The location is nice, I book here for the Weltvogelpark. Breakfast is also lovely. My room is not clean, I find some hair definitely not mine on the table and my blanket. Also find some finger nail piece on the floor and I step on it. Please improve the cleaning.

We loved everything here. Room was big, bed was very large and comfortable, big screen TV, breakfast was free and tasty. Easy to reach from the highway and yet in a quiet, pretty neighbourhood. Even our dogs were welcome, there was only a small extra payment.

Location is good, we only went there for 1 day. So we were not able to see much of the area. But what we saw was a green and peaceful environment. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. Furthermore, the staff was also friendly. The bird park and serengeti safari park in Walsdorf are also nearby (by car), just check in advance if they are open...

Very nice place. Nice personel. The rooms are very spacious. Ideal for families. Children's playground is directly adjacent. Next time we visit Heidepark we will book the same hotel.

We booked a family room at this hotel. We got one on the second floor. It was nice and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the green garden. The second room I booked on the ground floor was less roomy. In the evening we reserved breakfast and breakfast time. In the morning all was prepared for us. Breakfast was pretty good, staff were friendly. A good place to stay on our way to Serengeti park.

A decent place to stay in , newly renovated ,very clean bed and bathroom Room and wallcolouring was not to my taste( wall had two vertical blue stripes painted on to it) but for a one day stay this is just fine. Breakfast is fine as well for a hotel of this class. They offer fresh fruit as well

Nice hotel close to the park. Lots of restaurants close by. Hotel is in a quiet area and some rooms are in an outhouse facing the park.Includes breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

Beautifully situated behind water.very charming place with friendly and helpful staff. Lots of facilities as large garden,restaurant, bar, sauna, in house parking,etc.Also many activities around the corner.I can highly recommend this hotel.

I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Haus am Walde during an official trip to Hannover. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going on business or holiday. The excellent quiet location, beautiful room, very friendly and helpful staff and the tasty indian food made it a relaxing and happy stay.

Nice Hotel and clean rooms. For the restaurant you have to walk 5 minutes. But breakfast is great. Staff is nice and friendly.

I organised a trip with 26 people to this hotel for a weekend at Serengeti Park and Heide Park. The location is perfect as it is in the middle and easy to reach both places. very friendly staff, very calm place. We enjoyed our time there. the room is super clean, there is a BBQ under request, playground, and a children's play corner inside for rainy days. I like everything there but the breakfast could be improved a little bit more.

Good German food like grandma used to make :-) Large portions, nice service. On the weekends you should make a reservation because space is limited and many have discovered this "secret tip". The food for eight people came almost at the same time, eight different dishes. Top !

Nice hotel, good breakfast buffet. Own brewery in house. My room was spacious with good quality furniture, nice modern bathroom. Large TV and good pillows.

We rented two of the large suites for our family which was great and ate a few meals here, the food was good and the beers which are brewed on site were delicious! Would recommend for sure!
