Nice hotel, but ask for a room facing the backyard
Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, no problems with cleanness, conveniently located, overall a good experience. There were 2 small problems though: i) pillows were uncomfortable (2 huge ones and 1 tiny; they gave me another one after I asked but it was still something strange, not a regular one); ii) my room faced the street and I could hear almost every car passing by, it was annoying early in the morning, though to tell the truth it wasn't a busy street.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were incredibly clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and coffee. It’s a great value!

We went to visit the Bad Kissingen music festival and this was an ideal place for us, as it was nice and quiet and five minutes away from the venues. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. We very much appreciated the help and assistance of the Spanish young man who ran the front desk. He was exceptionally helpful, and he who could speak several languages fluently including German, English and Spanish.

Hotel close to the city center and very friendly staff.
We stayed there for one night while passing through and had previously registered an underground parking space and our dog.
Everything went smoothly, and we received a very friendly welcome at reception.
Coffee and tea bags were provided in the room.
The room was clean and adequate.
One star deducted
- because the TV was mounted on the top corner and was barely usable due to its small size.
- because the coffee kettle was completely dirty on the inside.
We stayed there for one night while passing through and had previously registered an underground parking space and our dog.
