Maybe the best hotel during our stay in the summer out of 7 hotels in our trip. Polite reception service and location in quiet area where surrounded mostly by office buildings. Room was clean and breakfast was great. Also lot of free parking spots. Would recomment and might come to stay again. :)

This B&B has a self service check-in. After filling all the details you receive a room number. We ask the staff behind the desk on which floor we can find the room. His answer pointing outside towards the door we came in, go outside and stay there. Obviously we were confused and asked what do you mean. Pointing again outside the door. Later we asked again where to find the room number and why he send outside. His answer oh sorry I did not understand. In your job of field I expect you understand English perfectly like he did with the customer before us. Never in my life have I been treated like this at any hotel before. Worst customer service ever!

Where to start, the hotel room is value for money.
But the experience with the working hotel employee on that evening.. we’re still in shock. How is it possible that this person is working in the hospitality branche.
We booked a lot of hotelrooms and alway’s the staf is polite and helpful but this guy was so disrespecful! I hope more people will complain and they fired this person! He little bit ruined our evening..

After self check in at their door, we asked where to Go to our Room. The front desk, said, Go outside and wait. We were confuse and we wait outside, then we came in again and ask why did you send us outside. He said Oh sorry I did not understand and very sarcastic. I Dont think he did not understand as we ask many Times and he clearly speak English. Even with someone before us. Unpleasant experience esp for us coming from a long Travel.

We loved the location, hotel accommodations, and the staff. It is a very clean hotel in a quiet location. You can tell that they take pride in maintaining the premise (no mold, etc.). We will definitely visit again!

We had a good experience. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful and polite. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and diverse (breakfast price on the sign outside was not the price charged). Wifi was unstable. A bit of a weird feeling that the reception was not staffed during the night.

Check in computer asked a lot of stuff we could have answered before and save time when arriving late at night.
Rooms were dirty. Spiders, mold, dark stains of whatnot...
It was the second time we came but also the last. Even the kids, who usually don't care where we stay, kept a bad memory of this place.
Avoid if you can, we will not go again.
Also parking was too small, we were lucky to get the very last spot but other tourists arrived just behind us and had to park elsewhere.
