Wonderful hotel, nice, cozy, overlooking Neuschweinstein

I did not purchase the stay at the hotel, but the staff was very accommodating and picked up our tickets for the nearby castles for a small fee (which saved us a long wait in line). The beds were comfortable and the bathroom with tub was great for a nice soak. Breakfast had a variety of cheeses and breads as well as fresh fruit.

Absolutely amazing place! Incredible views, Incredible breakfast, incredible wine and beer but above all it was incredible service. The people at this hotel are so friendly and so helpful. Valentina who works the front desk in the evenings is a wonderful person friendly and eager to help but respectful of personal desires and opinions.
The rooms are spacious, and clean. They have underground parking to keep vehicles in a protected environment. The views from the hotel are amazing as well.
They also have breakfast that is included on the stay and it is an amazing meal with lots of options from meets, cheeses, breads, eggs, oatmeal, granola and the list continues. There are options for everyone.

Excellent in every aspect. Big clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Outstanding design with an eye on the details. They can give you plenty of advice what to visit besides the castles. I'm very happy that I went there and would book again. Definately not the last trip there!

Really beautiful location! You can see the Neuneuschwanstein castle from the windows & balconies of some of the suites. AND from the breakfast & garden area. Helpful and friendly staff! Great place to stay if visiting the Füssen area with car.

The best location in Schwangau just under the neuschwanstein castle.
