Strandhotel Senftenberger See in Senftenberg

Waren dort brunchen: Essen war super lecker, leider war der Service ob der Getränke etwas verwirrt. Statt alkoholfreien Radlers gab es alkoholhaltiges. Später wieder eins bestellt, das musste erst kalt gestellt werden, bis sich dann herausstellte, dass es sich wieder um alkoholisches Radler handelt.... Kaffee OK, Rechnung gesalzen!

Our arrival: we enter the reception and the three of us saw women, I welcome this, and then all disappeared without a what to say in the back room of the reception.

We have a *lake view Premium room, which is really super, modern, unfortunately, is with his kid in the room, there is no Separation capability, a briefing, there was not, unfortunately, we were pressed by the kitchen staff of the key in the Hand and then by a show of hands the way shown. The staff is nice, but in our opinion, completely overwhelmed, here, the holder or holders should be active!!!!

The reviews about the Restaurant I can only agree, is completely underground.

Had a salad, ordered with pork tenderloin strips, I get Sliced !!!
My wife had sauce and a Camembert with cranberry, the Camembert was out of the freezer, and drowned in the sauce, we had a 45min wait on it and thought it comes to at least fresh... But, we knew the reviews, the know and just wanted to test whether it has improved, but also because, unfortunately, wrong.

Breakfast is not for a 3star S also acceptable, none of the staff has to fill time. We are at 9:00 until 10:00 for Breakfast and we were allowed to operate on the meagre leftovers.

Urgently what should be done!!!

Also the Restaurants in the area are more likely to be the lowest level.

To recommend only the Brasserie from the hotel in a short distance.

Unfortunately, the us has lost the beach hotel as guests, we will book the next Time at the Spa hotel next door.

Maybe the staff should inform the guests upon arrival, if Sonntas kitchen closing time is 19:00!!!! With a small child is closed in a disaster, if you want to eat and read, unfortunately....
