The hotel room and breakfast are nice, but the water temperature in the pool is low.

We had a great time here. The pullout couch was very comfortable. The reception was very helpful and booked us a taxi to the train station.

Very good breakfast.
Rooms are comfortable, clean and modern.
They allow pillow selection.
- Thre is not always find people at reception.
- Room service costs 10 € !
- If you pay for a stay, there should at least be priority parking near the hotel for guests, but there is not.

Overall I did like the hotel.
Just a couple of issues:
- every day the WIFI had to be installed. I didn't know the first morning how to re-stablish it.
- the hot water kettle was filthy.

Clean and well maintained. The interior was well done with the different themes. The saunas are really worth a visit. The restaurant has a decent variety of food. The showers are completely open so keep that in mind. The people working there are friendly and ready to help.

The rooms have poor sound insulation, you can clearly hear your neighbors. You cannot sleep with the window open, due to the machinery of the sauna making a constant loud noise. The empty soap bottles of the previous guests were still standing in the bathroom. The food is good. I didn't use the sauna. Service is ok.

4 star hotel, but really annoyed of the Service, extra fee for babybed, dirty rooms. The dinner is fine.
