4 star hotels in Cottbus

A somewhat dated Radisson hotel, but still very good! The Business Class rooms are still old fashioned furnitured as in 2010 or something.. But very clean and comfortable, the restaurant was very good and super friendly staff! The wellness i don’t know as I was here for one night! I don’t get all the negative reviews!

The room for two was only with one set of towers and bedcover. But the lady from reception corrected it soon. Breakfast was good. The pool is small but lovely. What is disappointing: I paid only during booking, but when I checked out, the man at reception asked me to pay again immediately with double price. I already told him that I had paid before. Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Rooms need some refurbishment, but in general, they are very comfortable and nice. The wellness area with pool and sauna on the top floor is really amazing.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Location right outside the station. With windows closed no problem with the noise. Beds are big and comfortable, electricity sockets in a few places round the room, also right in the corner next to the bed and armchair - great for reading a book. Nice and welcoming reception with a lot of comfortable little sofas to sit down. The only downside was the room had no fridge...

Very clean rooms and bathroom. Slept great, good mattress. Windows are soundproofed, so street noise is almost not heard. BREAKFAST, to find something for everyone. No safe - the only criticism.

Absolutely brilliant customer service: helped us find a taxi at late notice to drive us into Poland when our train was cancelled at late notice

Check-in wasn't very good, but everything else was good. Room as expected, and breakfast decent too.

4.5 Stars. Centrally located in Altstadt. Nicely appointed lobby. Superior room came complete with dishes, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and fridge. Small table for 4, sofa and bed. Plenty of room. Self service laundry and fitness room available. Lots of options for breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Minor miscommunication on room cleaning, but extra towels brought cheerfully on request.

Very comfortable room in a charming hotel. B&B only - breakfasts were very good. Hotel would supply plates, knives & forks etc if you ordered a takeout meal and the restaurants would deliver to your room. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Cottbus is a charming little town with plenty of bars and restaurants. Nice walks along the river.

We were visiting the area to explore my husband’s Wendish heritage and experience the surrounding area including the Spreewald. The Sorat Hotel was great for both purposes. Good location, town has good transport. Hotel clean apart from the last guests leftovers in the fridge. No tea making facilities? A major omission.

The hotel is quite new. All materials and finishing is new, modern and arranged in good taste. Specious rooms! Comfortable beds, enough various pillows, all necessary room facilities, very well insulated, great breakfast- all you need, including fresh made warm stuff. It has been one of the best stay I have ever had.

Even my Last Minute Booking was not that expensive and all in all it was a fair deal. The rooms are Clean and nicely tempered, all the employees I met were professional and friendly. The Lounge next to the entrance is a good place to have a cold Beer After Work, even though that is quite expensive. Anyway the town is right next to the hotel and there you can find nice Restaurants and affordable drinks

Excellent breakfast, friendly service, very helpful, the problem of inadequate air conditioning when the sun was shining was solved by changing the room facing away from the sun.

we had a spontanous 3 days short holiday, travelling only with our bicycles/train. we found everything very friendly, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very nice and offered not only für for us vegetarians a variety of very good food.

The hotel is located in a very quiet corner of Burg. The room was big enough for two and had very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and should offer something for everyone, very good! The staff was friendly and approachable and always helpful. Based on our experience, the hotel is highly recommended.

My wife and I had a great time. Fantastic facility, very clean. Very friendly staff. Ricardo, in the restaurant was one of the best servers my wife and I have ever had. He went out of his way to learn about us and give us all kinds of great information. We would definitely come back!

OMG 😲 when there is not much people. In the sauna place it’s amazing. It’s seems me with my boyfriend we are going when there is a 15-20 degrees and it’s amazing to lay outside 😍😍 No pictures. Don’t take your phone. Just enjoy 😉 it!

Best escape from Berlin for a weekend. For a full experience sleep one night there instead pf driving back the same day!

We celebrated there our wedding.It was really amazing. The service,the atmosphere...but I was disappointed about the flower decoration. It supposed to be with the dry grass and Lavendel. 4-star-plus standard is not achieved, wellness/sauna/swimming area is good, but not accessible in rain and weather, bathrobes are provided, towels are not sufficient. Breakfast is good, but only filter coffee from the pot for no extra charge. Staff are sometimes not very service-conscious, parking costs 3 euros per day despite large open spaces.

The hotel is beautifully situated in nature. The grounds with two swimming pools and various saunas are lovely. You can rent bikes and there is a petting zoo opposite. We enjoyed our 4 days there. You have to remember to bring mosquito repellent in the Spreewald.

We are very satisfied! The entire team is friendly, helpful and always in a good mood and gives the guest a wonderful holiday feeling.

Not a 4 star experience. No room service. Restaurant unavailable (fully booked). Sauna also requires booking (the only available time was during dinner - and all restaurants in the town close at 9pm). We had to order Dominos Pizza for dinner. I liked the apartments: the children's bed was cosy, there was a kitchenette with all necessary equipment, tv set, balcony with a table and chairs. Good hotel, we spent only one night, but it was all clean and with comfortable beds. On the other side if you plan to pay for the breakfast there, the price it´s just way too high (15€), it´s better to find a local place to have breakfast.

The hotel is fine for three stars, no WiFi! Very expensive alcohol bar.... it has pretty big parking in front of the hotel even LKW may be parked there! Some apartments have balconies.

The Hotel is very modern and super. The location to the highway is not something too far away. The Service was also very nice. Only the room was not so nice and at the worst I use to be many black beetles. They were really everywhere. You could not, accordingly, also sleep really well because you also had in the night.

Friendly owner, beautiful clean room, convenient location, what else can you wish for a night away?! Right across the road, there is a very good restaurant, where you can have an exceptional, tasty dinner. I highly recommend to stay at this pension and I'll happily return there myself.

This place was perfect for our family, the hotel in a great location in a very cute town. It was a close walk to just about everything you would want to do in town. There were kabob shops right right outside the back entrance that was amazing, the parks were fun too. The hotel rooms were spacious and the parking was cheap though limited.

Proper and reasonably priced hotel where two motorcyclists found refuge on a rainy night. Very agreeable accommodation, decent restaurant and breakfast but most of all superbly friendly staff.
