Really enjoy staying there. They do need more lighting in the hallways and rooms especially using the keys they have.

Lovely stay We had a beautiful large and comfortable room with nice views. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The mattress was not firm enough for my taste but ok. The hotel is a little bit worn in some areas but we had reasonable room rates. The location is great for walking to town and trains.

Quirky. Staff is friendly and efficient. Check In is easy, before 21:30. After that you have to find a lock box, through the courtyard, in the dark, behind the hotel. Relatively old, traditional hotel that might have been a 4 or 5 star many years ago. The room was sufficient but lacked any kind of character. The service in the evening was non existent, the breakfast team very helpful instead. The location is great in the middle of the city

Simple and old look rooms - need to be refreshed because they were not so clean anymore :( But people here is kind and available. Stay one night and we had 3 rooms each one being nearly the same (1 double and 2 simple rooms) Room keys are usable for the entry door because there's no reception after 7pm.

I think the hotel staff are not used to foreign guests. Mistakes were made on getting my reservation right - saying I had booked for two nights when it was three. I just loved this place. The breakfast served was good. They provided us with a diaper changing mat and baby bed on request. Of course it costs 15€ additional price. They also let us wax the cross country skis and were very accommodating with check-in times too. Definitely will choose them when in the Ruhpolding

The hotel is very familiar and very, very friendly and clean. You feel welcome right from the start, you get enough information about excursion destinations and there is a sufficient breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired. Decorations are in the style of the '70s. I don't mind, but for some won't be enough. We've been given a small chambre in the attic, yet we've paid full price. They said they were full. For me the best long time in Ruhpolding. You look at the mountains and have a wonderful view. Restaurants, cafes etc. are within walking distance. Absolute price-performance ratio. It's a very nice, small but modern restaurant. It can be seen that all dishes as prepared at the moment, very less from cans or refrigerated, everything tastes very good and fresh. Service is very good, there is always someone around taking care of your needs. They are very friendly and helping to know what to order. I would definitely come again if I'm somewhere here near.
