NH Stuttgart Airport

Busy check in, functional but not a real customer experience. Rooms clean and relatively new. The usual... Hair every here and there. Bulp at the light next to bed broken, staff not willing to fix it same day (which would have made sense as we stayed one night). Plenty of discussions with impolite staff has been led to two stars only...

I was disappointed a guest in this Hotel and I am deeply. Although it is a nice Hotel, but nothing more.
There are hardly any free Parking and you will be virtually forced to use a pay car Park, otherwise no additional Park facilities are also available. 14 Euro per day! On request, that on the Homepage the Info is included, was turned down at the reception unfriendly.

Furthermore, the experience in the restaurant area catastrophic.
It was not received and had to wait a few minutes until it was brought to the table. My order was incomplete and incorrect.
Typical hotel price for the you can expect performance. (Measly fillet and meat vegetables for 30 Euro)
When you have to embark on the search for operating personnel.

The Wellness area is very nice. Unfortunately, the infrared sauna was 42 degrees and the Sauna at 115 degrees. Hooks for hanging bathrobes from the wall ripped. A shower is defective, and the other with boiling hot water.

My conclusion: customer friendliness and service orientation appear to be foreign words.
That was the first and last Time in this Hotel.

Due to a seminar I was at this NH Hotel. I am very disappointed.

The staff was very different, while I was greeted upon arrival by a young lady, very friendly, was her colleague at the reception Desk at the following lunch, simply now, soggy and unfriendly.

The Breakfast was a joke. The scrambled eggs much too mushy, and the associated spoons with leftovers from the early Morning glued to it. A third of the restaurant was cordoned off, with his plate in Hand no free seat. The existing staff was already overloaded with the Clearing of the plates, so that one could not have a coffee or so.

The seminar service, I was also very modest. Glasses were only changed once a day, drinks not refilled. On the Seminar you could not focus 100%, because the lectures were heard in the next room too well. The projector flickered merrily, and was many years ago determined to be a current model.

The lunch you could not give yourself. The quality and the taste of the food does not have me convinced. Also, the composition of the meals was not matched to each other.

The situation may be due to the proximity to the airport, maybe for somebody interesting. Otherwise, you can forget the area. Bleak, boring, and... well, that was kind of nothing.

Against the rooms you can say nothing. It was big enough, clean and just ok. Now nothing Special, but I didn't expect you to. Just a normal hotel room of this category.

Overall, the offer is the money not at all worth it. From my point of view there is really no reason to choose this Hotel.

The friendly lady at the front Desk, welcomed me on arrival, was actually the Highlight of the stay.
