NH Stuttgart Airport Mini-hotel

the desk girl was so unfriendly and unhelpful and unprofessional. when i arrived she was so rude. i had a problem with my reservation(hotel’s fault, they booked the room for the wrong month, but i have the email where i wrote the right date), she didn’t even try to help me, she just sent me away. i asked to talk with someone else and she said she was the only one there, but i could see there was another guy, so i asked to talk with her boss and she said i couldn’t. when i tried to book another room and offered to pay the one for the next month she said i couldn’t use my deal bc the other room was not paid yet, even if i had more money on the deal. she sent me away again. i went online and booked another room, she said she couldn’t give me a room from the desk. i hope she gets some consequences for her actions. she was rude all the time.
moreover the air conditioning wasn’t working and the room was full of insects.

The Air Con needs a real repair. It doesn't work at all.. they said they're having problems about the AC. But I also read a lot of bad reviews about it sadly.. I hope they maintain the hotel better..

Do you like taking a cold shower? Or maybe you like taking a shower on the sauna area instead of the room you paid for? If that is the case then this is the place to stay. If, like me, you like to take a shower with hot water then I cannot recommend this hotel. I stayed for 5 nights and only 1 of them I had a hot shower although with low water pressure. Reception was informed everyday about the issue and despite being friendly there is nothing that was done to solve this or change my room. From other reviews you can see that it is a known problem but they rather have dissatisfied guests than fixing the problem. Will not stay here and cannot recommend.

Worst possible customer service. I have been trying for 2 days to change my reservation. Although there is a room available (I checked this both via booking.com and on their own website), they simply refuse this without any explanation.
Beside this, many of the rooms are quite outdated with worn out furniture/floor.

Dear Ms Weiss,
I specifically asked the front desk 3 times that I want to change my reservation and not cancel.
Changing should normally be no problem with any hotel, as long as the difference is paid.
Front desk was not willing to support in any way my request pointing to the hotel policy.
As customer who has been many times at your hotel with my company, I will only reconsider changing my mind, in case you can repair this situation.

Busy check in, functional but not a real customer experience. Rooms clean and relatively new. The usual... Hair every here and there. Bulp at the light next to bed broken, staff not willing to fix it same day (which would have made sense as we stayed one night). Plenty of discussions with impolite staff has been led to two stars only...
