The positive things: - It has nice breakfast on a nice restaurant area - It has a small internal pool - It has an internal bar that is self service during night time - Rooms are newly renovated with good quality - The reception personnel was friendly and received on my behalf twice parcels from DHL

I've asked if I could have a coffee before leaving, early in the morning. Not only that I had the coffee hot and steaming, but I've also received home made gingerbread as a treat! BTW: it was delicious

Exceptionally friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable spaces to sit and read or talk. If you feel something would be nice to have or do, ask the staff, they will go the extra mile!

Probably less known for it, but campers can park in the back, where they provide showers and toilets as well as power. Location is relatively close to the city center and price is fair.

Loved this place. Parking is free. Great beds. Pillows are terrible though.towels and shampoo provided. Awesome deal. Friendly staff.

I have been to Havenhostel twice, once with family and once with a class of young teenagers. The whole crew has been very helpful and obliging. The facilities were very clean and tidy

The staff at reception were always very friendly and accommodating and the varied and extremely delicious breakfast buffet deserves at least 4 stars! We also liked the room and bathroom with shower, but the double bed was a bit too narrow for two people!

The hotel is located on a plaza. There are lots of restaurants, museums, and shops nearby. The room was clean and well set out. Our window could be opened to get fresh air. The air conditioning was effective on warm days

A wonderful indoor smoking room that is well ventilated, bring a Cigar or buy one from a well stocked Tobacconist right around the corner. Make it a place to visit, you wont be disappointed

They have a very large bike storage garage however it can only be accessed between 8am and 8pm. All staff friendly and helpful

Our dog got an extra blanket, a treat and a drinking bowl. The dog is not allowed to have breakfast with us but can stay in the room. The breakfast was also sufficient and varied. There was something for every taste

The hotel environment is good, the room is quite spacious, the window is right outside the port, the breakfast is also good with many varieties, the staff is also attentive and enthusiastic, there is a children's opinion picture book in the room, after filling it out and handing it in, the two children also received a small gift

The only drawback is that the bathroom in the room is facing the bed, and the bathroom glass is translucent, which makes it very embarrassing for adults and children to take a bath

There is room for improvements. The groundfloor with the rezeption schould be totally new designed. There is room enough to not place the reception in front of the office

The building's architecture is unique as well, it looks like a stilted ship, allowing convenient parking as well (not as easy to come by downtown)

It offers a large variety of breakfast options from German rolls, cold meats, cheeses, jams to cereals, yogurt and fresh fruits. We forgot a charger in the room and the hotel called us right away

We had to extend our stay in Bremerhaven by one day and only stayed at Hotel Columbus for one night. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise

An institution in Bremerhaven, very long-standing hotel in the premium category. Renovated with varying degrees of thoroughness, in a dark, velvety design, practical and ok but too expensive for what it is

There is free WiFi in your room as well as a tv with internat. Channels and air conditioning. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options. Several types of bread, cereal and fruit

The building design is magnificent! I'm sure this place would be awesome without covid! I took all these photos within a 5 minute walk in every direction of the building

I've been on the viewing platform only, very nice especially with a binocular, and cheap, just 4€ with an automatic machine just before entering the elevator.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay right in the center of Bremerhaven. The service and especially the view is outstanding. Even during pandemic times you can "see" the smile of the reception behind masks

We had a suite which was beautiful with a lovely balcony with an absolutely gorgeous balcony with the most beautiful view of the harbor. If you are heading to this city, The Liberty is a definate must

Their service PERFECT, their Knowledge PERFECT, watching these two do their jobs is like watching a well oiled machine play the most beautiful music you've ever heard! I was recommended the Duck by Alessa and the most PERFECT scotch by Colin

OMG! What a view! Nicile greated us when we arrived and I feel that I made a great friend. She was gelpful, pleasant and made me feel like an old friend

When you hear or see "The Liberty Hotel" think of Colin Bassen and Alessa Saborouslei. They are the Kobe and Shaq hands down

Sometimes in the evening there is no personnel at the reception, but you can enter the hotel anytime with your card and call them if you need something. I can recommend this hotel for 100%
