount of spa treatments!!! I’ve had two face treatments, massages and a pedicure. The spa staff is very nice and professional especially Yvonne that helped me with advice how to improve my beauty routine in general.

Breakfast was lovely, staff were very attentive and friendly. The whole place was excellent. Situated on the "main" street of Sellin. approx 5 minutes to the beach/promenade, lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Supermarket and train station- 10 minutes. The hotel has bikes you can rent also. A great location for a relaxing break in a quiet little town.

The size of the balcony is ridiculous, there is only one chair for two people on it, and there is no partition between the room next door. Some of the furniture is outdated.

Binz 2019 A lovely destination with lots to see around or just to lie on the fantastic beach. We usually try to stay at the Arkona Strandhotel as it fulfills our wishes and is right on the beach, in addition it is walking distance to most things

Great, modern hotel, with straight access to the public beach. Good value for money considering that Binz is arguably an upmarket sea resort.

This hotel is such a treat with beautiful ammenities, fantastic food, friendly staff in. Picturesque location. We travelled around Europe from New Zealand and this was our favourite place real luxury!

The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but they're clean and reasonably priced. The sauna facilities are extensive, but unfortunately, they're only open until 8 p.m.

The hotel is in a PERFECT location to the beach, the breakfast and dinner were incredible. The facilities seemed to me a little old, the cleanliness in the bathroom of the room should be deeper (EVERYTHING RELATED TO THE TOILET). Would you recommend? YES.

Beautiful spa with amazing facilities. The buffet which was €27 was absolutely delicious and very well priced. The people that work are very helpful and courteous. Relaxing stay The included breakfast was amazing. Very clean and modern, yet cozy vibe. The location is central and close to the beach, pier, shops, and cafes. The spa with sauna and steam room was so comforting after hiking on a rainy day.

Great location in the centre, 2 minutes from the beach. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was good. The suite was really cozy, clean and well designed. Also the spa area was everything we hopes for for our weekend stay! :) Definitely recommended!

My 4th trip to Binz, decided to stay here this time. Excellent location. 10-15mins walk from Binz HBF. 5-8mins walk to the beach. Very clean hotel. Towels were changed daily unless requested otherwise. Bedsheet will not be changed as standard of Europe. Very friendly staff. A quite nice hotel, is a bit worn out by now and the spa area as well. So in terms of price compared to many other hotels is a bit too high, I think. But a nice town with nice restaurants, a nice beach and promenade.

Binz For a hotel in this price range, it's rather mediocre. Small ground-floor room facing the courtyard driveway without air conditioning. Very hot and no way to cool down. The wellness area is quite nice. The breakfast also tends to be more budget-friendly. Cold cuts and the like are definitely not from the deli counter. Scrambled eggs are just like the competitors' ready-made eggs. It's a shame...

The rooms were relatively small. The bathroom was tiny, only for one person. The maids were making noise in the hallway starting at 6:00 a.m. Parking was quite expensive at €20 per night. Good, plentiful breakfast. Nice wellness area.

This hotel is situated in the middle of the Strandpromenade in Binz with a few meters to the sandy beach. Our room was at the 4th and fifth floor - we had a balcony with a free view over neighbour houses and a side sea view. The breakfast was splendid with fresh fruit, new prepared eggs dishes - salmon, sausages, croissants etc.

the place and the standard there was nothing wrong with it but the person we checked in for didn't speak English which was a big shortcoming when you wanted to ask about things. There were staff in between who spoke English but not at the time. In the same way, it was when we checked out and wanted to ask why there was such a different price for our rooms. Fantastic location on the promenade just 50 metres from the beach, and it was worth paying more for a room with the sea view. Breakfasts were superb, and the restaurant served delicious fish dishes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed there for a week and were genuinely sorry to leave.

The hotel room was very lovingly decorated so that you could just feel at home. The fish market, the restaurant in the hotel, was also perfect. The food was simply divine. The starter "Haus Lissek" was enough for 2 people, it was so generous. Great hotel on the seafront. The rooms are modern and extremely comfortable, the bathrooms are roomy and beautiful. The spa (Turkish bath and two different kinds of sauna) is a dream. Fantastic breakfast and adorable staff. Dogs accepted.

Clean with a small but nice SPA

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Nymphe Strandhotel, and so did Scooby, my dog! We had the warmest welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. It's not always easy to travel alone with a dog, but here Scooby could come with me to breakfast, sleep in my room - and run around on the fantastic sandy beach outside. Quiet hotel, with friendly staff and super breakfast.

This stay was a dream. Direct sea view from the bed. The sound of the sea from the open window. It was good !! Large double rain shower from the bathroom ceiling. There is a glass corner in the shower and if you are a little taller you can even look at the sea from the shower or watch TV. The bed is very good. The duvet and pillows were very soft. We had a special time here. The hotel is in a great location right on the promenade, but in a quiet part. Breakfast was served on the terrace overlooking the sea and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and polite. We'll be back.

All about feel-good hotels with children & dogs. Excellent breakfast! Great ambience. Friendly staff. The only drawback is parking prices - unfortunately you have to rely on them - otherwise you are only allowed to park for 2 hours on the public road - of course for a fee!

Very nice suites, with a balcony and large windows. The suites can also be booked by couples. There were a lot of couples there. It was pleasantly quiet. Great breakfast buffet until 11 a.m. Very helpful and friendly staff. Suite very clean. You can get a parking space for a fee.

Tasteful furnishings, large suite, nice staff, good breakfast but no air conditioning in the attic, people with reduced mobility have to go through the laundry room, reception only open until 6 p.m., minibar hardly cools, balcony furniture stripped down, spa and bar across the street ...

Very nice hotel. Distance to the beach: 2 minutes. The employees are very relaxed, which makes it very easy to switch off and relax. Everything is well maintained and clean. We would like to come again!

There're two different parts on the hotel with different elevators. The one on the right takes you to the best part of the hotel, closer to the buffet restaurant and with much better rooms and views. Make sure you ask them to give you the "good" room, it has the same price as the other one. And please note: The spa is geman-like nude. You'll see some naked people.
