Moxy Hotel

The location is great and near the train terminal. Love booking this location because the staff is always so nice. The rooms are kind of small but definitely worth what you pay.

Good property, close to the train station but small rooms as you can expect with Moxy. We traveled with our baby so the room was super tight with the baby bed. They ran out of bottles of water but staff are friendly and helpful so they refiled our bottles.

I had a fantastic six-night stay at this hotel! From the moment I called to confirm my reservation, the receptionist, Luna, was helpful, friendly, and professional. She patiently answered all my questions and provided all the details I needed. Throughout my stay, Luna's warm demeanor made me feel welcome. Even though I was mostly out at an exhibition during the day and only returned to the hotel to sleep, I felt a real connection with her, almost like family. She truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

My room was perfectly adequate for my business trip – cozy, quiet, and just what I needed for sleeping. While it didn't have a huge desk for working on my laptop (something to consider if you need a dedicated workspace) and there was no mini-fridge, it served its purpose.

The hotel has that signature, classic Moxy vibe, so I knew what to expect in terms of style and amenities. I loved being able to use the lobby as an extension of my own living room, where I could relax with friends and enjoy a drink. The lobby's vibrant atmosphere was great for socializing.

The friendly and professional service at the front desk, especially from Luna, truly made my stay feel like home.

Even my check-out experience was smooth and pleasant, with a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby. The staff member who checked me out, Sam, even mentioned how Luna had spoken highly of me, which was a lovely compliment. It was clear that the entire team has a strong work ethic and is dedicated to providing excellent guest experiences.

Overall, I had a very positive experience at this hotel. If you're looking for a comfortable and social atmosphere, and don't mind the lack of a large desk or mini-fridge in the room, I highly recommend it!

This was a great experience to a very nice hotel with modern design and friendly staff. Luna from the reception was very polite and helpful and by far the best receptionist I have seen in the last five years travelling in and out of Germany. I believe she should get a raise!
Room and facilities were also very nice with only one negative to mention about the TVs. Not having a smart TV in the hotel room to connect with Netflix and more is an issue for international customers who don’t find German TV the best option. If it wasn’t this small issue it would be a perfect stay! Thanks.

Nice hotel, I stop one night on my way to north Germany. It is also convinient if you need a hotel close to Frankfurt airport. Nice and comfortable room and a good breakfast service. Room is also well sound proof. They also offer some dinner options as there are not so many restaurants close to the hotel. If tou want a restaurant you need a car ir consider to walk 20-40 minutes.

I recommend this hotel. It’s about 7mins walk from train and bus station, staff very friendly to me and room is clean. I wish wifi can be a bit faster and since there is no desk in room it’s not suited for business travel where you may need to work on computer. Definitely recommend for leisure travel.

Very nice and modern hotel. Not far from the train station and at the entrance of Darmstadt coming from A5 or A67.
