Leonardo Hotel

This was a good hotel. The price was affordable, the room large and clean. The breakfast a bit expensive but huge variety of foods. A very friendly, English speaking lady welcomed us. A car is best for this hotel but a bus does run to city center. Ask about it.

Very clean and staff were fantastic. A little way out from castle area, but very easy bus ride to and from. Breakfast was great - lots of options.

Traveling for business. A better choice than my previous stay at a hotel behind the Heidelberg bahnof station. It was out of my expectation that the room includes a bathtub. Very nice and smiley staff makes one feel truly welcomed. Ample parking space. Fair selection of foods for breakfast. I would most certainly choose Leonardo Hotel Heidelberg when I return to this city.

There are two Leonardo hotels in Heidelberg.

Firstly i got the wrong hotel, it took 20 minutes to get to this hotel from the other same-name hotel.

About this hotel, i really like the service. The receptionist is super friendly and warm. They also have sauna in the downstairs. I visit also the restaurant and tried German food i forget the name, and it's also nice. I am also super satisfied with the room. Very clean, tidy, and nice. Yeah but just one thing that it's far from the centre.

I will probably stay in this hotel again.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel seemed clean. At breakfast, we were able to observe four bee colonies through the window, which we loved. The breakfast was varied, and we didn't miss anything. At second glance, the furniture was a bit worn, but this was only cosmetic and didn't bother us. Heidelberg's old town is about a 15-minute drive away. We would book again :-)

We stayed 2 nights here with some friends and recommend hotel Leonardo Heidelberg warm-heartedly. We were fully satisfied with everything. The location is in a peaceful outskirts of Heidelberg. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

There are some supermarkets in walking distance.

It was a safe, comfortable and reliable environment for the 3 days I stayed there. It has an optimal balance in terms of cost and benefit.

I want to highlight the service of the gentleman working the front counter on the 10/01 around 9pm, truly exceptional service with the most respectful attitude. I wish I knew his name as he's really set the standard for good customer service. We had a small issue with the bathroom in our room but he resolved this very quickly and offered a few drinks as an apology. Really went above and beyond for us and I wish to thank him for making it a wonderful stay. His respectfulness and kindness is truly appreciated by me, someone who's clearly very passionate about their job and making sure guests are well looked after. I would be genuinely surprised if I found out he wasn't the hotel manager! Thank you very much.

Did not expect this level of service at all from the hotel because of how reasonably priced it was. The rooms were very spacious and with good amenities. The hotel is showing it's age a little but has been very well maintained so it is still very nice and clean. Definitely would recommend, especially for the price paid (around €120 for two nights). Parking is unfortunately not free and costs €8 a day, not terrible.

Very happy with my stay, I usually stay with a different hotel brand but I'll be looking into staying at more Leonardo hotels in the future.
