We stayed here for a few days for a family vacation. We had to change the booking once but everything was great and very friendly. Really nice hotel with excellent access to the town and front, lots to see and do, only took a star off as no kettle in the room? And pillows are a little airy got ball the thing up to use then to sleep on. The hotel is on the far left of the picture.

This is a very nice hotel. Newly built and very modern. Rooms are well isolate from the noise from outside. The lift is a bit annoying since there is no audio feedback then pressing the button. And you need to press again to open the door! Also, we were asked to fill in a questionnaire about what we wanted to have for breakfast (corona). But they obviously never reached the girl serving the breakfast...

There is room for improvements. The groundfloor with the rezeption schould be totally new designed. There is room enough to not place the reception in front of the office. The bar and smokers launch also need a new design- Location is fine, shuttle service to the city could improve the acceptance.

I've asked if I could have a coffee before leaving, early in the morning.. Not only that I had the coffee hot and steaming, but I've also received home made gingerbread as a treat! BTW: it was delicious. Very kind and polite personnel and the location was perfect.

Really great! Everything. Staff was friendly and on point, food at the restaurant was perfect (although notably tailored for a older crowd). Pool, Sauna, room, the Karma Bar all as they should ideally be.

Everything as expected. And that is good. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, wifi was available. Liked the complementary water bottle. Took a star off for the location, as it is quite far from the city center. But you know this before booking I figure.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay right in the center of Bremerhaven. The service and especially the view is outstanding. Even during pandemic times you can "see" the smile of the reception behind masks. Thanks for the wonderful time. We definitely recommend and plan do come back.

Really cool place! Right in the center of a port with a ton of boats. The building design is magnificent! I'm sure this place would be awesome without covid! I took all these photos within a 5 minute walk in every direction of the building.

Nicefull place for staying. Very sympathetic and empathetic staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The very best was the view over the harbour and sea from the room. The breakfast was delicious and last but not least is the concept of hygiene in this time perfect and not circumstantial.

Great hotel! Fantastic location, near shops and restaurants. Free parking, free massive gym with all the equipment you can dream of. Only down side is that the rooms are very hot and you have no control over the ac.

The hotel is located on a plaza close to restaurants, shops, and museums. Good room with opening windows. The air conditioning kept the room cool on a hot day. Excellent staff.Great breakfast. Highly recommended.

The hotel has nice rooms including good deskspace. Breakfast was good and generally this place offers good value for money. Only drawback was that my room was relatively hot and there was no visible control over the heating. Very good location in the centre and private paying parking next to the hotel. The room was big and comfortable with a beautiful view on the square, but still noisy because of the side busy street. The Hotel was very clean! We couldn't find a parking spot on the Hotel grounds so we had to look elsewhere. Rooms didn't have air conditioning (our visit was during the heat wave). Most of the staff were very friendly and nice but with one exception.

Nice quiet and clean rooms. Good service, helpful staff and a nice breakfast. Cons: - Must puchase for more than 10 EUR to pay with credit card in the bar. Quite akward in 2023. - No daily room service or change of towels unless you specifically ask for it or label your door. Pros: - Perftect hardness on bed. Good for my back ;-) - Amazing pillows.

This was a great hotel! The breakfast is delicious, and the room was clean and pretty. It's about a 15 minute walk from the water and the hauptbahnhof, which made travel easy. The staff is so friendly and available at the front desk 24/7! I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Bremerhaven.

Everything was clean and nice. This is a cozy, quiet, little apartment in a very good location with short distances to shopping and landmarks.

Probably less known for it, but campers can park in the back, where they provide showers and toilets as well as power. Location is relatively close to the city center and price is fair.

I have been to Havenhostel twice, once with family and once with a class of young teenagers. The whole crew has been very helpful and obliging. The facilities were very clean and tidy. Either breakfast or dinner was very yummy and self made. I can highly recommend this hostel.

Everything is super. I really enjoy every time I visit the hotel (once per quarter). The staff is very friendly, the hotel is extra clean, the food is delicious. The only negative thing is that the Internet is not so good. Constant drops in connectivity and somewhat slow.

It is commensurate with the cost of payment, kind staff and good cleanliness, facilities are sufficient to meet the needs. The stairs to the second floor are very steep, a toilet for tall people is problematic on the second floor

Was there on business and had booked a single room. Absolutely sufficient for the needs, for a vacation I would choose another accommodation. Room clean but quite small. The smoking area is just outside the window so you will be woken up in the morning by the smoke from the hotel staff.

If you are on a budget its grand, the rooms are small and old fashioned bit appear clean , breakfast buffet is good with a great range of cheeses meats and booked egg, the rest is standard and good quality. There is a restaurant and bar also but I haven't used yet. Very central near shopping , the university, theuseums and port and of course .the theater.

Great views, generous breakfast buffet, modern facilities. We loved the quiet room, the binoculars placed near the window to better enjoy the view of the river. Loved even the funny sayings on the toilet paper.
