great location and position, very clean, delicious food.

The staff was very friendly, they asked several times if everything was ok. The hotel was a short 5 minute drive from Cochem, beautiful vineyards right behind the hotel. For me personally it is very important that the rooms are super clean. I have never seen such a clean hotel room. We had a nice terrace overlooking the vineyard. We will definitely go back!

Very good, well maintained little hotel. Perfect Mosel views. Friendly staff. They even have chargers for electric autos! Could use a bit more imagination with the restaurant menu.

the restaurant is better than the hotel. The dinner were amazing, great cook, really nice breakfast. Mostly friendly staff. Unfortunately we arrived the first day too early and while did not expect to check in or asked for it, we just wanted to stop and relax, maybe have a coffee but we were quite unfriendly reminded about the check in time and that the hotel was closed now.. anyways. Such a great experience! The Deluxe Room with the whirlpool is a dream! I am in love with Mosel and we'll be back to Filla Andre for sure. Our experience here was so amazing! The room, vine (their own vine!), breakfast and dinner, and people who work there! Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience!

Family run hotel excellent access to all rooms via lift. Staff will make sure your looked after. This one of our favourite hotels. A must if visiting this area of the Mosel

We had a great stay in this hotel. Rooms and ensuite badrooms are spacious. A small fridge would have been a plus. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices but I would have liked some more pastry. Free parking places in front of the hotel available.

Very spacious room with really good beds. The bathroom and shower are also very spacious. The breakfast in buffet had a wide variety of choices.

The Restaurant offers German, home-made dishes. Good price-performance ratio and absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly and fast. Always gladly again.

The Hotel is Super,the staff friendly and very helpful,Spa area top, only the senior Manager was very rude just because some of the early at the Breakfast table were seated it was about 10 minutes, I think you should in the area to settle, there are still other tasks for you, I'm often in the holiday, but something unfriendly I never experienced

Excellent food, some traditional German dishes. Friendly service. Prices are midrange and certainly good value for money.

We stayed here recently and found it to be clean and comfortable. It was wonderful to sit on our balcony sipping a beer or glass of wine looking out at the castle in the evening after a busy day if touring. We visited Berg Cochem, Berg Eltz, Riel, Bengel, took a 1.5 hour boat tour in the Mosel and a bike ride along the river. So much to do but very relaxing in this tranquil place. We lived the honor...

Stayed 2 nights on a motorcycle road trip from the UK . This hotel is lovely ! Immaculately clean , well thought out , very quiet area , beautiful gardens , lovely breakfast ( fine for me as a vegan as well ) and in the most lovely setting , over looks the beautiful castle on the hill and vineyards at the back . Perfect parking for our motorbike as well . Book it , you won’t be sorry !

We had most relaxing time. The owners were extremely accommodating and kind, and the food was excellent. I would stay there for an extended period if I could. We were there out of season but could see that it would be even better in the summer.

one of the best places we've stayed in (and have traveled extensively). monica and her staff were exceptional and so helpful and friendly! This hotel about 10/15 walk from old town over the bridge - can meander through the side streets to the bridge (discovered an old church) or along the river also. on the outskirts of town so tranquil and wonderful. we had a side room which was just incredible...

Clean rooms. The lady at the reception and the staff in the restaurant very nice and helpful. Breakfast a good choice and dinner great. Very good coffee from a machine We will definitely go back there

Great view. Large modern rooms. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious. At breakfast the hot food was made to order which was nice. Also a well equipped fitness room.
