Hotel Würzburger Hof ****

I just stayed there last week. I hurt my upper leg while showering. The units shower in bathroom had been just been repaired before we stayed in unit. Again I had no idea it had been repaired. As I was showering the bottle cap broke off to the body wash, as bent down to pick the cap up I cut myself on the exposed piping that had not been capped or padded for safety. This was painful and I'm lucky I did not suffer a concussion after hitting the piping as I fell forward. After showering I alerted the staff, they offered me a bottle of wine, free breakfast (already paid for it with my stay). I said no. I walked them up to room and showed them the exposed piping, they said there nothing else they could do for me and my family without talking with the general manger. They said this shower just got repaired. Why was the piping exposed!! I emailed pictures of piping and my laceration on my upper leg. They said they would get back to me and nothing has happened after 5 email follow ups. I had 5 days left of my trip and had to replace guaze, band aids , etc to make sure it didn't get infected. The was miserable and to think this hotel did not care, please don't stay here. The is so disrespectful!! Shame on you!!
