Check in was a bit weird. Staff were behaving a bit odd. Didn't feel all too welcome. But clean and spacious room. Water preassure in the shower was non exicting.

Historical hotel. Room was little bit cheap and contraction was confusing. But for me, it was interesting. And also, the access to town was so good. I really enjoyed staying.

Lovely hotel right in the middle of town. Nice atmosphere and nice staff. Delicious breakfast. Only thing - the pool was located at another hotel 25 meters from Kaiserwiorth and much smaller and not so nice facilities as showed on the pictures.

We stayed at the Hotel Die Tanne for one night on a mountain bike tour. We arrived drenched and quite dirty, but were immediately welcomed in a friendly manner and taken to the nicely furnished rooms. Is a home for assisted living and a hotel. As a hotel guest, I felt very welcome there. The rooms and apartments were furnished to a high standard. The location is very central and quiet. I can only recommend.

My wife daughter and I picked this hotel as it was close to the mine museum. It turned out to be a real gem. The rooms were very clean and bright and the staff were absolutely lovely.

Stayed with a large group of family, we all had a great stay. Location was central so great for exploring. The hotel is very picturesque. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we all said we would return if we ever visit this region of Germany again.

Room / price is fair.some rooms are renovated and nice, others rather old. As I tend not to spend too much time in my room I do not care much about it. I need a bed and a shower, that I had :-) The beds though are not comfortable much. Food, serivce and cleanliness is very good. A very nice hotel, but rather expensive. The steep room rate is to some extent countered by the quiet surroundings and the excellent food. The room wasn't large, the TV didn't work. Had it worked we wouldn't have enjoyed it, it's tiny. The bed was way too soft. The staff were very friendly.

Yes, the restaurant has remained standing somewhere decades ago - but that's exactly what makes it so appealing !! The taste of the dishes offered is very good - nostalgic, of high quality, prepared with love like "from the past". I think it's great. Thanks for that !

Definitely worth a visit. Especially when wanting to visit the Harz. The hotel rooms are great. That is in terms of size and looks. They offer a good high resolution Flatscreen and a big kitchen. There are also 2 bedrooms, each having 2 separate beds. A free breakfast is included and if you feel like it it's possible to eat dinner there as well; on your own expense. Spent a week there with the whole family, and was won over on the first day. Friendly family atmosphere throughout the hotel, quiet location and spacious, cozy rooms. A huge plus point was the large wellness area with pool and two saunas, which with its relaxation room is perfect for relaxing after hiking. You rarely feel so comfortable and homely in hotels, soon in a new one!

The breakfast is good and completely sufficient. It's family-like and the staff are really nice. The fact that the swimming pool can only be used by families and at a time chosen by the guest is no cause for criticism for me. Every hotel needs a hygiene concept and this has been solved well. A very nice big room. The house makes an older impression from the outside, from the inside much has been lovingly renovated. The breakfast was unique. Prepared with so much love and requests such as fried eggs... scrambled eggs were fulfilled. We would like to come again.

Dear hotel owner. I had booked a room at this hotel but unfortunately we were denied accommodation for arbitrary reasons. The owner of the hotel found us another hotel within an hour for the price we had with her. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Very nice hotel nestled in the middle of nature and in a quiet location. Just a few steps to the Liebesbankweg and the forest. 500 meters to the stave church and the village. The operators are very open-minded and familiar. Staff also very friendly and accommodating. Despite the conditions in the hotel due to Corona, I had a normal hotel day at Pentecost. I was there for the 4th time this year last...

The rooms are alright, but the doors or walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbors and people on the corridor. The reception is open only from 8am to 8 pm which is not so optimal but we got the keys from a locker in front of the hotel entrance.

Location was finde. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. A litte old-fashioned, but totally find for an overnight stay.

The hotel was in a beautiful old building. Covid prevention measures were taken seriously. The buffet breakfast was one of the nicest I've had on holiday in Germany. I was especially pleased that the coffee pot was refilled several times!

Hotel Victoria offers a really nice stay close to the Harz mountains. It's located in the center of Bad Harzburg with a lot locations nearby. The hotel parking lot and breakfast are inclusive. A very nice, cozy pension in a quiet location but still central. The breakfast buffet was small but fine. Everything was there that you needed to start the day. The landlord is very nice and helpful. Thank you very much, we will be happy to come back.

We liked it very much. The beds were good and the room was very clean. Only the bathroom should be renovated. The sink was very low, more for children 😉 The operators were very nice and accommodating. We would book with you again. The guesthouse is very centrally located so you can reach a lot on foot.

This was such an amazing experience. The apartment was recently renovated with everything being renovated and -modernized. The hosts added a number of personal touches such as leaving snacks and a bottle of wine as welcoming gifts. The service from BestHarz was absolutely perfect. Fast replys to our questions before our vacation and kind and friendly welcome as we came to pick up the key. The neighbourhood is very quite and the house lives up to its description.

Great a appartment for 1 or 2 people. The rooms are perfectly equipped and very cozy. The appartment is located around the corner from the city centre. We had a lovely time and would recommend the place for a nice trip to Bad Harzburg

I was given a lovely room in good condtion, with a spacious bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the heating effective, and the decor attractive. The evening meal was simply spectacular, fresh local produce well made and well presented. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. There is a nice little library of paperbacks to borrow, in a variety of languages. Civilised and comfortable...

The Hotel is a very sweet, the owners are very polite and doing their absolute best so that you have the best possible stay you could have. They do have a garage for your bike if needed and they are happy to help you around. They do speak a couple of languages so you should not have any problem talking to them. I'll stay there again if I visit Clausthal Zellerfeld again.
