We are extremely happy to have stayed here. We had an amazing stay from the moment we got here, the hostess is super friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great with so many options.
Short walk from the old town and you can also walk to the castle.
We were also very excited to hear about the hotels history!

I really liked the hotel and the location. Just one point which I didnt like was the breakfast spread. It was fancy undoubtedly but the quantity and the variety was not sufficient especially for the tourists from different nationalities. I understand its a very small town and not many things are available but atleast the basic breakfast should have been better. Rest was all good.

The cutest and prettiest hotel in Wernigrode, it's like a little castle! Parking was ample and free, the rooms were extremely spacious and very comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful (they give you a little discount booklet for local attractions and dining), buffet breakfast was great and they had umbrellas to borrow (which came in handy for us). Only a short but steep walk to the actual castle just behind the hotel but a little more effort to walk down to the main square and most of the dining options. Absolutely recommend this hotel, it was so lovely!

Spacious and comfortable room.Friendly staff. Very nice decor in the lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast buffet was really good. very nice location close to the castle and old town. We had a great time.Highly recommended.

Great stay. Excellent breakfast. Reasonable price. Some rooms are much better looking than others so be aware. Luckily we had a good view with our room with plenty of natural lighting.

Nice rooms, friendly reception. Very nice decor in the lobby and breakfast/dining area, keeping the palace-like atmosphere. Free parking on the premises and good location.

Closer to the city than the map tells. Good service and nice, albeit small, rooms.

The hotel is nice. According to the flyer in my room it has a lot of history. My room was comfortable with a generously proportioned bathroom. No extra amenities other soap dispensers in the shower and cable TV. WLan is also there and is free of charge but I had problems getting my laptop to connect. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
