The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and since it doesn’t have a lounge they give you a voucher for a drink and snack. Fest was going on right behind the hotel and the streets were busy, but you couldn’t hear much inside the room which was pleasant. Breakfast was ok, very typical and the blueberry waffles were intriguing. Good stay overall.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The room was amazing, they upgraded my room upon arrival so it was almost like a mini apartment. Came with a tablet for ordering anything to the room. Gym and sauna was great. They have a huge restaurant and bar here as well attached to the hotel. I won’t stay at another place when visiting Kaiserslautern.

Stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the onsite restaurant and area. It’s a little out of town but no big deal. Great forest behind the hotel if you’re a trail runner! Chic rooms and great parking. This is a good location in the center of Kaiserslautern, with great access to the square and fest area. This hotel has air conditioning and comfortable beds. The bathroom is very exposed, with glass doors and walls in the shower... It might be awkward traveling with friends or extended family.

Nice, we'll kept, clean hotel on the edge of the city center. Easy walking distance to all of the city center attractions. They slap have their own private parking lot,which costs much less than the city parking lots. The breakfast is good and reasonably priced.

It was my first time using the hotel and it was okay, I feel like I got the last available room. I will like to try it again some other time. The WiFi was good and room was cosy but no heating system or maybe I didn't notice it because I was too tired and cold. The beddings kept me warm.

Love this gem in ktown. Clean and friendly service. Has owe parking and location is in downtown next to the mall. Hands down they had the best bed and pillow. No hotel or b&b in Germany Belgium Italy France and Czech had more comfortable mattress and pillow. You will sleep well. If I'm coming back to ktown then this is the hotel I will be staying.

We try to stay at Hotel Heymann when in k-town. Love the home-like feel. Very clean rooms and a real DE breakfast. Private parking! Overall, highly recommend this hotel. And if you are traveling with family, they have a suite room (top floor) that has like 3 or 4 beds.

I absolutely loved this hotel stay and wish I would’ve stayed longer. The outdoor seating area wasn’t open but it looked fabulous and the staff was superb and extremely friendly. Only speaking for the restaurant here, but it is by far Top 3 in the Kaiserslautern area for me. The food (vegetarian and meat dishes alike) and the wine are outstanding. The tavern-feel of the interior maintains so much character. Any time my wife and I have something to celebrate, we are sure to come here. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Ah very clean and warmly decorated hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel rooms are somewhat dated, but properly equiped. The beds and especially the blankets were fantastic and so was the breakfast. There is a big free parkinglot behind the hotel as well.

Had a Christmas Party here and The hotel Staff was awesome! They provided us with everything we needed even a lactation room. Very reminiscent of a prison yet still very nice. I booked a double comfort room and it was just big enough for my 13 yr old daughter and myself.

The rooms are clean, but not very spacious, and kind of outdated. The vreakfast is rather simple, and the coffee served on each table was quite bad... The location of the hotel is fine, and there's a lot of parking. Also, the prison details (barb wires, fenced windows, and similar) will be interesting to some people, but not that much to the others (especially girls/women). Also - no gym/sauna.

I have visited Kaiserslautern several times and I have always stayed at this hotel because Il love the location, the rooms and the polite staff. The last time I was, two weeks ago, I was very impressed by the fresh renovation and the new country style furniture.
