Really enjoy staying there. They do need more lighting in the hallways and rooms especially using the keys they have.

Lovely stay We had a beautiful large and comfortable room with nice views. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The mattress was not firm enough for my taste but ok. The hotel is a little bit worn in some areas but we had reasonable room rates. The location is great for walking to town and trains.

Quirky. Staff is friendly and efficient. Check In is easy, before 21:30. After that you have to find a lock box, through the courtyard, in the dark, behind the hotel. Relatively old, traditional hotel that might have been a 4 or 5 star many years ago. The room was sufficient but lacked any kind of character. The service in the evening was non existent, the breakfast team very helpful instead. The location is great in the middle of the city

Nice big and clean apartments, with all the basic equipment you need. Decent prices and kind staff. Free WiFi, an outside pool, a sauna and breakfast-rolls service to top it all off. Booked several apartments for a larger group and certainly enjoyed the stay.

Unique and cute accommodation close to the Chiemsee. Basic but well thought out concept. The hall with it’s shared kitchen and generous seating area is well decorated and has cozy lighting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The toilets and showers are simple - which was no problem for us but might be something to consider for others.

Spent a long weekend there with a group of friends, due to the number of people it was possible to rent the entire space, so we could sit undisturbed until 4 in the morning around the cozy campfire. Wonderful service, all requests could be met. The huts are well heated, despite the very fresh outside temperatures. Gladly again.

Although we arrived much too early, a nice exception was made and we were able to move into our room. That was really good. Otherwise only praise for this accommodation. We were curious to see the Achental as one of Motel One Founder Dieter Müller's three luxury hotels. The others are the Kitzhof in Kitzbühel and the Chiemgauhof at Lake Chiemsee. Achental is the least expensive. It did not dissappoint. The interior of the public areas is very similar to Kitzhof, high level design furniture. Food is excellent. This is nice huge estate. Location is a bit middle of nowhere. There is outdoor parking, also charging stations available. We had a great corner room. It was big, spacious bathroom, separate toilet, good shower. Good bed. Good breakfast, but too little personnel; it took a while to order coffee, then we didn’t have cups… 5 good saunas but walking there was through the gym. Restaurant Essenz was perfect

The room is old, the breakfast is OK, quite rich. The weather was bad, so I didn't have time to go to the lake. I can only come back next time when the weather is good... The price-performance ratio is OK.

The Garden Hotel Reinhart has more than earned its classification. Discovered it while passing through. Excellent lakeside location. Highly trained staff, well-maintained property, beautiful rooms, and a solid wellness area. You feel completely comfortable. The chef is skilled at his craft. Not to mention, an exceptional breakfast. Definitely worth it.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. We visited the hotel with two children. It happened and we checked in and checked out together with two other families. I noticed a different attitude to us who were not German to the other families who were German. Even to children. The other children were given a free book and sweets while ours were not. And that hit our kids hard...

A room with a view This property is in a very picturesque location right on the water. Many people have weddings here and I can see why. The rooms were spacious and modern with a large bathroom/shower. The breakfast was great with a large selection of lunch meats, cheeses, eggs, breads coffees and teas.

Short walk or taxi from hotel to the ferry landing that takes you around Lake Chiemsee, that allows for a quieter, more relaxing lake experience. Included breakfast buffet was in a beautiful setting. ALL staff were so friendly and helpful. Room had a nice balcony, overlooking the marina, and the lake. Highly recommend!

Beautiful traditional property

The view is beautiful and the food is delicious.

Stayed 2 nights. The bed was a little soft for my liking, but worked well. Breakfast was amazing, the view of the lake and surrounding area was fantastic. We walked to the ferry terminal which is about 1k (1/2 m) away. 4-5 dining options were also available near the terminal. The hot tub is outside the pool area, everything is very well kept.

The food is really good and the rooms are nice. There are a lot of staff in training and the management feels rather chaotic but overall there is barely anything to complain about.

We had a perfect stay. The food was outstanding and the also have a brand new Spa. All the staff was so helpfull with advise to visit places nearby. Salzburg is just about 30 minutes away. The rooms are refurbished and we one on the top floor with a mountain view.

Nice and quick service in the beer garden in the afternoon for good price so decided to test it for dinner also. Good atmosphere inside and quick service. Really good desert and was possible to get a small cognac to it.

In the cozy pension / hotel you feel completely at ease. Excellent, very nice hosts, the breakfast is delicious, rich and something for everyone and the rooms are clean and spacious. Decorations are in the style of the '70s. I don't mind, but for some won't be enough. We've been given a small chambre in the attic, yet we've paid full price. They said they were full. I just loved this place. The breakfast served was good. They provided us with a diaper changing mat and baby bed on request. Of course it costs 15€ additional price. They also let us wax the cross country skis and were very accommodating with check-in times too. Definitely will choose them when in the Ruhpolding
