My stay at Best Western was a mixed experience. While the rooms were nice and spacious, my particular bad room room was outdated and needed some updating. However, the friendly and accommodating staff made up for any discomfort. They made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible, and always had a smile on their face. The breakfast was also quite good, with plenty of options to choose from....

Nice comfortable clean hotel, bathroom was fine, clean towels etc. Shame the games room and garden seats weren’t available outside restaurant times. Staff very helpful when on duty but obviously don’t work weekends except breakfast time.

The room is clean. Very nice location as it located in-front of the train station (1 min walk). There are two supermarkets nearby (mins walk) plus a small convenience store at the train station.

Simple but nice hotel. I had booked a single room for one night. The room is functional and was clean. The train is in the immediate vicinity, but I didn't notice it during the night. The breakfast was quite plentiful, but unfortunately it was only put in front of the door at 8 o'clock.

First of all the staff were excellent and very helpful. The problem for this hotel is that it is very dated and in need of a refresh. Currently no complimentary wi-fi. Breakfast selection was decent.

An oasis of calm. We have felt very comfortable here. The rooms are functionally furnished with no frills like minibar. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Also the breakfast was very good. We didn't miss anything either! We'll definitely be back.

We stayed at the Fire & Ice Hotel during the Easter holidays in occasion of a family trip to Duesseldorf. We had booked a so called "Tree chalet", all very nice and clean. Staff extremely friendly and prepared. We would definitely go back there. :)

Great hotel for the price. Clean and quiet hotel. We only stayed one night, so that was fine. Not sure I would've stayed for a longer period of time, but just for an overnight stay it was great. Well, I guess it varies from room to room: the one I stayed does have curtains and there is lamp and bed-lamp as well in the room. i came here because limited room availability in Düsseldorf because of the Tour de France. I like the hotel, service is very friendly and it is well situated in an environment that even allows to go for walk into the green in the evenings. However, the entire building needs renovation. I think some rooms have already been refurbished, but the overall appearance is a bit neglected. Shame, because it could be a nice place to stay.

It's an older building, so you will see that everywhere. The hallways are quite dark. The elevator is old and small. There are a lot of hight differences with stairs. Very clean room. Hotel in a very quiet area. Although it's a little outdated, items in room and restaurant area brand new. I think that removing carpets from rooms would make them look much younger and fresh.

Easy to get too especially from city centre or airport and rooms a good size and have all that you would expect and a hose tablet in the room you can use to order, book a table or breakfast. Free WiFi. No grumbles at the moment but only been here for 24hrs

Lovely clean, stylish and spacious hotel. The staff were very polite staff and there was a good choice of food at breakfast. Not too far a walk from a number of shops and restaurants (about ten minutes). The only comment I would make is that there were no tea bags or milk packets in the room so I had to go down to the restaurant or bar to get a tea (charged to my room).

It's like at tge end of Neuss, which is kinda big village with sufficient resources and shops... Nature landscapes are wonderful. 2 big gardens nearby with an amazing running track. And a wonderful old building museum. Inside the rooms there is no big ceiling lamp to annoy sleepers, but efficient lights distributed: 2 reading lights in the beds, one desk light that can be manipulated upside to light...

Very comfortable a affordable Hotel in proximity to the Neuss rail station. Staff spoke english (which is important for some) and it was a quick walk to the S bahn which you can use to get around to nearby cities. Wold stay again. PS: Nice balcony as well, perfect for a evening beer!

Through no fault of the staff, this hotel is located on the outskirts of Neuss so anything of interest is at least a 10-15 minute walk. It's not a place to holiday in but if you're travelling for business it's ideal.

Of the known from the Commundo conference hotel is the Best! Rooms are as usual in the conference hotel is very simple and small but sufficient. The Hotel itself is not very spacious because of the height special on an old Roman settlement. Here good shoes are recommended.

A solid conference hotel. Everything was clean, all friendly. However, the guest rooms on hot days, very hot and there is no air conditioning. In addition, the location is quite peripheral. You have to get the Bus to the train to Düsseldorf. There is a beautiful Jogging trail on the Rhine.

It is a conference hotel! The rooms are quiet and big enough, the food reasonable, and the Rhine is easy to reach on foot. In the city centre in 20 minutes by foot.

Could not fault the hotel. Very clean good sized room that was comfortable and modern. Breakfast has a good selection of meats, fruit, breads, cereal and cooked items such as bacon sausage etc. Slightly out of the way, taxi drive approximately 15 mins to/from dusseldorf Town centre an typically cost around €30. An Uber is a little cheaper but they are not as many in number.

We arrived during late hours at the hotel, which wasnt an issue at all. the receptionist answered multiple questions and we were more than satisfied with the competence of all the staff members . the breakfast was delicious! so much variety! the bed was extremely comfortable!! and the staff members were at all times extremely friendly and helpful! For me is excellent as I stay here every times when i come to work in Neuss since year 2003 till present. All staff very friendly.

The rooms are nice, but didn't get a double room and joining two single beds doesn't allow to sleep together with the partner because beds move away. The breakfast is very varied and tasty and the view from the rooms and breakfast is nice. Parking for a day in the hotel parking is just above 20 eur and in the parking outside, unguarded, is 17 eur for 24h. Otherwise park on the street, if lucky to find...

Don’t judge a book by its cover, applies very much to this hotel. The outside is an 80s monstrosity but the rooms are updated and quite nice. Good WiFi and nice breakfast. Paid parking but some free on-street parking available.

Very far from the center. The bus around is not stuck to the timetable - although punctuality is an overall impression of German. The room itself is quite nice, worthy a 5 star. The communication of the front desk is also very good. Only the transportation around is a bit frastrating.

The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was good. Sad thing was we wanted to use the sauna in the morning, but they wouldn't turn it on for us while the signs said "call if you want to make use of the sauna".
