We stayed Mid-October, 2024. It was clean, close to the train/bus station, and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but fit our needs. Parking available behind the hotel. We would recommend this hotel.

Dog rooms are full of dog fur, of all kind of dogs. For me traveling with a not hairy dog it was really disgusting. Service tried to chance my room but every available room was dirty. Value for money is good and the position is perfect. The room was not very big, but it was very clean and I really like the bathroom. The fornitures are new and are fully coloured, so the atmosphere inspired happiness. I did not have breakfast. Not all the staff speak English.

We were there for the second time. The location is great. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were great. There are always three of us traveling and we don't miss anything. This time we also enjoyed the magical breakfast. After one or two failures in Erfurt, we now always book there again for next year.

Very nice boss who really does everything herself. From reception to breakfast. Everything perfect, nice room, modern bathroom and a mega breakfast, which leaves nothing to be desired. All in all I can only recommend it. Gladly again.

It is very beautiful Christmas in the night days that we spent in the Hotel and in Erfurt. At the evening Dinner there were actually six dishes to choose from - there was something for everyone. The Breakfast buffet selection, coffee was in the thermos, and the vending machine rich offered available, even a daily newspaper was available. We will be back!

Directions to the Hotel could be improved. The Dinner food was taste good, with a Ausnsahme: the Appetizer (salad) was served with the main course. Otherwise, everything in the green area.

My stay at the Hotel WILNA was very pleasant and I will definitely come back again. The Hotel is very clean and the rooms are all renovated and extremely well furnished. The Hotel has good transport links. For cars, Parking spaces are enough available, which are located behind the Hotel. It is these Parking directly input to visit because the main Parking is scarce. Everything was good. Good clean room. Room was spacious with 2 queen size beds. There was enough towels in the bathroom and replaced regularly. Also had all other necessary toiletries. We all had a very enjoyable meal at the restaurant, unfortunately the card machine was not working, but they helped us to find another way of paying. I particularly enjoyed the goulash.

To go into the Restaurant garden city is a very good decision, the food was delicious and was prepared quickly, the staff was friendly and the ambience very pleasant. The situation again is not so good, it is located directly at the railway station and is therefore very noisy. But I will still make a trip there.
