Where to stay in Cottbus

A somewhat dated Radisson hotel, but still very good! The Business Class rooms are still old fashioned furnitured as in 2010 or something.. But very clean and comfortable, the restaurant was very good and super friendly staff! The wellness i don’t know as I was here for one night! I don’t get all the negative reviews!

We chose the Raddison Blu Hotel for our wedding in Germany this year and we can’t say enough about the wonderful staff and service we received. The room for two was only with one set of towers and bedcover. But the lady from reception corrected it soon. Breakfast was good. The pool is small but lovely. What is disappointing: I paid only during booking, but when I checked out, the man at reception asked me to pay again immediately with double price. I already told him that I had paid before. But he still asked me to pay again, until I show...

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Rooms need some refurbishment, but in general, they are very comfortable and nice. The wellness area with pool and sauna on the top floor is really amazing.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Location right outside the station. With windows closed no problem with the noise. Beds are big and comfortable, electricity sockets in a few places round the room, also right in the corner next to the bed and armchair - great for reading a book. Nice and welcoming reception with a lot of comfortable little sofas to sit down. The only downside was the room had no fridge...

Very clean rooms and bathroom. Slept great, good mattress. Windows are soundproofed, so street noise is almost not heard. BREAKFAST, to find something for everyone. No safe - the only criticism.

We stayed one night only. The service was excellent, the rooms were spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, staff is very professional and friendly. The breakfast doesn’t have big variety of foods but it had everything I like to have for breakfast. Location is also excellent. I recommend it.

It was a super experience. All staff were very polite, attentive and service with a smile. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hope to visit on another occasion.

Great location - in the heart of the Altstadt. Cottbus is much nicer than it may seem at a first glance.

The hotel is quite new. All materials and finishing is new, modern and arranged in good taste. Specious rooms! Comfortable beds, enough various pillows, all necessary room facilities, very well insulated, great breakfast- all you need, including fresh made warm stuff. It has been one of the best stay I have ever had.

The room was very clean, but a little pricey for the quality (more so, outdated). The service was excellent and very kind. The breakfast brunch was the best, really. They also supplied a nice kinder bed without me asking, i found this be very thoughtful. And they didnt make a fuss about late check-out, which i found to be super helpful when traveling with 2 children by myself. Thank you!

Nice and quiet, the rooms were cleane and tidy and the beds a little to hard. Wifi din't work more than 3-4 minutes at the time. Food was ok, no more.

Amazing location in the suburbs of the city, in the forest where you can spot deer with babies below your windows. Big parking lot, super nice staff. Nice room, matching the nature around. Perfect place to spend a long weekend. We booked it via Groupon and received the hotel booking in combination of boat trip in Spreewald . The hotel has cozy rooms with a nice forest view, the staff is friendly and the food is delicious! It's the place to stay for someone traveling to spreewald/cottbus :)

Good value for money. The rooms are clean and orderly. The staff is quite "brandenburgisch". The food at the restaurant was delicious.

I True from 8.8. 22 to 9.8.22 there and really very nice and super friendly. It's nothing for children, but the breakfast is really great and men get a parking space for their car. What was really great, it's a non-smoking hotel. Very beautiful

A simple hotel not far from the train station and the city center, slightly hidden but quietly located on a side street. The rooms are practically furnished, the bathroom is a bit old, but everything is clean and usable. A small restaurant invites you to linger and you can also make yourself comfortable outside. The breakfast buffet is adequate and rich.

We visited this traditional restaurant with friends. Comfortable, loving atmosphere. Versatile, but still clear menu. Eat well and plentifully. Price-performance ratio o.k. friendly team RECOMMENDED.

Very professional and helpful staff, clean, nice and big rooms, great breakfasts, proximity of subway and buses

Even my Last Minute Booking was not that expensive and all in all it was a fair deal. The rooms are Clean and nicely tempered, all the employees I met were professional and friendly. The Lounge next to the entrance is a good place to have a cold Beer After Work, even though that is quite expensive. Anyway the town is right next to the hotel and there you can find nice Restaurants and affordable drinks

Excellent breakfast, friendly service, very helpful, the problem of inadequate air conditioning when the sun was shining was solved by changing the room facing away from the sun.

Clean, comfy supper simple rooms but missing a lot of the basics. For one, no iron or ironing board anywhere on the premises, servers are either spot on or horrible, no in between. We had a drink order for 8 people take 30 minutes into dinner and then it was wrong. A food order got completely forgotten and required us to ask another server to put it in. I was only here for a party. I found the dinner very tasty. Unfortunately, the cake base of the fruit cakes didn't taste like homemade. The staff member was nice, but the service could still be improved here (came with only one drink despite other drink requests - using a tray would have been great). The end of the celebration was not great either, and the information about the end was not communicated...

The rooms were available at very short notice. The rooms were cozy and big. The breakfast was excellent and I had the possibility to stay longer because of an quick online meeting I did in the restaurant . There is a parking slot available as well.

Expected more from the price tag and photos.

Great location... good service... missing aircon

The staff is super friendly and the rooms nicely decorated. We were able to Park our bikes safely in the courtyard. But the price did not fit to the seen.(no Elevator, mini bar broken, bathroom in urgent need of refurbishment). If the family room is on the third floor, is the rather goofy. The Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was nice. Fresh Brötchen, Laktose free milk, hot coffee and I saw the staff were constantly checking and refilling the food! The location is very nice, walking distance from Stadthalle, many good restaurants nearby.

Die Dame vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft hatte Charme und es war gemütlich. Ich hatte direkten Blick auf Kirche, Weihnachtsbaum mit Beleuchtung- das war sehr charmant. Es war sehr leer und sehr ruhig, sauber. Ein Parkplatz in der Näher war schnell gefunden.

Beautiful house located in the historical city center, on one side of the Pushkin park. Almost everything you need at walking distance. The lady that checked us in was super nice, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very good, it's not a buffet, but the guy in charge was super friendly and diligent. He makes sure you have everything you need. Our room was spacious and very clean...

Uncomplicated, clean, competent. Inexpensive student tariff. Recommended!
