The location and the views are excellent (if you happen to have a room on the right side). The staff was friendly and allowed us later checking out without any problems. Breakfast was quite ok, nothing to complain about

Room arrangement was little weird with the walk through bathroom but one can live with it. Overall a good experience, and not terribly expensive during the week day

We had a fabulous junior suite, a comfortable, good-sized room. However, there was no privacy for the bathroom area.

Wonderful hotel, just a few steps away from the old city. The sauna with the view above the rooms of Erfurt is really amazing. The only thing I have to blame is the absence of air conditioning in the rooms

Located right next to cathedral and old fortress it makes an excellent starting point for exploring Erfurt. Rooms were well equipped and clean, both fridge and safe are included

Friendly, good breakfast, but make sure you get a room facing outside. Those facing inside will look into the lobby and will have no fresh air.

The location near the famous Krämerbrücke and not far from the railway station. Very generous and excellent breakfast buffet. Make sure you book a room facing the courtyard because it is quieter.

There is a lounge available, a well-serviced bar, a very professional front desk, parking at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is comparable to 5+ star hotel breakfasts I have had elsewhere with very reliable service

And when people walk and talk in the hallway, you hear them as well. That's the only negative thing I'd have to say ! Everything else was wonderful. The staff was friendly and approachable!

I had to spent a hot summer night in a no air-conditioned room; and as I tried to cool myself up, opening the windows, little arachnidan animals visited, making me have to spend some minutes to ward them off

Two tooth glasses were presented, but one still have some lipsticks on it. Lamps and all the basics were there, just it's not a very high-tech hotel

It is a very nice Hotel, great location only a few minutes to the center, we had a room in the courtyard area, 4 floor, super quiet, could with open window sleep, the Breakfast adequate, Service very friendly, small tip for Erfurt, a city tour of 21-23 o'clock from Tourist Information

Great service. Most staff speaks English and everything is very aesthetically pleasing. Beds are comfortable and rooms are nice, modern, and clean.

Hotel and rooms are OK. But still a bad smell of smoking in the living room side (non smoking room) and very limited room service (no automatic cleaning, no replacement of empty water bottles). Need to be improved.

The room was much bigger than other rooms in more expensive hotels so was great value and good quality. The restaurant served excellent food and I had the best Pretzel I have ever tasted

The location and the price are hard to beat! Two small things that stood out to us: a Minibar would be nice and the cosmetic mirror in the bathroom can only be used by tall women

Super nice hotel, is centrally located in the old town of Erfurt. It is just a 6-minute walk to the cathedral. The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating. We would love to come back next year. Keep it up.

Through the back entrance you reach the front Desk as well as through the main entrance. At the reception you will be greeted warmly. To the center one arrives best with the tram no. At the reception Tickets will be sold

The Hotel has good transport links. For cars, Parking spaces are enough available, which are located behind the Hotel. It is these Parking directly input to visit because the main Parking is scarce

The double room was clean and in good condition. A balcony was not available, this is the same for all rooms. The Breakfast is good, the service attentive

Not all the rooms are with the Lift does not directly reachable. For wheelchair users it is recommended to book early and to ask about accessibility. The double rooms are very spacious and equipped according to the price

There was no mini fridge but I don't think anyone would care since they are the most untouched expensive things in the world. There were 2 bottles of sparkling water already in the room

I used the cars GPS and found this place late in the evening. The owner came to the door and had obviously been to bed already

We all had a very enjoyable meal at the restaurant, unfortunately the card machine was not working, but they helped us to find another way of paying. I particularly enjoyed the goulash.
