Very clean room, great hospitality, courteous service at breakfast. Scrambled or fried eggs are individually and freshly prepared.

A nice small hotel with well equipped and very new rooms. Everything was there, even a Nesspresso machine, a bottle of water and a mobile air conditioner. The connection to Cologne is great. An overnight stay here is highly recommended. The reservation and check-in also worked very well.

Friendly staff, extremely clean, gives a feel of luxury. Only downside (therefore the 4 stars and not 5) is that the WIFI is not working or working for a really short period of time

Nice hotel outside of Cologne I stayed at this hotel for five nights, in this small town for a wedding. The hotel is clean, pretty and comfortable. I was very happy with the a/c in teh room...really good for Europe standards. Breakfast was awesome. I appreciated the affordable parking. Check in after hours was easy.

Room was very nice and clean. The things that bother me was the very small bathroom. When you went to the toilet, your knees are against the wall in front of you. I’m 1,68 tall, but someone bigger than me should have a problem here. The same for the shower. The breakfast is basic. But when the fruitsalade was empty, they didn’t refilled it.

The prices were very reasonable. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. It’s a great location if you are with a car. Disadvantages: There is no public transport facility in the vicinity. Although the breakfast is supposed to be till 10:00hrs, many of the items are over by 9:00 !!

Normal hotel, nothing special, but serves its purpose. It was clean and we had a good nights rest after a long day in Phantasialand. There is a bar downstairs, open until 10pm which I can recommend. Breakfast is good with enough variety although I missed the sausages. Breakfast is at 8am in weekends, but it’s better to wait at least until 8:15 otherwise it’s too crowded.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel for a daytrip to Phantasialand, which is a 15 minute ride away. We could enter easily at 11 pm, because of the code by email to get the key. The room was very spacious and clean! The breakfast was extensive and yummy. Thank you very much :-)

Really pleased with our stay. The hotel is dog friendly (we had to pay a extra 15€ fee). The staff was really nice and when we got the the room there was a letter welcoming us and our dog plus a can of wet food and some Treats for her. I'm not very often in Hotels - even not in Hotels in the German Federal territory. For a 3 star Hotel I think the rooms (especially the bathroom) are more likely to be very small. For someone with more Wealth is in the shower is a challenge... The bed I have slept in the I, knarxt... is simply outdated already... Unfortunately, the parking spaces are no longer free due to a construction site (not changed on trip yet), but a nice gentleman at the reception was very accommodating and, due to the inconvenience, only charged us for a parking space. We were a bit disappointed, the put us on the first floor, which is actually the 2nd floor. We had to lug the 4 suitcases up several stairs. This hotel has no lift or elevator. We had a good stay at Ameron . Before our stay we were offered an upgrade including parking. It was definitely worth the extra cost. The view was amazing looking out over Köln. Good value for money. A bit outside of the city centre but nice and calm. Also close to the freeway

Very friendly staff except for one woman Who was acting a bit hectic. English not perfect so sometimes a bit trouble with communication. I stayed here to visit Cologne Cathedral while traveling along the Romantic Road. The room was small but clean. The location was not too far from the city center, so it was convenient for getting around.

Booked a 4-person room with a large bed and a bunk bed. The room is not big, but it has everything and is very clean. Parking is 12 euros for 24 hours. It is a 10-minute walk from the S1 station and the surrounding area is very quiet.

Probably last time i'll go to this hotel. You can park your car on site for.... 24€.... I took the car and parked on the street for 5€. Sauna only open from 17h to 22h....and you need to pay for it 9.50€... All these things were not mentioned. There is like a self checkin, which is fast but nothing personal. The location is perfect, checking in and accessibility are not a problem. The surroundings are a bit marginal, cleanliness so-so. The rooms are functionally furnished. An alternative to the three-star standard, but unfortunately with some drawbacks.

Not your typical hotel. There's no staff in case you have a question, or need something. You are provided with sparse amounts of Soap, towels, blankets, and had just one pillow. Decent sized room, and the bed was comfortable.

Prima accommodatie. Is even zoeken waar de ingang is. Wordt niet met een bordje of iets aangegeven. Ingang is bij de Unicenter op de hoek van het gebouw. Lovely place to stay, the rooms are just perfect, it feels like they thought of everything when planning them. All rooms are studio apartments with kitchenette area(fridge, stove, oven). Staff is very friendly too.

The room is the size of a normal budget hotel, with sufficient heating and windows that cannot be opened. Disposable toothbrushes and slippers are not provided as is common in Europe, so you need to bring your own. Simply lovely! Just a great hotel in a great location. I am usually very picky, but this one was flawless to me. Spacious clean room with a modern design and everything looks new. Huge car garage right next to the hotel. Good sound isolation in the rooms and silent airco. The room itself is not expensive. And the area is very hip, we found many nice bars and restaurants around. 10/10

The best part of the stay was the desk attendants ( Olga and Constance). They did everything they could to make the stay the best it could be.  Overall the room was way overpriced for what it offered. The room was lacking many of the standard amenities that other hotels offer. Even to the point you have to request room cleaning and hope to get it. We stayed 10 days and never received a room cleaning...

Not good I find it hard to understand how this property has a 4 star rating. Gym was a cupboard. Rooms only cleaned and refreshed on request. Aircon barely functioning. Breakfast overpriced and not good. Bathrooms poorly equipped. All of that said, the staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating.

Unique experience with very decent dining options in and around the property. There was no housekeeping service though and staff could have been a little more polite and helpful.

Although it is a little far from the station, there are many restaurants nearby, so it was convenient. There are only stairs on some floors, so it is a little difficult to move large luggage. However, the staff will help you move your luggage. I had a very comfortable stay.

The room we stayed in this time was in Zone 2. The room size was good and overall comfortable. The price was only RMB 100 more expensive than a single room. But the check-in time was 3pm, which was a bit too late.

The hotel is very well located, close to transport links and within walking distance of a range of bars and restaurants and many good neighbourhoods such as the Belgisches Viertel. There was a good choice for breakfast.
