Hyatt Regency Dusseldorf
Dusseldorf, Speditionstraße 19 🧭 Map
- Best Places - in Duesseldorf town, the Capitol City of Northrhine-Westfalia. Its Restaurant is well visited and the service team probably might be the one of the most professional, to be seen nationwide and/or even beyond - Enjoy your stay! RMcQH-Niederstein
Great hotel, Hyatt in his repertoire. However, as always, small shoals of the staff and the check-ins. And the place is just great, in the morning watch on the Rhine
Modern and stylish 5 star hotel in the trendy area of the Media Harbour . Most rooms have river and city view . Parking available but expensive .
Get a corner room (1625) & enjoy this at sunrise. Have breakfast at the Club Lounge (w/floor to ceiling views over looking the harbor). It is a cold buffet but they will bring hot food made to order.
Excellent and trendy hotel. Hyatt never disappoints really. Nothing to complaint except that the location is 15-20 min away from the “city centre” But the trade off is you get nice river view. Will come again.
Top class Hyatt Regency. Very nice rooms and great service. Good breakfast however the breakfast in the lounge could be slightly better. The location is beautiful and relatively central.

Easy to get too especially from city centre or airport and rooms a good size and have all that you would expect and a hose tablet in the room you can use to order, book a table or breakfast. Free WiFi. No grumbles at the moment but only been here for 24hrs
Lovely clean, stylish and spacious hotel. The staff were very polite staff and there was a good choice of food at breakfast. Not too far a walk from a number of shops and restaurants (about ten minutes). The only comment I would make is that there were no tea bags or milk packets in the room so I had to go down to the restaurant or bar to get a tea (charged to my room).
Nice clean room, airy and comfortable. Small garden bar with very nice beer and a lovely burger. Breakfast had a large selection or foods.
Rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom functional and of good size. Maybe the decor is slightly 'cold'.
This hotel is very accommodating to guests. Rooms are minimalistic and simple. Good location, between Neuss by foot and downtown Düsseldorf by streetcar.
It's like at tge end of Neuss, which is kinda big village with sufficient resources and shops... Nature landscapes are wonderful. 2 big gardens nearby with an amazing running track. And a wonderful old building museum. Inside the rooms there is no big ceiling lamp to annoy sleepers, but efficient lights distributed: 2 reading lights in the beds, one desk light that can be manipulated upside to light...

Love the atmosphere there, ans the cheap prices. Also free car parking. For the night: the bus Station is in the near and in under 30 min you're in düsseldorf which is perfect for a party night.
I attended a weekend course in Neuss and stayed in this hotel. Staff were friendly. Rooms were really well maintained and clean Good size bed and bedroom with a disk and cupboard. Clean bathroom with warm water.. Good water pressure.
I am writing this review while I'm still in the Hotel. You also have to know that the Commundo conference hotels, the telecommunications schools in the today's Telecom used to be, for the most part. This is for the room layout in the Hotel is crucial. The Hotel is still used today for training of employees of the Telekom group. Because of this, the Hotel has just a single room. These are functionally...
Of the known from the Commundo conference hotel is the Best! Rooms are as usual in the conference hotel is very simple and small but sufficient. The Hotel itself is not very spacious because of the height special on an old Roman settlement. Here good shoes are recommended.
A solid conference hotel. Everything was clean, all friendly. However, the guest rooms on hot days, very hot and there is no air conditioning. In addition, the location is quite peripheral. You have to get the Bus to the train to Düsseldorf. There is a beautiful Jogging trail on the Rhine.
It is a conference hotel! The rooms are quiet and big enough, the food reasonable, and the Rhine is easy to reach on foot. In the city centre in 20 minutes by foot.

starving children in mozambique during a solar flare have better internet connection than the average room in this hotel. Apart from that, the service and personal are fine tho.
The hotel was good with decent rooms and great services. The hotel restaurant had great food options and the service there was also good. The only problem I had was with the WiFi. since I was on a business trip, I was really expecting a decent stable connection but it wasn't the case, it kept connecting and disconnecting.
Clean, staff are friendly, but the breakfast is really limited, and exactly the same every. The tub in our room clogs and already needs repair, the furniture and hotel ambience itself is already really old. Had higher expectations given it is by Marriot.
Hotel location is not great, there’s not a lot to do there. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are decent enough. Bathroom is moldy, which is a shame as most is on the walls and should be easy enough to remove.
I do recommend this hotel. Has a free parking nearby and a U77 station 200m across the street. Nice room and good service. I was in the city for Drupa and it was a fantastic option.
Everything is great but the WiFi which is way too slow even for modest needs. It's a pity as being in a city in Germany, it is expected to be high speed Internet for business and personal needs.

The rooms are outdated and in my room the carpet had spots. The associates in this hotel are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is ok. Please change more often your lemon slices beside for the tea station. The location is great just a good 5 minutes walk to the Tram station and a few restaurants and a Bakery around.
Nicely located hotel in Dusseldorf, close to charging stations at about 400 meters away. Hotel accepting dogs and local restaurants accepting dogs but being kind to them too. What I don't understand is why to charge for the dog while our dogs doesn't lose hair and he's hypo-allergenic.
During my recent stay at Novotel Düsseldorf City West, I encountered several areas that could greatly benefit from improvement. Firstly, the bedding provided felt outdated and was uncomfortably small, suggesting a need to upgrade to super single-sized beds for enhanced comfort. Miserable pillow was provided one on each single bed. Overall the room feels like a 3 star rated hotel! Additionally,...
We stayed in Novotel Dusseldorf City West Hotel with my family. Hotel location is good and prices are very good compared to others. The only problem was the sofa bed, it was not suitable for an adult. Recently stayed here, It was an okay experience but I was kind of disappointed with a couple of things, first; -the ventilation in the bathroom doesn't work and the carpets in the rooms and in the lobby need a major renewal if you ask me. -the breakfast was sort of okay, but should be fantastic for a work oriented hotel, it's basically the one of the things that people prefer a hotel for, shouldn...

Friendly and professional personal. Rooms were ok but aircon was not good enough to cool down the room and was very loud! Price was a bit too high for this place.
Good Motel Style place to stay, close to the Autobahn. Quick and easy good service at check in / out. Rooms large and clean. Only thing I would remark ist 17€ overnight parking in the middle of an industrial areas is a little expensive. Otherwise warm recommendation from my side.
Hotel is beautiful from outside and inside. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is helpful as well. Cons : Wifi is an issue, its not stable. Even i changed my room , then also Internet issue. Also the beds needs to improve, as they are too deep. I had some back pain after getting up in the morning.
It was my was time, got hosted by this nice team and well-stuffed hotel. The location is excellently located to get to any destination by car quick. The hotel serves you at high level of appreciation. Thank you!

I am sorry, but your hotel is nice and clean, but I mean the outside area. That needs some attention, so that you have a warm welcome! A little bit of work on the parking outside will change a lot. I wish you all the best with your business. 👍

We stayed at the Lindner Seestern property for just one night while in Düsseldorf to catch a flight home the next morning. Our experiences were unbelievable because of Ilias who served us very well and listened to our requests carefully, the breakfast was excellent, the both rooms were clean and spacious then Samadove was a great person as well who extended my late check out till 3pm, again i highly recommend everyone to visit this place.
Very good hotel woth a great rooftop bar. Room is a bit dated but breakfast is best in Germany so far.
Room is ok; not great, not terrible. I miss a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is friendly, but check-in took 45 minutes due to a long waiting line…
A solid hotel option in Düsseldorf. Room was tidy, clean and practical. Location a bit off the beaten track. Overall good value for money.
Had a fantastic stay here during our conference. The staff was a large part why my stay was so pleasant, Tony especially made my stay welcoming when i arrived ahead of check in. The rooms are updated and comfortable and you are very close to stops for the train and busses to get around this beautiful city.

First of all the quality for housekeeping is really good. Not only clean and quite👍🏻 Furthermore, front desk Anamarija really helpful and also the breakfast employee on the 10/15. Thank you for letting me have a nice 2 nights stay and appreciate for the card and sweets 😊
Visited the voco hotel in the city of Dusseldorf. Must say that family room we booked was quite spacious and neat and clean. Bathroom was also clean but must say that toiletries bottles were big but perhaps quite old so needed to press multiple times in order to use. One of the bottle was also empty so needed to wait till the next day to get it. There is no mini fridge in the room so that you could...
This hotel was exactly what we needed for our family of five. The room was more than enough space for all of us. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the down pillows. The service here was very good, my kids wanted a late night snack so we headed downstairs and to our surprise, complimentary pastries and the restaurant had delicious wine and beer. The parking garage is very convenient as well.
Let’s start with the positives… nice big room (we had the one which fits 4 people), good location with easy access from/to highway, quite a lot of very good restaurants not far from the hotel, breakfast - while the buffet look and feel could do with an upgrade - has everything you expect and good quality. Staff is friendly. Bed is comfortable. The negative, corridors and public spaces feel quite old...
It was beautiful and big for the cost! We were pleasantly surprised. Location is nice too, close to public transport.

Room was immaculate.Staff were friendly, professional and approachable.Breakfast was excellent.Cannot wait to stay again.
One request: Better bread for breakfast. The current bread has no German quality (too soft). The details: location is OK (500 m from bars and restaurants, 1km from TV tower), very friendly and professional staff, hotel interior is not very exciting, there is a nice outside terrace where you can have breakfast. We had a suite, but a better word would we loft: the sleeping room is upstairs.
Hotel staff is very friendly. Rooms were great. Location is fantastic and great vibes overall. Sara was very very helpful & helped me change my booking at despearate moment. After travelling and staying in so many hotels comparing their service, i would give them 5 star and more. You must visit with them unless you find something even more amazing. They speak very good English too.
Nice and clean hotel near the city centre (30 minute walk, or 10 minute public transport). Got a free upgrade of the room. Would definitely stay again!
Had an accessible room, not by choice, but it had a nice spacious hallway and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Room was very comfortable with a nice carpet, complementary sparkling water and tea and coffee provided, but it smelt very strongly of rosemary oil, which was a bit off putting when first entering the room and there was some road noise, despite the double glazing. Breakfast was good...
Good place though I had a room on the front side which was a bit noisy. It's all nice and fresh and clean, exactly what you would expect from a holiday inn. Breakfast is a bit pricey.

The rooms are nice, but didn't get a double room and joining two single beds doesn't allow to sleep together with the partner because beds move away. The breakfast is very varied and tasty and the view from the rooms and breakfast is nice. Don’t judge a book by its cover, applies very much to this hotel. The outside is an 80s monstrosity but the rooms are updated and quite nice. Good WiFi and nice breakfast. Paid parking but some free on-street parking available.
Very far from the center. The bus around is not stuck to the timetable - although punctuality is an overall impression of German. The room itself is quite nice, worthy a 5 star. The communication of the front desk is also very good. Only the transportation around is a bit frastrating.
The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was good. Sad thing was we wanted to use the sauna in the morning, but they wouldn't turn it on for us while the signs said "call if you want to make use of the sauna". Also we had to wait so long for the elevator every time. Normally I would complain about it at the reception when I check out, but the girl at the reception didn't even ask if I enjoyed...
Great place. Second time here. 5 am checkin. Staff could not find our last minute booking on ihg hotels. They managed to sort it out eventually. Lovely place. Beautiful view of the Rhine with barge traffic 😀. Parking : street parking is free until 7 am. Ignored it and got a €40 ticket. Would have been cheaper to take the hotel parking for €16 😞
If you want a peaceful environment but are still close to everything, this is the place. Close to shopping mall, close to train station. The only downside is the food menu, which is limited, but you have restaurants in the shopping mall 5 mins away. Amenities: swimming pool, sauna

Good hotel super beautiful, clean and excellent service! Just it's necessary to take care when you take a shower (you have to close the window) otherwise the neighbors can see you naked🤭
We stayed for several months here. The staff already knew our special wishes and helped to grant them at any time. It seems not quite the center, but not in the back streets either - in a word, in the modern part of the city. Everything here is good and tasteful. The staff is friendly, wraps you in care and attention. Excellent rooms with comfortable beds and clean linen. Excellent hotel, I recommend it 👍
Rooms were really nice and the staff also.. can't give any review on the food or bar as we did not use the facilities. Not too far away from the main city if you want to visit during the day or night, but far enough away that it's not overly busy surrounding the hotel
Very decent hotel, very varied and tasty Breakfast. The rooms are clean, but bothered a little problem with water drain. Reduce the estimate for the chill in the room, perhaps this is the norm for Europe in winter, but the Windows from ceiling to floor and the temperature of the total air-conditioning 20C are not allowed to warm up after wet and cold weather in Dusseldorf in February.

You don't need an alarm clock here as the street cleaner will wake you up at 7 AM if You have a room with a street facing window. Otherwise it's a good place to stay at, U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are close.
Hotel is very basic, rooms are decorated very simply. Bed was comfortable but blankets for some reason was really thin. Breakfast was your typical cereals, eggs, fruits, some meats etc definitely not worth 18 EUR. Personally I would not stay again at this hotel.
Very nice and cozy experience. Staffs were really good. The breakfast spread is massive and amazing. There is a convenience story right across the street. The metro station is also nearby. You can take a 10-15 mins walk and reach the Rhine side market place. Highly recommended as a place to stay in the city.
A great place to make a stay with excellent amenities and great staff service. The location is perfect, not far from the city center and not in the middle of the hassle; just perfectly located with everything in close vicinity. A great place to make a stay.
Arrived late - no restaurant open. Had to order room service, which was limited in options. Phone numbers don't work. Had to go down to reception to get them to phone room service. Classic hotel with large rooms and great view of Mediahafen. The parking is small so make a reservation in advance. The breakfast (buffet) can be taken on the terrace outside which is lovely and the staff do a great job! The hotel is in Mediahafen, which is a vibrant location but keep in mind it's a 30 minute walk to the Altstad.
It's a good hotel for business trips. 3 mins walk from the tram stop. Friendly staff. Not convenient for tourists. Their breakfast buffet has the basics but makes really really good croissants
Room spacious and reasonable quality. Would have been nice if they replaced the complementary water every day, but maybe they would have if it was empty. Breakfast was extra and really not very good. Free WiFi is available, slow but steady. Restaurant was ok, limited menu but what I had was tasty.
Nice room, clean, with new furniture, complete with hair drier, sewing kit, ironing kit, water boiler. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and good quality. You can see a nice sightseeing from the hotel. Positive experience
Not a typical Courtyard. The rooms are modern and up to date. The studio comes with a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom has a glass wall overlooking the canal as does the living room. Could not fault the hotel. Very clean good sized room that was comfortable and modern. Breakfast has a good selection of meats, fruit, breads, cereal and cooked items such as bacon sausage etc. Slightly out of the way, taxi drive approximately 15 mins to/from dusseldorf Town centre an typically cost around €30. Lovely hotel with amazing views on Düsseldorf and the Rhine. Rooms are nice and recent, rooftop bar is very nice and staff very friendly.
Nice & clean rooms, with good views from higher floors. A noisy fan ran all night because a/c cannot be switched off. Check in staff were friendly. Some interesting architecture surrounds the hotel, including the 1999 Frank Gehry complex. The restaurant food was not appealing, prices not justified by the quality. Likewise breakfast was acceptable but a little disappointing and overpriced.
I like this hotel, great breakfast nice rooms, nice views through the windows. Just the ventilation is questionable I have stayed there in the summer or winter and always had an issue to lower the temperature in the room. It is always way too hot in there, and the a/c does not seem to be regulated by the switches provided.
