I wish there was more than a 5 star ⭐️ to give, this hotel has the loveliest staff, I’ve never seen this kind of hospitality since I came to Germany 🇩🇪 to be honest I recommend them over and over again guys…we hosted a mini engagement dinner and they gave us their best !

The room was clean but geting a bit old. The reception was nice and the personal was realy friendly. The breakfast was okay and the breakfast room is a little bit to dark for me. The parking Station is good and the near to the Musical Hall and Vonovia Arena is perfect.

Nice room, friendly staff, quiet environment (even with a huge tournament in the nearby RuhrCongress main hall). Also breakfast was really good! I will visit the hotel again during my next stay in Bochum!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. Lovely reception area and modern, clean rooms. My granddaughter was delighted, especially with ability to offer late room service for food. Very convenient for the football. I think the change of name of the hotel is misguided and unappealing.

Short (walking) distance to the Starlight Express Musical Theatre. Cosy rooms with an excellent wide bathroom. Very friendly and supporting staff. Gorgious breakfast with e.g. fresh baked rolls, fresh fruites, excellent coffee. All in all just a wonderful Placebo to stay !

It's a great hotel. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Nice and quiet. There is a gym on the 2nd floor, mainly cardio machines. Breakfast had a good choice. No food in the evening, which is a shame. It does a few snacks but no dinner menu.

Very quiet hotel on a public transit route, not far from the main train station. Check in is via screen with a virtual assistant. The hotel values conservation efforts, so hall lights are automated, and everything is digital, so there is no paper waste. The lobby is modern and appealing. Ice cream available for purchase, and there is a foosball table in the lobby. Everything was very clean.

I recently stayed at a GHOTEL in Bochum for a business trip. The rooms were well-maintained and cleanliness was upheld. Additionally, the self check-in process was efficient and straightforward.

I recently stayed at the hotel for business and it was very nice, much better than expected. Great staff and very quiet and chilled vibe. I would definitely stay again.

Lovley Hotel- couldn't fault it. Nice location - you can take a tram to town that take 5 minutes. Nice toom and modern bathroom. We requested a cot for my daughter and it was not a problem to get it sorted.

Friendly welcome. Check-in was quick. Room is neat and clean. No coffee/tea in the room, but in the photos. Housekeeping on request. Real key. The hallway is a bit noisy and sometimes some noise from other rooms. Excellent breakfast times. There is enough choice but miss whole wheat bread to cut yourself. Conveniently located at Westfield Mall and close to highways.

I remember this Hotel, had stayed here a few years ago when I went for Drupa, my stay comfortable, Nice and Happy, they have a nice bar and lovely environment, beautifull surroundings, Ruhur Park A very hugh and a large area for shopping/movies etc is very near to the hotel.

The facilities are old and the state of the bathroom shows it. The hotel is located in a quiet area and well connected to public transport and supermarkets.

Booked for 3 nights to attend a Rammstein concert in nearby Gelsenkirchen. A little out of the way (11km from Gelsenkirchen itself) but a really laid back atmosphere. As my German is very rusty, I was grateful to see that several members of reception spoke English. Although their website states they have a restaurant, it appears that it’s only a continental breakfast and no lunches or dinners available...

Very comfortable rooms clean hotel in a very nice environment.

The bathroom is very spacious. Easy parking. Large terrace with a beach volleyball patch. The rooms are simple and clean.

The room was very big and beautfull with a great view over Witten. As cyclists we got a discount on the room price. The hotel has 2 resaurants a elegant and a normal. The normal resaurant was more cosy than the elegant. The food was very good. Great place to stay! We stopped here for a night last weekend along our bicycle tour and were well impressed. The rooms are big and modernly equipped. Everywhere is clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is excellent and staff is friendly and quick.

Very nice hotel. Wasn’t expecting such a warm welcome, then the rooms were very nice. Modern decor and very clean. A nice room with plenty of space. I used the sauna and it was fantastic, very clean with nice herb water for putting on the coals. Plenty of free water. The beer is fresh on tap and the breakfast is very good.

The hotel is brand new and worth the money paid for the room. However, there is NOTHING exiting to do in Witten.

My best stay at a youth hostel so far. The rooms only hold four beds making it easier to rest and get along. The hostel is close to a lidl to get yourself some food, even though its proximity to a frequented place for people to hang out may make it a bit noisy in the summer. Otherwise everything was just great

The room, bed, toilet, restraunt is good clean and comfortable as well.... It is really better and cheaper to live here for some days and relax ... I also like the staff member working here, they r very friendly ... 👍👍👍

The room was really clean. Each room has its own shower room and toilet. The staffs are really helpful. The breakfast had a lot of varieties and tasted good. And the cost was included in the payment for the room.

WiFi does not cover the entire facility, some rooms are very tiny specially with six persons in there. WC are tiny and are together with toilet and shower. The food is very good for the place and the most valuable there is the staff who is very nice and lovely people

Good sized, very clean room. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast and decent coffee. We were met by a very cheerful lady in reception, which added an extra sparkle to our stay. Absolutely nothing to dislike!

Great location, bit dated but staff seem nice.. Got a pool but haven't been down to check.. No AC and my room is in the 30c range.. Plenty of sockets in the room and buy the bed.. Mini bar decent drink selection.. Would be 4 star if for the AC..

At City centre. Main station, famous Bermuda ecke and all shopping places are near to it. Rooms very clean. Breakfast is awesome. Staff was super friendly. Ambience is good.

Very beautiful decor. Room was nice with a small closet. Two seater chair. TV, desk, small room bar. Nice bathroom. About normal size for Europe. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Stayed there for about a week, loved this place! Very conveniently located with both side entries from the Viktoriastraße and the Bermuda Triangle, walkable from Bochum Hauptbahnhaf. Neatly minimally decorated rooms with everything exactly where they should be, in a white peaceful colour scheme. The cafe/restaurant downstairs is great, they serve fantastic breakfast! The entry can be a bit confusing...

Never stayed here but spent a few hours at the bar, which is also the reception. Friendly service and good beer, can recommend the local Bernstein beer.

This was our second stay at the hotel and we would happily recommend it. The staff are helpful and very friendly. Breakfast is all you would want and served in comfortable surroundings.

Room was a family room with 4 overnight guests. Room ist big an clean and bath is very big. Breakfast was a bis small.

Rooms are okay, but the restaurant is closed on Monday and the lasagne I've eaten is totally not worth it.

Leaving here 10 days (as UKR refuges) my family is expressed to this hotel service & very appreciate to staff: fm reception till all waiters (especially big thanks to Kiril & Sardar). We can not feel ourselves here as refuges - it’s look likes as a tourist rest in family place. Be always so cool hotel as now!

Very nice Hotel! Friendly, helpful staff that are concerned with making your stay enjoyable. Really tasty, varied and plentiful breakfast (they even refill 10 min before the end of breakfast time) Only 50 metres from Starlight Express. 100m from the convention centre and Stadium.

Good location, clean and practical. Perfect for visiting Starlight Express aince it is next to the theater.

We have been coming here for a shorter, longer time. If there is a problem, try to solve it quickly. I recommend it even temporarily.

The first thing i noticed when i walked into my room was the sparkling clean bathroom, which appeared to have been recently renovated. Very nice little Hotel. Directly at the metro Station to the Museum of mining is located. Extremely friendly and courteous staff, very nice reception. I would recommend this Hotel on each case. No carpet in the rooms, which is especially important for Allergy sufferers a great advantage. Price/performance ratio is absolutely in order.

Very good low budget hotel. Rooms are clean, confortable, position is easy to reach from Essen. You only have common bathroom and shower, but they are clean and never crowded. If you are looking for a very low budget hotel, go for it.
