Great value money and what you get! The hotel is renovated and refurnished, great place for transit, really calm and at the same time you are in the middle of shopping zone, free parking (as well with vand), good breakfast, easy check in, nice staff. Really small rooms, do better the cleaning (i can see what is done and not done as a former owner of the hotel and even the cheaper one) and NO hot water, it was cold in the evening and as an ice in the morning ( and if you have a flu from air condition this not helps)

First trip to Germany and Novina Sleep Inn Herzogenaurach set the bar high! 🛎️ Medi Z and Marharyta at the front desk turned a stressful reservation mix-up (caused by a third party) into a smooth check-in with their professionalism and kindness. My 13-day stay in a spotless, spacious apartment-style room was perfect—comfortable bed, cozy sofa, and ideal location between NUE Airport, shopping, and sightseeing. Free, Hassle free parking and near by treats such as bakery supermarket & fast food.
Breakfast was delicious, the kitchen staff were amazing, and the coffee? Let’s just say I’d take that machine home if I could! ☕ As an American with limited German, I appreciated how every staff member spoke excellent English and made me feel completely welcome. Outstanding service—I’ll be back!

Car broke down and I needed a hotel for the night, we booked 4 rooms as we are a large family, Staff where very helpful and polite, The receptionist wanted to test her English out so we spoke English the whole time, beds are great and dogs are alllowed for 12 € more.. Breakfast was fantastic

Spacious clean apartment, very good breakfast with a lot of choices. Location in a small shopping mall with a good bakery, big supermarket and a lovely Vietnamese restaurant.

The rooms are small, but very clean. It is a quiet place, that allows some really good rest. The employees are very nice and help wherever possible. I stayed there a week and one day we asked one of the employees if we were allowed to move all seats in the reception area together to have a quiet party. It was possible and we had a great time until around 12:30 AM. Ofcourse we left everything as clean as possible. No complains, but this shows that they are with the Guests and not as rule driven as in other hotels. Kudos to the entire team of the Novina Sleep In and big thanks for this stay.

Sanja on reception always makes my stay easy and enjoyable, being welcomed with a smile to a well priced clean and perfectly placed hotel is a joy and ensure I keep coming back.

Small but modern rooms. Good price and decent breakfast. 24/7 check in. Breakfast was a bit crowded and there is no charging facility as fast as I could tell.
