The room is very clean and big, and the staff are helpful and friendly. But in summer, i wouldn't recommend it because the room is very hot. Not warm, hot. They are currently doing renovations, so i hope they know about this issue. No AC. But they will give you a ventilator. Maybe this is a good point if you want to stay here in winter😊
Fyi: no refrigerators in the room, nor a kettle. Idk if you could ask for a kettle, tho.

EDIT!!! What a difference a few years makes... if I could give them zero Stars I would because their customer service is appalling and non-existent. We had a seven-night stay booked at the hotel and we had airline problems and I was not able to cancel until the day of arrival. They charged me full stay, I begged them to reconsider, I emailed them every day and then they threatened me that they would never refund my money unless I stopped the emailing. Hotel.com also got involved and ask him to please refund at least half of my stay which they refused. Meanwhile the entire hotel is under renovation covered in scaffolding and I was never advised. I would have checked out on the next day had I been able to go there. I have stayed in this hotel at least five times, and they were aware and still disregarded all of my pleas for a refund. there are so many more hotels in Fulda to choose from. This hotel doesn't care about you at all and if you ever have an emergency they don't give a damn...
The staff at this hotel and the location are both outstanding! We have stayed here many times and we will always stay here. The rates are excellent and the daily breakfast is Delicious!! Rooms are sparge and we'll planned. Highly recommended !!

Good experience.
Very clean rooms.
Best part is, it is possible to check-in after 10:30 pm after the reception is closed using the automatic check in machine.
One thing to note, if you call the emergency number mentioned on the entry it is not answered by anyone. So good to confirm about free parking before the receptionist beforehand.

The room is very big and 2 complete sides of the room are windows, but the sun shutters didn't work . It was hot , I tried to use the fan in the room also it's not working. Internet connection is also unreliable and very slow.

Really nice big room with a pretty nice view to the main street. Everything was nice and good, except that the room was missing a mini fridge and also the last day they took towels and didn't bring them back. Otherwise it was all good.

I just walked in here first time and met very nice staff at the front desk, got my room plus all necessary information. Room is done up in a modern style, really clean and nicely prepared, equipped with a turn around tv desk. Breakfast is available if you book it additionally. Put in a nutshell, you get what you pay for. There's nothing to complain about. Recommend this place.

Very good hotel near the train station and a 5 minute walk from the center. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast had some good offers and the taste was very good. The staff was nice and helpful. The TV has the normal German hotel channels. It does not a private parking structure.

Surprisingly great hotel in a surprisingly great city. Our room was spacious, clean and bright. It had a view of downtown, and had a very comfortable queen sized bed and a cozy twin sized. Fulda looks bland at first, and then you walk towards the downtown for five minutes, and you will find yourself on a very cute main street with traditional German architecture. To sum it all up in a sentence, everything about Fulda is surprisingly great!
