It is very beautiful Christmas in the night days that we spent in the Hotel and in Erfurt. At the evening Dinner there were actually six dishes to choose from - there was something for everyone. The Breakfast buffet selection, coffee was in the thermos, and the vending machine rich offered available, even a daily newspaper was available. We will be back!

We stayed Mid-October, 2024. It was clean, close to the train/bus station, and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but fit our needs. Parking available behind the hotel. We would recommend this hotel.

A short trip to meet friends or family is highly recommended. The hotel is next to the Hbf. The room is neat and clean with sustainable Smart Control. It is super quiet even though it’s near the Hbf. Every payment in the hotel are with cards or app pay transactions. The bar at the lobby is 24 hours which is very nice for visitors to have some chats and beers.

Dog rooms are full of dog fur, of all kind of dogs. For me traveling with a not hairy dog it was really disgusting. Service tried to chance my room but every available room was dirty. The Hotel has good transport links. For cars, Parking spaces are enough available, which are located behind the Hotel. It is these Parking directly input to visit because the main Parking is scarce. Nice hotel, but with limited parking. The hotel room was large and OK. I also liked the sample jar of cream on the bed. The reception staff was very friendly. The Wi-Fi was very poor and slow. Very beautiful location and wonderful people. Old Gasthaus, well maintained. The tram station just next to the wall. Melchendorf Market in 2 minutes walk. Breakfast have enough options. Only issue was location is far from HBF. If we want to go HBF early morning to catch any DB, or to comeback from HBF during late night its very difficult. Service was very friendly.

To go into the Restaurant garden city is a very good decision, the food was delicious and was prepared quickly, the staff was friendly and the ambience very pleasant. The situation again is not so good, it is located directly at the railway station and is therefore very noisy. But I will still make a trip there.

We were there for the second time. The location is great. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were great. There are always three of us traveling and we don't miss anything.
