My wife daughter and I picked this hotel as it was close to the mine museum. It turned out to be a real gem. The rooms were very clean and bright and the staff were absolutely lovely.

Stayed with a large group of family, we all had a great stay. Location was central so great for exploring. The hotel is very picturesque. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we all said we would return if we ever visit this region of Germany again.

Is a home for assisted living and a hotel. As a hotel guest, I felt very welcome there. The rooms and apartments were furnished to a high standard. The location is very central and quiet. I can only recommend.

Room / price is fair.some rooms are renovated and nice, others rather old. As I tend not to spend too much time in my room I do not care much about it. I need a bed and a shower, that I had :-) The beds though are not comfortable much. Food, serivce and cleanliness is very good. We had a really great weekend here. The room is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was well presented and the selection is very good. Particularly noteworthy is the nice staff. We would love to come back.

Very nice hotel right on the edge of the forest in a quiet location. We had a great room with a view of the Bocksberg. The nice employee at the reception and in the breakfast room fulfilled all wishes. The breakfast buffet was also great. Unfortunately the weather didn't play along, but we will definitely come back again.

We are totally satisfied. Had a junior suite. In the evenings in particular, we really enjoyed the couches. From the balcony we could see the Bocksberg. Breakfast is solid, rolls, eggs and everything you like. We'd love to come back.

A very nice hotel, but rather expensive. The steep room rate is to some extent countered by the quiet surroundings and the excellent food. The room wasn't large, the TV didn't work. Had it worked we wouldn't have enjoyed it, it's tiny. The bed was way too soft. The staff were very friendly.

Lovely place, extremely helpful staff. The locals are also nice. I recommend this for lovely time with family, even if you have kids, you can reach entertaining places easily by car

We had another wonderful family holiday in our favorite hotel! The operators are very cordial, open-minded and informal. Despite the current requirements, we had a normal everyday hotel life. In good memory. We are already looking forward to the next time :)

The rooms are alright, but the doors or walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbors and people on the corridor. The reception is open only from 8am to 8 pm which is not so optimal but we got the keys from a locker in front of the hotel entrance.

Location was finde. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. A litte old-fashioned, but totally find for an overnight stay.

Hotel Victoria offers a really nice stay close to the Harz mountains. It's located in the center of Bad Harzburg with a lot locations nearby. The hotel parking lot and breakfast are inclusive. Check in was a bit weird. Staff were behaving a bit odd. Didn't feel all too welcome. But clean and spacious room. Water preassure in the shower was non exicting.

Nice very clean hotel. Well organized with parking at extra cost. Good room and bathroom. Strange was that the airco indicated to be serviceable, but only sent more warm air into the room. The only way to cool was to open the door to the terrace. Which let in the outside noise. Breakfast was excellent. The old city center was just a few minutes walk, so location was good.

A getaway weekend in Goslar´s Old Town for 2 in a wonderful hotel with great service and a fantastic breakfast! Large clean rooms and bathroom, and very comfortable beds. Can highly recommend this hotel for both shorter and longer stays.

Beautiful hotel in Goslar. Old and yet modern. Nice rooms and good food. The building is very old and you need to walk a few hundred meters to go to the reception and breakfast. Breakfast is good. We stayed there one night. The complex is divided into several areas where there are rooms. A complex located above the main street, another room complex in the center and another complex at the end. We got a room in the complex which is at the end. I recommend asking for a room in the central complex or in the complex on the main street (although this is not essential). The hotel consists of several complexes that are very well integrated into the old town. The main train station is also within easy reach. Nice swimming pool with sauna, everything is well maintained. Rooms are modern, there is nothing to complain about.
