Lovely clean, stylish and spacious hotel. The staff were very polite staff and there was a good choice of food at breakfast. Not too far a walk from a number of shops and restaurants (about ten minutes). The only comment I would make is that there were no tea bags or milk packets in the room so I had to go down to the restaurant or bar to get a tea (charged to my room).

Of the known from the Commundo conference hotel is the Best! Rooms are as usual in the conference hotel is very simple and small but sufficient. The Hotel itself is not very spacious because of the height special on an old Roman settlement. Here good shoes are recommended.

The hotel was good with decent rooms and great services. The hotel restaurant had great food options and the service there was also good. The only problem I had was with the WiFi. since I was on a business trip, I was really expecting a decent stable connection but it wasn't the case, it kept connecting and disconnecting.

Nicely located hotel in Dusseldorf, close to charging stations at about 400 meters away. Hotel accepting dogs and local restaurants accepting dogs but being kind to them too. What I don't understand is why to charge for the dog while our dogs doesn't lose hair and he's hypo-allergenic.

Our experiences were unbelievable because of Ilias who served us very well and listened to our requests carefully, the breakfast was excellent, the both rooms were clean and spacious then Samadove was a great person as well who extended my late check out till 3pm, again i highly recommend everyone to visit this place.

Had a fantastic stay here during our conference. The staff was a large part why my stay was so pleasant, Tony especially made my stay welcoming when i arrived ahead of check in. This hotel was exactly what we needed for our family of five. The room was more than enough space for all of us. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the down pillows. The service here was very good, my kids wanted a late night snack so we headed downstairs and to our surprise, complimentary pastries and the restaurant had delicious wine and beer. Very decent hotel, very varied and tasty Breakfast. The rooms are clean, but bothered a little problem with water drain. Reduce the estimate for the chill in the room, perhaps this is the norm for Europe in winter, but the Windows from ceiling to floor and the temperature of the total air-conditioning 20C are not allowed to warm up after wet and cold weather in Dusseldorf in February.

You don't need an alarm clock here as the street cleaner will wake you up at 7 AM if You have a room with a street facing window. Otherwise it's a good place to stay at, U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are close.

The breakfast (buffet) can be taken on the terrace outside which is lovely and the staff do a great job! Just the ventilation is questionable I have stayed there in the summer or winter and always had an issue to lower the temperature in the room. We stayed at the Fire & Ice Hotel during the Easter holidays in occasion of a family trip to Duesseldorf. We had booked a so called "Tree chalet", all very nice and clean. Staff extremely friendly and prepared. We would definitely go back there. :)
