I like the hotel, service is very friendly and it is well situated in an environment that even allows to go for walk into the green in the evenings. However, the entire building needs renovation. I think some rooms have already been refurbished, but the overall appearance is a bit neglected. Shame, because it could be a nice place to stay.

Ok when rates are low but I paid in excess of 150 per night for a room that did not even have a fridge and looked like it was in need of renovation already 5 years ago. Staff are nice and not their fault but the company's.

Just a simple and basic hotel. Quite away from dusseldorf downtown and public transport is very limited so have to rely on taxi/ Uber.

It was a good experience, the hotel room is big enough, clean, so comfortable. Good hotel for staycation, because it is in a quiet area. The hotel is near from supermarket and drugstore. But if it's possible, maybe it would be nice if there's any free shuttle to the nearest central station.

Receptionist Jessie arranged quick check in. Room was large and quiet. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. Would come back again.

It's an older building, so you will see that everywhere. The hallways are quite dark. The elevator is old and small. There are a lot of hight differences with stairs. To reach the lift, you need to go up a small stair first. The rooms are okay and clean, without air-conditioning. For one or two nights it's okay, but if you have to stay long term in the summer I would recommend a different hotel because it's hot inside the rooms.

Great staff and generally clean.
The rooms are a little smelly and ill maintained. Generally, the place has signs of little investment.
Car park cameras don't work, internal doors snap too like bear traps. The place is okay for young and fit.

The hotel is very welcoming with every member of staff friendly and attentive. My suitcase was taken care of while the room was being prepared and a member of the restaurant team gave me a bottle of water. My room very spacious and it was great to be able to open one of the two windows widely. This was important due to the hot weather. No air conditioning and I did not think to ask for a fan. It was good to have a safe to use, free of charge and use of fridge. Since my stay, I have had to contact the hotel and response has been satisfying.

Very clean and tidy rooms. Extremely friendly service. Restaurants catering for vegans. Outside parking as well as underground parking available for €3 a night. Pool by the terrace. Highly recommended.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is good, not too small. WiFi for free, always good. But, and this is with the most hotels, the WiFi connection is poor to no connection at all. Did not have any parking costs. Breakfast was good, enough to choose.
