Don't arrive before 15.00p.m. as there most likely won't be anyone there and the door will be closed.
It is a very quiet location so you will sleep well.
Good base camp for walks in Müllerthal.
Breakfast is ok and you can prepare your lunchbox at the same time.
For wellness etc. Go elsewhere as you'll be dissapointed here.
There is a chance that you could be the only guest(s). If this is the case then you have to know that you will be alone until the morning. Good/Bad......have to share.
Furthermore good location of the hotel.
Clean room. Good beds.
Breakfast fine. We would have liked to use the facilities they advertise but the "spa" was not there. Small pool was dry. Sports area consisted of 2 bikes. There was no massage. The massage table is in the sports area, so if you were to be massaged, there is a room screen between you and the bikes.
I don't know about the sauna, it was off. Logical if we are the only guests.
Packed lunch is 1 sandwich 1 carton of drink a banana and a kind of muesli bar.
Furthermore good walking opportunities.
We were with a group.
It was basic, but fine!

What excellent service! Nothing was too much trouble. The owner has and provides plenty of information about possible hikes.
Every evening we enjoyed a varied and delicious dinner! Kudos to the chef!

However, there is a very steep climb from the village to the hotel.
Echternach is close and worth seeing.
You can book alkaline fasting in the hotel.
Nutritional lectures and various massages. The audience is international.
Owners also speak NL, French, Luxembourgish.
The son is just as friendly and helpful.
We would definitely book here again for a week.

The Luxembourg border in the middle of the Sauer river. Simply very beautiful.
