Not a bad hotel, good rooms . The room has a small fridge, kettle, coffee and tea. Good breakfast in the morning (price 15 euros). The only thing I didn't like was the paid parking at the hotel

My stay at Best Western was a mixed experience. While the rooms were nice and spacious, my particular bad room room was outdated and needed some updating. However, the friendly and accommodating staff made up for any discomfort. They made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible, and always had a smile on their face. We stayed at the Fire & Ice Hotel during the Easter holidays in occasion of a family trip to Duesseldorf. We had booked a so called "Tree chalet", all very nice and clean. Staff extremely friendly and prepared. We would definitely go back there. :)

Thé facilités are new but also diligently maintained. All staff (from front desk-servers-cleaning staff) were friendly and efficient. We felt very welcomed. Honest and hard working staff👍👍

The room and the location was good. There is no complain about the hotel itself. Netto is right opposite the hotel. I always find it good to have a departmental store nearby. This was a hard hotel to access we arrived late after a long journey, not manned at early hours in the morning we had difficulty logging into our rooms via the access machine and our phone, others were struggling also. One of the favorite locations to stay.

Clean new robohotel next to a grocery store, with a big bakery cafe located in the ground floor of the same building. There was a bit of a scrum to get the free parking. But it worked out for us. The online check-in instructions were a bit off... we did not need to use the check-in machine at all. But it is not fair to the hotel to slam it in reviews because someone did not realize that it is a robohotel...

Rooms were very hot and no way to cool them down. I think the hotel is expensive enough to be able to provide some kind of airconditioning. Parking was expensive and not the safest neighbourhood. Except for the heat, the rooms were very nice and breakfast was delicious!

Large rooms (a bit of a 1970s feel. but clean and very spacious). The bed was comfortable and all was fine. The location is not great as not much in the immediate area.

The rooms and total aspect of the hotel do feel old as described in some other reviews. But they are kept very clean and overall its very quited and based in a residential area. The parking in the front of the hotel is limited but there is an easy access to the garage with more spaces. Free electric car recharching is offered aswell. Breakfast is good and there is a varierity of options.

A solid conference hotel. Everything was clean, all friendly. However, the guest rooms on hot days, very hot and there is no air conditioning. In addition, the location is quite peripheral. You have to get the Bus to the train to Düsseldorf. There is a beautiful Jogging trail on the Rhine.

It is a conference hotel! The rooms are quiet and big enough, the food reasonable, and the Rhine is easy to reach on foot. In the city centre in 20 minutes by foot.

I parked in the large parking lot in front of the hotel beforehand, but was able to reserve a free parking space on site in the morning. The hotel is located right next to the “Erft” river and is a beautiful little house with very nice brickwork from the outside. There are 3-4 parking spaces directly in front of the hotel and a larger parking area about 20 m further on, which unfortunately you have to pay for but is not expensive. Parking is available directly in front of the hotel. It's a quiet, peaceful hotel of just a few rooms with a far more friendly atmosphere than the large chains dotted around the city. The building and the rooms are newly renovated and clean but keep their old world charm. Being old fashioned can be a good thing, for example when you have silver cutlery for your breakfast guests. My room is very nice, the bed is really comfortable, and the high ceiling gives it all the feel of a old city house. Service is very good and personal, the breakfast buffet is also very sufficient. We know the Tannenhof for many years. And are Happy that it's still family run and doing well. In the old BAOR garrison years myself and some staff used to almost live in this nice quiet and laid back hotel.

A clean, small, family-run hotel on the outskirts of Mönchengladbach. The ride to the city takes a moment, but it is close to the stadium and a growing commercial area. They only serve breakfast, so be prepared to get your warm meals elsewhere. A supermarket is nearby. The charge for WiFi, but the prices are all right.

Hotel, employers and location: 1A. I missed signs to find the hotel. Room 1A, but restaurant not really to recommend for gourmets. They offer mostly fastfood like at McDonalds.

It is always a great place to stay. The hotel and the atmosphere is fantastic. If you are a Borussia Fan, it is a must to stay there.
