Accessibility by train was good! Cleanliness was okay, except for the lack of towel changes! Service regarding keycard issues was so-so! Regarding amenities, I missed a kettle or coffee machine!

Two tooth glasses were presented, but one still have some lipsticks on it. Lamps and all the basics were there, just it's not a very high-tech hotel

the hotel is quite nice, with good connectivity to the Erfurt railway station (HBF), and a tram stop nearby. I actually walked to the hotel from railway station. the rooms are good and comfortable.

The Hotel has good transport links. For cars, Parking spaces are enough available, which are located behind the Hotel. It is these Parking directly input to visit because the main Parking is scarce
