Incredible hotel. More than 500 year old buildings with luxury interior. You feel like in a different time. The staff goes above and beyond. Super friendly and always ready to help. A place I would book again. The location in the heart of Goslar is just perfect. You can walk within minutes to everything.

Beautiful hotel in Goslar. Old and yet modern. Nice rooms and good food. The building is very old and you need to walk a few hundred meters to go to the reception and breakfast. Breakfast is good. A great choice of food. Beds are good and the room offers eveything you can expect. We had dinner in the hotel which was great. Beautiful restaurant. Service was great.

That was amazing! Our room was perfect: clean, warm with view in the cosiest yard of the hotel!!! Amazing! We had tea and coffee and a kettle. A lot of light there!!!
Friendly people at the reception! Delicious breakfast!!! If you hesitate whether you need breakfast there, include it!!! That was soooo good! There were variety of cheese, pastries, sausages, fruit, beverages!!!
The hotel is 15 minutes from the station and right next to the Christmas market!!!
I hope I’ll come there one more time!

Very nice hotel located in the old town center. The restaurant and the foods were amazing. The staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean and new. The equipments were new. You feel like you live the history in this century. I would like to visit again. Thank you...

Nice public area’s and comfortable rooms. The staff are very friendly. They serve an excellent breakfast. The Restaurant is okay and has some nice wines. The Hotel car park a bit tight. Nice town, but overdoing it a bit with calling everything “world heritage”

Very nice service ,and very nice location in the middle of old town But the room I’m having a very hard time figuring out why it’s a four star. there was no air condition and there was no refrigerator, the daily cleaning was only just done. ( no clean classes)
We did get ventilator from the reception which was very good service
with no spa or swimming facilities also the two cocktails we ordered from the bar was very warm and tasted a lot like premix .

A wonderfully "old-school rebooted" hotel, set right in the middle of one of Germany's most lovely cities. Lovingly furnished, well-appointed rooms. A stellar restaurant. And though a bit tricky to find if you miss the signage, hotel has private parking available. Centrally located, close to the town square and a host of restaurant, and the sightseeing "train" departs directly across from the hotel entrance. And with all of this, a true value to boot!

We stayed there one night. The complex is divided into several areas where there are rooms. A complex located above the main street, another room complex in the center and another complex at the end. We got a room in the complex which is at the end. I recommend asking for a room in the central complex or in the complex on the main street (although this is not essential). An ancient and special building. clean room. The location of the hotel is excellent - a few minutes' walking distance from restaurants, shops, cafes and several attractions. The breakfast is good. Kind staff. There is parking on site for an additional fee. Must be ordered in advance. Except for one room, there is no air conditioner in the rooms.
