Nice hotel, but ask for a room facing the backyard
Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, no problems with cleanness, conveniently located, overall a good experience. There were 2 small problems though: i) pillows were uncomfortable (2 huge ones and 1 tiny; they gave me another one after I asked but it was still something strange, not a regular one); ii) my room faced the street and I could hear almost every car passing by, it was annoying early in the morning, though to tell the truth it wasn't a busy street.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were incredibly clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and coffee. It’s a great value!

We went to visit the Bad Kissingen music festival and this was an ideal place for us, as it was nice and quiet and five minutes away from the venues. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. We very much appreciated the help and assistance of the Spanish young man who ran the front desk. He was exceptionally helpful, and he who could speak several languages fluently including German, English and Spanish.

During our motorcycle holiday we had booked an overnight stay here. We frequent Bad Kissingen and are well known here. Unfortunately I ended up in the hospital with kidney stones and my wife stayed alone in the hotel. The staff really put in 100% effort to accommodate my wife. Really great. We were even able to book a few nights in another room because I couldn't travel further. Once again kudos to the staff. The hotel is not very special, but so is the price. Rooms are very warm and even in warm weather the heaters are on. The beds need to be replaced. In our first room we felt the springs of the mattress. The parking garage is a nice addition, especially if you are on a motorcycle.
