I went here for a wedding celebration. The location has a very nice medieval style despite some details that are not true to that aera. Also the rooms did overnight first are beautifully decorated. It is definitely a nice place for any social event as they can host several guests.

Romantic ambience in an idyllic environment. Suites are lavishly and with great attention to Detail, with antique furniture and numerous works of art. Also very clean with a small kitchenette. Very friendly hosts who put a lot of effort with the Implement of your choice.

Delicious food and beautiful grounds. The room we were in seemed so, as if you have anything that can somehow be removed with the middle ages, or even just old associate, as a decoration. Sometimes less is more. Unfortunately, only a few toilets that are very close.

The hotel is situated above a supermarket named Lidl and a cafe. We frequented these places often. Just in front of the hotel there are bus terminals. Behind there is a tram terminal. We often travelled using this tram. There is also a river within 10 mins walk. We will sure stay here again in our next trip.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a good price. We definitely got value for money with our stay. Place was spacious, spotless and beds were extremely comfortable. And Lidl was just down the stairs. We will definitely come back again.

Beautiful, modern, clean, spacious apartments with kitchen in a small, well-secured Object with a 24-hour front Desk via phone. Bedroom "at the rear". Unfortunately, probably due to the location on a Lidl-market, one hears a constant hum (probably air?), which is not, however, heard in the night, and on Sunday, or not at all. (outside business hours) + occasionally passing by S-Bahn. Daily cleaning...

It's a great hotel. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Nice and quiet. There is a gym on the 2nd floor, mainly cardio machines. Breakfast had a good choice. No food in the evening, which is a shame. It does a few snacks but no dinner menu.

Very quiet hotel on a public transit route, not far from the main train station. Check in is via screen with a virtual assistant. The hotel values conservation efforts, so hall lights are automated, and everything is digital, so there is no paper waste. The lobby is modern and appealing. Ice cream available for purchase, and there is a foosball table in the lobby. Everything was very clean.

Lovley Hotel- couldn't fault it. Nice location - you can take a tram to town that take 5 minutes. Nice toom and modern bathroom. We requested a cot for my daughter and it was not a problem to get it sorted.

Can no longer confirm the negative reviews. All employees were very nice and tried hard, so you can turn a blind eye if not all processes run as fast as you would like them to be. The rooms were clean, the food was plentiful and tasty and the coffee machines worked, and there was also filter coffee at the table.

The hotel is okay, the rooms are clean and the professionals do their best. It didn't deserve these bad reviews. The hotel guests should rather work on their behavior towards other people.

Good enough hotel for the Bochum-Wattenscheid business area. Nothing particularly special about it. Rooms are a little on the small side and don't have a power outlet near the bed, so you can't charge your devices and have them readily available overnight. Service was nice and the buffet was ok.

The 2nd time you were there. This time with children in the family room. As always, friendly. Breakfast buffet is large, varied and always replenished when it is empty. THE ONLY thing is not to find fault, if one says in a Restaurant, you want to the children to eat beforehand (as is usual) waiting for the children for a very long time or until the is brought by the adults.

The TRYP HOTEL is a 3-star category, the rooms are accurate and clean, it smells fresh and makes you feel at ease in the comfort that one receives. The staff is friendly, well dressed and courteous. You will feel in good hands as soon as you enter the Hotel.

The rooms are decent but a little bit small, the bathroom is very nice though. Nothing much to expect but sufficient enough for an overnight stay. The hotel restaurant was rather expensive and the food wasn't that good. The hotel bar however is quite decent and you can enjoy a drink or two there. Staff was realy nice and friendly.

I remember this Hotel, had stayed here a few years ago when I went for Drupa, my stay comfortable, Nice and Happy, they have a nice bar and lovely environment, beautifull surroundings, Ruhur Park A very hugh and a large area for shopping/movies etc is very near to the hotel.

Really nice hotel. The rooms are a bit older but can't say anything wrong with them. Hotel has a large sauna area and is also right next a large shopping centre. There is also free parking which is a big plus.

Great place to stay! We stopped here for a night last weekend along our bicycle tour and were well impressed. The rooms are big and modernly equipped. Everywhere is clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is excellent and staff is friendly and quick.

Great place, close to Westfalenhalle. This way you can join the fair without any trafficjams on the motorway. Very nice hotel. Wasn’t expecting such a warm welcome, then the rooms were very nice. Modern decor and very clean. A nice room with plenty of space. The hotel is brand new and worth the money paid for the room. However, there is NOTHING exiting to do in Witten.

My best stay at a youth hostel so far. The rooms only hold four beds making it easier to rest and get along. The hostel is close to a lidl to get yourself some food, even though its proximity to a frequented place for people to hang out may make it a bit noisy in the summer. Otherwise everything was just great

The room was really clean. Each room has its own shower room and toilet. The staffs are really helpful. The breakfast had a lot of varieties and tasted good. And the cost was included in the payment for the room.

WiFi does not cover the entire facility, some rooms are very tiny specially with six persons in there. WC are tiny and are together with toilet and shower. The food is very good for the place and the most valuable there is the staff who is very nice and lovely people

Good sized, very clean room. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast and decent coffee. We were met by a very cheerful lady in reception, which added an extra sparkle to our stay. Absolutely nothing to dislike!

Great location, bit dated but staff seem nice.. Got a pool but haven't been down to check.. No AC and my room is in the 30c range.. Plenty of sockets in the room and buy the bed.. Mini bar decent drink selection.. Would be 4 star if for the AC..

At City centre. Main station, famous Bermuda ecke and all shopping places are near to it. Rooms very clean. Breakfast is awesome. Staff was super friendly. Ambience is good.

Stayed there for about a week, loved this place! Very conveniently located with both side entries from the Viktoriastraße and the Bermuda Triangle, walkable from Bochum Hauptbahnhaf. Neatly minimally decorated rooms with everything exactly where they should be, in a white peaceful colour scheme. The cafe/restaurant downstairs is great, they serve fantastic breakfast! The entry can be a bit confusing...

Never stayed here but spent a few hours at the bar, which is also the reception. Friendly service and good beer, can recommend the local Bernstein beer.

I visited at a sunny Friday morning for breakfast. The service was fast and friendly, we got to choose where to sit, the food was reasonably priced for beeing extremely tasty and the overall atmosphere was relaxed.

All in all, it was a nice stay, just a window on tilt in the first floor is to be recommended remains to be. The surrounding businesses have the To and exhaust air from the kitchen to the same height. Constant watering and zip. Nice staff, the only thing I missed is a shower/Shampoo

Leaving here 10 days (as UKR refuges) my family is expressed to this hotel service & very appreciate to staff: fm reception till all waiters (especially big thanks to Kiril & Sardar). Very nice little Hotel. Directly at the metro Station to the Museum of mining is located. Extremely friendly and courteous staff, very nice reception. I would recommend this Hotel on each case. No carpet in the rooms, which is especially important for Allergy sufferers a great advantage. Price/performance ratio is absolutely in order.

Very good low budget hotel. Rooms are clean, confortable, position is easy to reach from Essen. You only have common bathroom and shower, but they are clean and never crowded. If you are looking for a very low budget hotel, go for it.

The entrance is very big and wide open. A few flowers here and there and a big lounge in the back. My room was with a brownish carpet and a queensizedbed and a quite big bathroom and tub. Elevators provided.
