It has the makings of a good hotel but there are some things lacking. The rooms do feel a bit dated, like they have not been updated in 15+ years. We stayed in a suite and despite having a jacuzzi, we could not use it as the plughole was broken. To their credit, it was fixed the following day, but then I tried to have a bath again and the tap wouldn't run hot water. At this point I accepted that I would not be able to have a jacuzzi over our 2 night stay. Finally, the 22 Euro parking charge per day is obscene and is the opposite of customer-friendly

Three things! When I rebooked my stay, I was first given the wrong price. I was lucky the manager was there to give me the monthly rate, until he opened his stupid mouth. When I tried to pay, he actually asked me if I have enough available on my credit card. That was just about the rudest thing I have ever heard. I'm still upset! Then today I needed my room cleaned, so I took the tag off my door that says don't clean every day. No one cleaned my room! When I complaint they said that I had requested not to have my room cleaned every day! I know that, but usually when I take the tag off they clean it. Why do they have to be so rude??? Can't wait to leave!

The main issue is that literally 100m in front of the hotel there is a hotspot for drug users that unfortunately attracts a dangerous crowd. It seems that a lot of cars were broken into on the public parking in front of the hotel. The alternative is that you get yourself a parking in the hotel garage but that is 22 Eur per night. We paid 78 Eur for our room which seemed fair but once you add the 22 Eur you actually could afford a better hotel in a better location. So a mixed experience overall.

Very clean and nice, staff speaks multiple languages including English. They are flexible if something goes wrong on your room. The bus and tram stops are just across the Parking lot and the park is beautiful, although the entrance is usually littered

Rooms were very hot and no way to cool them down. I think the hotel is expensive enough to be able to provide some kind of airconditioning. Parking was expensive and not the safest neighbourhood. Except for the heat, the rooms were very nice and breakfast was delicious!

Were today at the murder mystery Dinner. The Show was top. But the Catering from the Dorint was a joke. Canteen food, measly portions. Overpriced drinks (7,50 EUR for 1flasche water). Then you will be ripped off at the settlement by the waiter can add any 3 Numbers. Never again Dorint Neuss!!

Nice clean room, airy and comfortable. Small garden bar with very nice beer and a lovely burger. Breakfast had a large selection or foods.

It's like at tge end of Neuss, which is kinda big village with sufficient resources and shops... Nature landscapes are wonderful. 2 big gardens nearby with an amazing running track. And a wonderful old building museum.
Inside the rooms there is no big ceiling lamp to annoy sleepers, but efficient lights distributed: 2 reading lights in the beds, one desk light that can be manipulated upside to light up the room, as well as more than good light at the entrance and in the bathroom.
The sauna room is great, and cost effective (2 euros only).
There is a small fitness room also with a treadmill and few stuff.
And if u want a bigger city than Neuss, Dusseldorf is 2.6 euros away using tram 709 and reaching in around 10 minutes, u just gotta cross the parking area of the hotel.
The breakfast in the hotel is diverse enough for fat-likers and fitness enthusiasts. And it's really delicious.

This hotel is very accommodating to guests. Rooms are minimalistic and simple. Good location, between Neuss by foot and downtown Düsseldorf by streetcar.
