A nice big hotel with a great spa and wellness resort. Food was okay/good. Room was nice, generally really clean. However, with the exception of one kind and competent waiter at El Jardin, the staff was really bad. At the front desk, in the restaurant, at the spa and even the cleaning staff. Unmotivated and maybe inexperienced, I felt like a nuisance to them. Many of the staff had a dead and absent...

It was a nice stay and everything was clean. The food was really good. Spa area is just too small for the size of the hotel. Only two saunas with 'Aufguss' and they are pretty small...The reading areas are also not big enough, so you have the constant feeling you're waiting for others to leave or you've got to rush to get a spot...which is counterproductive in a wellness spa...

Absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. They offer a full breakfast buffet with almost any breakfast food you can think of, spa and sauna all included. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located right next to the train station and an easy walk to most of the town. Love my stay here!

First off, this hotel allows dogs with you into the breakfast, which was amazing and one of a kind on our trip. Huge plus for this! Overall very friendly staff, was great with the baby and dog.

Rooms are extremely clean. Beds are big and cosy for a good night sleep. There is a coffee and tea inside room. Breakfast was well loaded (I recommend pancakes). Staff is absolutely professional and nice. Receptionist was very useful and kind. There is underground garage and if there is no space, it is availabel across the street for 3,5 EUR/24hrs. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Very nice, modern hotel at the very heart of the city. Good parking options, friendly staff, lavish breakfast. Beautiful old town just around the corner, with most places to visit and plenty of cosy local restaurants within walking distance. Everything we could ask for, had a great time!

Good place, simple and enough…. I have stayed many times in the hotels from the group Holiday Inn, they have good rooms, and a relative good breakfast… the parking is always expensive… In this hotel I found a staff not very friendly…

The staff was super friendly, the rooms comfy and the breakfast absolutely delicious! Also the location is amazing!! Easy to reach (especially if you go to Fulda by train) and in close proximity to the Dom and Schlosspark!

Unfriendly Staff, opens outside the couch by 15:30 and even sees the customer waiting tells us to wait 20 more minutes. Zero Respect to Customers typical Fulda!

It had a very nice view and the taste of the gin I ordered was also good . ‏ I did not like the hamburger very much but it had a good design and the potatoes and sauce were great and also the behavior of the staff was good.

Staff are very helpful and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and the cleaning staff, are meticulous. The hotel has plenty of facilities and more cupboards and places to put your luggage, than any other hotel I have stayed in. Had a good experience here. Rooms are big and clean. Bed is comfortable to sleep, and also had a big modern smart television. Only downside is that there's only 1 english channel. Breakfast was also good and of great value. I would go back to stay here. 4 stars for service because they threw away my soap and shampoo. I had to get a new one because of it. But overall, I give it a 4.5.

Beautiful rooms with friendly efficient staff and excellent dining. The conference facilities were good even with the Corona restrictions and requirements. The business section is beautifully decorated and the foyer of the section has an interesting central platform that slowly rotates.

We were traveling from Croatia to Norway and looking for a place to sleep. I called hotel Fulda and asked if they have a free bedroom bcs we will come in the late night with 2 small kids. guy was super polite and super nice. The bedroom was waiting for us as he said. Bedroom was supernice and super clean, breakfast too very delicious, prices very good, not expensive. I am so happy and definetly next...

All well, good location and very new hotel It’s a bed and breakfast place, so not a leisure place stay in your room. If you want to discover Fulda and it’s environment, the BB hotel is a good choice

The rooms were small, but modern.. the bathroom was leaking allot of water when you showered that's a bad thing and the airco was working good bed was okay, breakfast was okay too

Probably one of the best B&B I have seen. New, modern, clean and amazing view. I was pretty surprised. However when I visited I had to first check in before getting in the parking area, which means I had to leave the car in the entrance and go for a check in. It was raining so not the best thing. Maybe the issue is already fixed.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist zufriedenstellend. Die Zimmer sind angenehm ausgestattet. Störend ist der Strassenlärm welcher bei gekipptem Fenster doch laut ist. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit ist top. Zu empfehlen ist auch das zugehörige Restaurant wo sehr gutes Essen zu angemessenen Preisen angeboten wird.

Very traditional German hotel ....Will feel like living in castle..It's back side is forest and will give complete satisfaction during your vacation stay.

These are sparse accommodations. The bathroom looks like it was sourced from the same place that makes all in one units for cut rate cruise lines. However it is inexpensive, very clean, staff is super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good.

Simple and practical. for a 2 star hotel it is very good. The room was clean, was large and was new. I don't know if the other rooms are like this too. There is a very good thing! the floor is not carpet, it is imitation wood which makes it much nicer and cleaner.

No Wi-Fi in room. Bathroom including walls are completely made of plastic. Clean with good breakfast. Expensive for overall feel.

Great location, but very noisy due to the continuous running of trains on the nearby mainline. The rooms are showing their age. An update and replacement of the carpeting in room 210 is required now! The rest of the public areas appear to be well maintained.

Nice to sleep, but Internet is super slow. If you are someone who likes a bit of Youtube or Netflix before bed, you are out of luck.

Directly in city center. A bit noisy at evening. But good windows. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Parking for fair price.

The owner of the hotel is very friendly. Even during Covid restrictions he’s helping out train conductors that have to stay overnight due to working shifts. They are kind enough to provide them with a brunch package, as it is impossible to get food when your shift ends at 3 AM. He also tries to only serve locally grown food.

Comfy hotel in Fulda city center. Family rooms available on request. Good breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and different types of coffees and teas. Getting back every year and I am quiet happy with the friendly service.

Reception on the 4th floor, and the rooms are quite spread out, up and down stairs around the building. Very strange key cards to access the rooms.

Really nice place. Specially if you're in Fulda for business, the staff pays a lot of attention to the guest. Really good breakfast with a lot of variety. The only cons is that they have few rooms equipped with kitchen this is if you're going to stay long periods of time.

I liked this hotel the rooms were nice and cozy. Hotel was very clean all the time, their breakfast was really good! The only thing I didn’t like was being next to the smokers balcony since there is no AC leaving the window open was the only option but the room would smell like cigarette. Good location. Awkward parking (rotating garage which isn't overly easy to access). Clean and tidy. Good staff. The room I had was much smaller than expected and missing some basic items.

The location is great. The train station and central bus station can be reached in 2 minutes and the pedestrian zone with many shops is just around the corner. The room was modernly furnished and very clean. The staff was friendly. In summary: the price-performance ratio is right.

The hotel has to have 4* and sure 5* for the breakfast. It was a lot of different tastfull things served. The Hotel is located in the central part of Fulda, only a few steps from wonderfull palaces and park. The room was very comfortable, cleaned, white soft towels. Comfort and Quality in each small detail. Highly recommended for travellers!

A fantastic, quaint hotel right in the centre of Fulda. The room was spacious and well presented, beautiful bathroom and wonderful view from the third floor. Quiet location despite being central but one or two little oddities dropped it 1 star, namely the lack of irons in the rooms (you have to bring your clothes to reception and they will iron for you the following day) and the very slow bar service...

Nice hotel in the center of Fulda. The town is lovely. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Bed is comfortable. Maybe the temperature in the room is too high. The hotel has got a elegant restaurant where you can taste good food. Personal is helpful. It has a garage (not free) and a parking place which is free of charge.

One of our absolute favourite hotels in the world. Friendly, high class, excellent breakfast, good internet. Highly recommended
