Quiet, unique little hostel just a short walk from most of the sites in Erfurt. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious. The staff do request that you pull the linens off of the beds before you leave, so do keep that in mind.

Good experience! Simple check in, helpful staff, clean room, and great local decor. My only gripe was that my room had terrible WiFi coverage. It seemed there was a few signals that kept cycling and disappearing. I would happily point any friends visiting Erfurt to the OPERA Hostel.

Excellent hostel located in charming Erfurt. The staff is relaxed and understanding (big props to the woman (with the dreads!) who checked me in - I can't recall her name, but she rules), the hostel has all the amenities a traveller needs, and the atmosphere is friendly and cozy. Got a good night's sleep every night, met a few nice folks. Would 100% recommend staying here. Apologies to the cleaning...

Great location, brilliant and helpful staff, clean (and I mean: clean) bathrooms, common areas and rooms, comfy bed (ever heard of a hostel bed that doesn't squeak? Yeah, here at Opera Hostel!), quiet neighborhood, fair prices. 10/10 would stay here again!

Opera Hostel is an excellent place to stay when you are in Erfurt. The unique setting of the old building, not far from Erfurt's historical center, gives the hostel a charming feel which I always enjoy. The rooms and bathrooms are sqeaky clean and the personnel is top-notch. You won't regret staying there.

Wonderful accommodation for families with children, girls' reunions or a tour with the boys. 2 bathrooms, lots of space, lots of beds, ideal location, walking distance to town, free parking in the neighborhood.

Very sympathetic hosts and a very bright, friendly and clean accommodation - can be highly recommended.

Spontaneous booking much later after check-in was possible and we got out of an emergency! A big praise.

For families with small children you have great accommodation here. Everything is lovingly furnished and nicely located close to the center. The greeting was very friendly and easy. Gladly again.

Perfect location in Weimar. Close by to lots of great restaurants, shops, and the theater. The bathrooms are nice and the outside area is beautiful! A great place to stay in Weimar.

Great place in central Weimar. A stone's throw from the opera house, shopping and the park. The building is really nice and well maintained. Clean and tidy rooms and a really lovely marble shower room. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here!

I am in Weimar regularly and have stayed at Hummel Hostel numerous times. It is a charming building from the 19th century in excellent condition, fully updated with comfortable rooms and excellent bathroom facilities, a nice kitchen area for making meals whilst travelling, and a very cozy lounge area. Also, the staff are friendly and speak English, which is excellent for international travellers....

Beautifully-restored heritage villa in the heart of the centre Weimar - minutes on foot from theatres, museums, shops and restaurants. Sparkling clean throughout, and there are private showers in luxurious marble-tiled bathrooms as well as a large garden with a spacious terrace - great for grilling. Best value for money I’ve ever had in a hostel! Cheap, central, relatively quiet, nice common room and kitchen, plenty of showers, spacious rooms, kind staff and a great courtyard terrace. Highly recommended!

Thanks to the team of Labyrinth Hostel! We've had a perfect stay in Weimar. Especially the female staff member Gianni (?) was so helpful and incredibly nice. The Hostel has a beautiful roof terrace, a nice private room and is located right in the city center. There's also free tea and coffee. We will definitely come again :-)

I absolutely loved this hostel! Arrived very late after the check-in time, cause my train was cancelled, called the number at the reception and the receptionist was very caring and helpful to come from home to check me in. The hostel is in the center of the city and close to the main train station. It is super clean and comfy. I stayed in the 6 bed female dorm, which is large enough to have a relaxed...

The staff really made guests feel welcomed and included. There were a lot of chances to meet new people. The location was also great in the middle of town but not too far away from the train station. Would recommend to anyone with kids, solo travels, or groups.

I stayed in the 8-beds mixed-gender dorm for two days. The hostel has a nice atmosphere and the kitchen is well equiped. The staff was friendly too and I enjoyed my stay :). Btw, if you're a youth card owner you get a 10% discount on the price of the rooms. Would come again!

It was a nice experience to live at this hostel. Staff and environment are quite good and lovely, my double bed room is a creative one which the bed is in the air. I recommend everyone to book this hostel.
