Check in was a bit weird. Staff were behaving a bit odd. Didn't feel all too welcome. But clean and spacious room. Water preassure in the shower was non exicting.

Nice very clean hotel. Well organized with parking at extra cost. Good room and bathroom. Strange was that the airco indicated to be serviceable, but only sent more warm air into the room. The only way to cool was to open the door to the terrace. Which let in the outside noise. Breakfast was excellent. The old city center was just a few minutes walk, so location was good.

We got a room in the complex which is at the end. I recommend asking for a room in the central complex or in the complex on the main street (although this is not essential). My wife and I have visited this hotel twice in 7 years and we were very satisfied each time 😁. The service is good, the food is delicious and includes a good selection (half board). The rooms are nicely furnished, the beds are good - everything you need for a (short) vacation. Only the Harz itself has significantly fewer trees 🌲😕. Recommendation 👍👍

More than a good hotel! We had a 3-day package "Romantik" half board and included a candlelight dinner. And a welcome cocktail (with 4 courses). Friendly and courteous staff, who accommodated us very obligingly. The location in Braunlage is also very good, the rooms are large and clean. Shower in the tub is not that nice. The hotel can certainly not do anything for the sometimes insane Corona requirements, but it makes the stay extremely uncomfortable, almost clinical.

In Overall it was good. However, you need to be early to get all options during breakfast and the presentation was not the best.

Basically a solid 4* hotel. But nothing special. Large building and plenty of rooms. There were events on Friday and Saturday nights with loud music. You could hear it on the third floor until about 1 a.m. Breakfast was okay, but only standard.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly vacation, this is definitely a recommendation. There's a parking garage nearby, €8.50 per day. Otherwise, only residents' parking spaces and paid parking areas are available. Unless you park at the train station, of course.

The location was very good for our planned trip because we wanted to go into the city and also take short trips from there at this time of year. The hotel is very centrally located. There was a parking space nearby that had to be paid for. But that was okay. Price/performance was good, staff was courteous and friendly. I think I would go again.

It's a pretty standard clean hotel.. nice personnel. Make sure to book a non smoking room since it reeks of cigarettes in the room if you are not a smoker. Decent hotel, we had a family room all the way in the back of the hotel. The room was more like an apartment. Everything looked very old and beds were hard. Like really hard. But all in all it had everything we needed and the location was really good.. And there was aircondition which worked.

Mostly ok but stinks of cigarette and internet speed around 2.5mbit and very unstable, cuts out all the time, no work can be done.

Room was small 3x3m all room. A lot of furniture in the room. Tou are taxed extra 12€ / day on parking in their own parking on the back. At least because you pay tou have surveillence on your vehicle and that is good. Even small room but quality. Recomend this hotel for short term.

Centrally located on the main square in Hildesheim, this hotel was beautifully renovated and most likely recently renovated. We had a large comfortable family room with plenty of room. Our recent stay at FREIgeist Göttingen Nordstadt in the SUNDECK LOFTSUITE was nothing short of exceptional.
