Junior suite is very nice and clean. The room is pretty large, the TV swivels to face the bedroom or the living area. My only gripe is the bathroom in my room (418) does not have a shower, just a tub. There is a retractable shower head on a hose, which is better than nothing I suppose. Staff is nice and attentive, the bar/club is also nice. I have not been to the spa or Brazilian restaurant in the hotel, but if the quality of the rest of the hotel is any indication, I expect then to be great as they did on their site. Also, it is centrally located near all the major bars in K-Town. Literally across the street.

Very dark. Very late 70's decor. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable. No refrigerator. The breakfast is delicious. There is an outdoor market that opens weekly in the square behind the hotel. Great (short) distance from shopping. Overall I think it was a nice place to stay and I do recommend it. I think it's a popular place for business men because I did not see many female guest. The front desk staff was somewhat friendly.

People are very friendly and humble... Super helpful. Love my room but it doesn't even have a small fridge. I gave 4 stars because does not provide free parking for the guests. But I will definitely stay again here.

SACS Urban Design Hotel: An upscale hotel in the heart of Kaiserslautern. Room rate from Euro 75-120 per night. Great location, in downtown, a supermarket in front, and few point of interests like Japanese garden, Church on walking distance. Provide free shuttle service in town.

The bed was so comfortable and the parking was easy for the hotel stay.
Check in was a bit lengthy so I asked if the bar was open and she said yes. I waited at the bar for over 10 mins then SHE came over and said would I like coffee or tea? Ummm I wanted a drink at the bar and at that point she said the bar tender doesn’t come in until 3. Why didn’t she say that to begin with??
From 3-4 there was construction outside of our room 506.
The balcony in room 506 is loose from the wall and a danger that needs to be fixed as soon as possible but it’s a lovely set up and I loved the bathtub room and wall.
Went to the bar at 9pm and the bartender was great!!
Gimlet was the best.
Check out was so polite.
We considered eating here before we left but it seems as if workers in the restaurant were lacking.

I'm currently staying in the hotel and probably would have given 4 stars if the hotel would not have demanded payment for leaving a day early. I'm on business travel and going to finish early. I provided 48 hour notice, but they are going to charge me 200 Euros regardless. I stayed here two weeks, very poor management decision if the hotel desired business travelers.

4 stars is laughable. I have no idea what the criteria for 4 stars in Germany is but the interior designs are terrible and I've had better amenities at 2 star hotels. Ridiculously slow staff, none of them wearing masks to protect from covid (not that I care). Small var with terrible and pricey drinks. Don't know what else to say. Save your money.

it's been almost 2 weeks since I spend one night there. the hotel is good, but they took a deposit of $293.00 at check in, more than tha actual room which was $250 when I checked out and payed. After almost 2 weeks they still haven't returned my money. I already spoken to the hotel 3 days ago and they are still holding my money. I've never had this happen before. Not worth dealing with not knowing if you'll get your money back

The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful. Rooms were neat and clean although the glass shower that looks out into the room would be a little awkward if you had family travelling with you. Definitely recommend.
