Disappointing Stay, NEVER AGAIN
I am writing this review from my last day at a hotel that was advertised as smoke-free, and I can no longer withhold my disappointment. The halls have consistently reeked of cigarette smoke throughout my stay, which is alarming given the hotel's supposed smoke-free policy. Additionally, housekeeping completely overlooked cleaning my room on the second day.
The final straw came last night when a large group of families with children checked in for a handball game. The noise levels were unbearable, with loud voices and activities persisting late into the night. Despite my attempts to ask the group to quiet down around 10:45 PM, their response was dismissive, even suggesting I should call the police if I was bothered by the noise. It is now 11:09 PM, and they are still loud.
Furthermore, the Wi-Fi connection has been sporadic, failing when I needed it most. Wanting to simply scroll through Instagram, I was forced to use my own 5G connection from the USA, which cost me an additional $50 in roaming fees due to the poor internet service provided by the hotel.
I needed a good night's sleep since I had a 4 AM flight to catch. I called the reception at 10:42 PM, hoping they would help manage the situation. They promised to intervene but failed to make any difference. The ongoing noise and the staff's indifference have made my last night here insufferable.
Given the lack of adherence to their policies and poor guest management, this hotel has been a major letdown. I had hoped for a peaceful, clean environment and received quite the opposite.

Samantha and stefannie are the best they we nt out of the way to help me out. Inderjeet from the room staff was equally warm. Would love to stay again.

impatient at the restaurant, they expect people to know how everything works while you're there the first time and only explain after they've already become rude.
Also, paying €1 for a small package of mayonnaise is just ridiculous, not eating there again. Food was decent but definitely not worth the money.

Clean and spacious rooms. Its location is very good if you have a car; the centre of Düsseldorf is relatively close by and you avoid much of downtown traffic. Parking is ample in the area (at least on weekends when the nearby office buildings are empty). Another business-traveller-oriented hotel that's a safe choice with no surprises.
I would only mention that the beds make no sense. Two single beds joint together; if the two people staying in the room are not a couple, they'd rather not sleep next to each other; if they are a couple, they need a double duvet, not two (very) narrow single ones. So I'll take a star off because of that. Small detail but small details make the difference.

Great experience. Beautiful room, large and comfortable. Attention to details throughout the room and hotel is appreciated. From comfortable bedding to nice soap and informative instructions. The underground parking is very convenient and some of the spots are pretty large if you have a big car. It's for €14 per day.

Could not fault the hotel. Very clean good sized room that was comfortable and modern. Breakfast has a good selection of meats, fruit, breads, cereal and cooked items such as bacon sausage etc. Slightly out of the way, taxi drive approximately 15 mins to/from dusseldorf Town centre an typically cost around €30. An Uber is a little cheaper but they are not as many in number.

In a quiet area, but easily accessable. Clean, comfortable rooms. Amazing pleasant and helpful staff.

It was very busy for the interpack exhibition. But still great service, good breakfast. Nice kingsize bed and good bath and shower care products. Had two great sleeps after exhausting days at the fair.
