Not a bad hotel, good rooms . The room has a small fridge, kettle, coffee and tea. Good breakfast in the morning (price 15 euros). The only thing I didn't like was the paid parking at the hotel

My stay at Best Western was a mixed experience. While the rooms were nice and spacious, my particular bad room room was outdated and needed some updating. I actually only looked at it from the outside. But its in a rather urban district of the city right near the station and it looks nice with the small restaurant. And it has free wifi.

An oasis of calm. We have felt very comfortable here. The rooms are functionally furnished with no frills like minibar. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Also the breakfast was very good. We didn't miss anything either! We'll definitely be back.

Due to a car breakdown, we had to spend a weekend in Grevenbroich involuntarily. But we were lucky in misfortune: the owner of the hotel sonderfeld and the staff did everything they could to make our stay a very pleasant one. We recommend this hotel highly! Thank you very much! Gisela and Holger

After 4 years due to Covid we arrived at the Sonderfeld staying for many years ago we were greeted like friends .The hotel is still great the breakfast is 5 star the lift is still there also the bar plenty of car parking spaces and the railway station bus station and taxi rank all across the road.5 star hotel for 3 star prices cannot beat it John Hellewell.

Nice stay in a very clean and fresh environment.

Good location, walking distance to the town centre & train station. We were in room 5 which, if you can I would avoid, because it is located next to the office & every time they came out of the office our door rattled. Which over time is annoying. It is located next to the train line which run all night, however the door rattling was more noticeable.

We stayed at the Fire & Ice Hotel during the Easter holidays in occasion of a family trip to Duesseldorf. We had booked a so called "Tree chalet", all very nice and clean. Staff extremely friendly and prepared. We would definitely go back there. :)

We are of the Tespo for Badminton. The location is very well accessible, right on the highway. The places are always clean and tidy, the staff very friendly. Also, for Tennis or Squash, I can recommend the Tespo.

Staying on the third floor could create problems for the less mobile patrons as, per my room, the fire exit was through the fanlight and onto the roof where you would need to be extracted by the local fire brigade should there have been an internal fire. I have come across much worse during my extensive travels though.

I like the hotel, service is very friendly and it is well situated in an environment that even allows to go for walk into the green in the evenings. However, the entire building needs renovation. We spent a football weekend at this hotel. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, although they are in need of some renovation. The furniture is a bit dated, but this doesn't affect the comfort. We particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast – a great start to the day.

I spent two days there because I attended a full-day seminar in the office building next door on Saturday. The price/performance ratio with breakfast was okay, but not very personal. Unfortunately, you could only pay with a credit card if you knew the PIN and not via my Visa card and my Consorsbank app. For a large corporation you could be more modern.

Without air conditioning, you can't sleep in the heat. The decor in the public areas and in the rooms is too colorful for me; I constantly felt like I was in a kindergarten.

Good Motel Style place to stay, close to the Autobahn. Quick and easy good service at check in / out. Rooms large and clean. Only thing I would remark ist 17€ overnight parking in the middle of an industrial areas is a little expensive. Otherwise warm recommendation from my side.

The service was quite bad. There were not many people in the hotel. It was OK that we were not allowed to check in early, but the German girl had a very bad attitude. It seemed that she disliked us very much. But to be honest, there were really no Chinese people in that place.

Great value. Clean, warm and comfortable, excellent bed. Our room faced a railway yard over fields but this did not interfere with sleep.

Great location and great staff. The only problem is the surrounding area has a lot of substance users around, and seems unsafe in evening.

Definitely a budget hotel. Probably ok for a short stay however, I stayed for 12 nights on business. There are only a couple of hangers in the room and limited hanging space with the rail being about 600 mm long. There is no iron, ironing room or laundry service in the hotel. The staff are the most unhelpful, inflexible that I have ever experienced.
