Disappointing Stay, NEVER AGAIN

I am writing this review from my last day at a hotel that was advertised as smoke-free, and I can no longer withhold my disappointment. The halls have consistently reeked of cigarette smoke throughout my stay, which is alarming given the hotel's supposed smoke-free policy. Additionally, housekeeping completely overlooked cleaning my room on the second day.

The final straw came last night when a large group of families with children checked in for a handball game. The noise levels were unbearable, with loud voices and activities persisting late into the night. Despite my attempts to ask the group to quiet down around 10:45 PM, their response was dismissive, even suggesting I should call the police if I was bothered by the noise. It is now 11:09 PM, and they are still loud.

Furthermore, the Wi-Fi connection has been sporadic, failing when I needed it most. Wanting to simply scroll through Instagram, I was forced to use my own 5G connection from the USA, which cost me an additional $50 in roaming fees due to the poor internet service provided by the hotel.

I needed a good night's sleep since I had a 4 AM flight to catch. I called the reception at 10:42 PM, hoping they would help manage the situation. They promised to intervene but failed to make any difference. The ongoing noise and the staff's indifference have made my last night here insufferable.

Given the lack of adherence to their policies and poor guest management, this hotel has been a major letdown. I had hoped for a peaceful, clean environment and received quite the opposite.

impatient at the restaurant, they expect people to know how everything works while you're there the first time and only explain after they've already become rude.

Also, paying €1 for a small package of mayonnaise is just ridiculous, not eating there again. Food was decent but definitely not worth the money.
