We had a fantastic 2 night stay right in the center of Bremerhaven. The service and especially the view is outstanding. Even during pandemic times you can "see" the smile of the reception behind masks. Thanks for the wonderful time. We definitely recommend and plan do come back.

Really cool place! Right in the center of a port with a ton of boats. The building design is magnificent! I'm sure this place would be awesome without covid! I took all these photos within a 5 minute walk in every direction of the building.

This is a very nice hotel. Newly built and very modern. Rooms are well isolate from the noise from outside. The lift is a bit annoying since there is no audio feedback then pressing the button. And you need to press again to open the door! Also, we were asked to fill in a questionnaire about what we wanted to have for breakfast (corona). But they obviously never reached the girl serving the breakfast...

There is room for improvements. The groundfloor with the rezeption schould be totally new designed. There is room enough to not place the reception in front of the office. The bar and smokers launch also need a new design- Location is fine, shuttle service to the city could improve the acceptance.

Stayed here multiple times for business visits. Its location is superb as very near to all the happenings in Bremerhaven. All restaurants, shopping malls, sightseeing spots are nearby. Great place for a family vacation to unwind irrespective of the weather. Variety of options to choose from for your accommodation. Fun activities to do in their water park(Aqua Mundo). A couple of more restaurant options would have been great to have especially if you are going to stay more than 2 days.

It was cold and rainy. And the rooms are very new. And aquamondo is dated but it was clean and everything worked. The beds were comfortable and it's on the water front. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Nice place to spend time with family/friends. The cottages were also nice. A supermarket is near, restaurants, parks, beach, water rides, club house and the customer service is also good. They speak English and German, so we had no issues. The breakfast was also good. Once you are there you won't regret.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a big, comfortable and renovated house. Everything was present and it was very clean. There were also child protection on the stairs and a baby toilet seat and baby stairs. Everything was designed for families with (small) children. I absolutely love this place! It's very calm and quiet, making it perfect for a short stay. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights is they have a chlorine free pool, it won’t irritate your eyes or skin, and it’s perfect for kids, beginners and non-swimmers. We were there 2 nights and very happy! You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes and there was a car park right outside the hotel. The room was cozy and clean, the same goes for the pool. The food in the Restaurant was terrific good. The Service was very friendly and very caring towards our little son. We would have gone earlier in the holiday there, we would have eaten there more and more often.

The rooms are great and clean with soft beds. But the bathrooms are small that is why I gave it 4/5. The service was good but they would not tell me the brand of the sherry wine they offer you when you check in. It's the best wine I have ever tasted. So that is why I gave them 4/5 on service. Location is 5/5 as it is under 10 minute walk and they have parking at the Hotel.

Great breakfast and friendly staff! I visited on a business trip and the staff ensured everything ran smoothly. Good breakfast with great views over the port. Room was adequate and clean. Great hotel, with a lovely pool and spar, the only down side is I know the hotel is in Germany but all the signs inside the room and around the hotel were only in Germany no other languages so if you don't understand German you are in trouble ,they should at least be in English.

I stayed there for one night. The room was quite spacious, the breakfast room offers a good view on the sea (and of course a delicious breakfast). The hotel also has a relaxing sauna area. It was a really enjoyable stay.

Positive, the light-flooded rooms with large balcony and lake view, very good mattresses, a very rich Breakfast buffet, the swimming Pool, very nice reception, everything was well maintained and clean were: However, the bathroom is too small, the shower is much too tight. The room was sticking, had to air it first. The water in the bathroom was sometimes warm and sometimes cold. The bed was a dream but the pillows are for naught 😁 Breakfast was very good and really quality!
