Beach Motel

Extremely small rooms, small bathrooms that are very "tired" already. No Airconditioning, no space to even open up a suitcase, never mind storing clothing for the duration of your stay. The hallways smell bad, due to a scent that is automatically dispensed. The common areas are overloaded with furniture of a German brand "Riviera Maison" it looks more like a show room. The bar is cute but more like a common area of a youth hostel. The staff is generally friendly but a little too comfortable in addressing guests the way I would address a buddy. Most rooms also don't have fridges. The breakfast is good and compared to the actual room rate, it's a deal. The price we paid for the room was close to outrages for what was offered. With no A/C towels don't dry and everything is humid and wet. Towels are also not exchanged. Beds are made but rooms are not fully cleaned on a daily basis.

we booked a room from the 4 of sept until the 5 of sept and it whas a loft room that had a cost of 355 euros per night with our dog. We phooned the hotel in the morning of the 3rd sept and asked if they had a free room the same day. They had a room with a jacuzzi in the living room and with a cost similar to our first room. We wanted to have the same room for two nights.
When we checked in at 2 oclock Lisa told us that the room whas not ready
, and that we should wait for their sms. At 3 oclock, the ordinary check in time we went back to the hotel and whas asked if we received a ok from the hotel and we said no and the check in whas 3 o clock
Then she said that our room whasnt ready because something whas brooken in the room.
One of the girls said that she could give us a double room for the two nights so we didnt have to change room. When my wife checked the internet the doubleroom costed about 213 euro.
But this double room had a cost of 346 euro per night. Our 2 nights in a double room without seawiev costed us 692 euro. Off course we thought that you made a misstake but Lisa explained to us that you could set the price of the day since we where late check in.
It whas not our fault that something whas brooken in our room
How is it possible that it only differs about 10 euro per night between the rooms because of a misstake you made. Normally it differs around 100 euros per night.
Do you really change the prices due to Lisa after the day bookings.
Whe go to Mein Strandhaus in Niendorf 6-7 times a year and now we wanted to try something new. Usually we stay at meereszeiten and offcourse it will be the place for us in the future.
We hope that you really enjoyed cheating us with this money.
