Good, very clean hotel with good service, friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. Top location in the fishing port. There are many fish restaurants within walking distance. Be careful: book on the water side. It is often noisy at night near the car park.

Modern, well-equipped hotel right on the harbor. Spacious room with box-spring beds, balcony and spacious bathroom. Quite low sanitary facilities. Well maintained. Excellent breakfast, very friendly service staff. Affordable compact package with free parking.

Friendly welcome, sufficiently large room and, as far as can be seen, clean - everything a family passing through needs. The location is good, parking right by the house. No special features for children (playground, pool, etc.). Breakfast buffet is OK and sufficient.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay right in the center of Bremerhaven. The service and especially the view is outstanding. Even during pandemic times you can "see" the smile of the reception behind masks. Thanks for the wonderful time. We definitely recommend and plan do come back.

Really cool place! Right in the center of a port with a ton of boats. The building design is magnificent! I'm sure this place would be awesome without covid! I took all these photos within a 5 minute walk in every direction of the building.

Stayed here multiple times for business visits. Its location is superb as very near to all the happenings in Bremerhaven. All restaurants, shopping malls, sightseeing spots are nearby. Only lacking is no air conditioning in the hotel during summer times as it feels kind of stuffy inside the rooms. Heater is available in the room for winter times, but not suitable for summertime. I've asked if I could have a coffee before leaving, early in the morning.. Not only that I had the coffee hot and steaming, but I've also received home made gingerbread as a treat! BTW: it was delicious. Very kind and polite personnel and the location was perfect.

Really great! Everything. Staff was friendly and on point, food at the restaurant was perfect (although notably tailored for a older crowd). Pool, Sauna, room, the Karma Bar all as they should ideally be.

Very nice, comfortable room. Don't have even bottle of water. I came on Sunday evening, All shops was closed,the nearest gas station is 20 min from hotel... Activities are good. The water pool and activities are ok, could be bigger. We enjoyed the mini golf there. The weather was not the best and it was raining most of the time, that's why the Indoor pools and activities were good.

The location and facilities are good . The aqua Mundo is adequate with many slides,swimming pool with heated water . The outdoor pool is very refreshing with hot water . The facilities and access integration with wrist band is great . Activities can be easily added using the app . The cottage is well equipped and clean .

The hotel was OK, although the service was only satisfactory. We had to leave a day early due to illness. Cancellation was not possible.

All in all, we were happy with our stay. Because we had booked two hotel rooms, we were offered a VIP apartment for the same price. However, there is no soap/shampoo for VIPs, as there is in a hotel room. To change a 10-euro note, you have to walk through the entire Center Park. (You can't change money in the basement, you can't change money at the counter, but it was no problem at all at reception...

I absolutely love this place! It's very calm and quiet, making it perfect for a short stay. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Although it's officially a four-star hotel, I would personally give it a five-star HOSTEL rating based on its overall ambiance. However, I did find the customer service somewhat lacking in care. Amazing view to the see, and placed in a great location. One of the highlights is they have a chlorine free pool, it won’t irritate your eyes or skin, and it’s perfect for kids, beginners and non-swimmers. The rooms are great and clean with soft beds. But the bathrooms are small that is why I gave it 4/5. The service was good but they would not tell me the brand of the sherry wine they offer you when you check in. It's the best wine I have ever tasted. So that is why I gave them 4/5 on service. Location is 5/5 as it is under 10 minute walk and they have parking at the Hotel.

A restaurant for special occasions. Very good service. I was invited for work. It's certainly a little more expensive, but quality costs a little more. Certainly one of the best houses in the district. I'll definitely come back at some point.

The room was sticking, had to air it first. The water in the bathroom was sometimes warm and sometimes cold. The bed was a dream but the pillows are for naught 😁 Breakfast was very good and really quality!
