A hotel with a great view and Service to match. Everyone was friendly and accomodating. Loves the breakfast buffet - everything was fresh and tasty. Id love to come again🤭

Very good hotel. Situation is perfect, hotel has parking place in front of hotel and also garrage. Breakfast is perfect, room has space, bed is excellent and you also have own terrace. For children there is kids corner. Hotel has also pool area. This hotel you can relax and enjoy your holiday

Very nice place. Within a very short walk to the pedestrian zone (lots of shops and places to eat or drink), Bahnhof, and Zugspitze Bahnhof.
Everyone is super nice, friendly, and helpful. English is spoken here by everyone we came across, even though I tried my best with Deutschsprache.
The only thing to beware is your room placement...we had a room facing the street and the traffic noise is horrendous. We were on the top floor so it was a must to have the windows open (even then still too warm to sleep comfortably) and the traffic noise was the worst I've experienced at a hotel. Kindly request a room away from the main street and you should be fine.
Would stay here again, if we visit the area in the future...but in a different room.

Modern rooms in an atmospheric hampton style. Very friendly, courteous staff who go out of their way to make guests feel at home. The hotel is within walking distance of the centre of Garmisch. We would love to come back anytime.

Considering the high price, both service level and facilities are deeply disappointing.

In the 2.5 weeks we traveled throughout Europe this was by far the best hotel we stayed in! The rooms were large, clean and updated. The hotel is a gorgeous example of perfect German ambiance and style. The breakfast was heavenly and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Literally the ONLY negative was the lack of AC. The room got a tad warm at night for us. Otherwise it was just perfect and I'd highly recommend this hotel!

Staff are great! Dinner and breakfast are also perfect which made my stay so satisfied. Parking lot in its own garage is very convenient as well. Room is little bit old-fashioned but bring no impact to my stay.
Just few mins walk to city centre. Nice location! Will visit this H+ again when i visit GP in next Germany trip.

We came here for a one night stay before Munich. Nice friendly staff that didn't mind that I didn't speak German. Clean rooms. Beds are a bit too stiff for my liking but that was alright. Room does come with a fridge but no microwave. We really liked the balcony where we had a few beers at the end of our evening. They also have a 24 h snack and beverage bar which is convenient.

Mixed feelings with this hotel. On one hand the rooms are very nice and clean and the breakfast buffet is truly delicious (luckily they still have a classic buffet in COVID-19 times). On the other hand, however, the spa, swimming pool and sauna facilities give an outdated impression and didn't amaze us at any moment. We even chose to get a Thai massage in the city center of Garmisch rather than doing it in the hotel, because the hotel didn't give us a true spa feeling.
Conclusively, our stay was okay but you can (should) have a better experience for the amount of money we paid.
