Hampton By Hilton Kaiserslautern

Location is central to Kaiserslautern but removed enough to be quiet at night and have ample included parking. The rooms are well stocked for short stays and in excellent condition. The beds, linens and towels are much higher quality than you would expect at the price point. The hotel was full when I stayed but the breakfast was still well stocked and I had no problems with WiFi speed. The gym has more to offer than most hotels in Europe, but due to the heavy U.S. military population staying, be prepared for a very full gym during the morning hours.
Overall and excellent option if you are staying in the area.

Wonderful staff that bent over backwards to provide superb service, especially the young lady who let me check in early on October 13th when I was exhausted from overnight international flight. The breakfast is superb, especially the scrambled eggs along with the tasty warm fresh baked croissants. Parking was free but not always available but guessing this was unusual situation due to big carnival occurring in next lot over.
I'm looking forward to my upcoming stay in November.

Very attentive staff and the rooms were nice. AC worked well. I was surprised about the quality of the included breakfast - different days had changing options and there was great labelling for dietary restrictions.

I spent nearly three months at this hotel, and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every staff member was consistently kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. Throughout my entire stay, I encountered no issues, making this one of the hotels where I’ve created the fondest memories and met the most exceptional hotel workers.

And to the front desk team your professionalism and warmth made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I will genuinely miss you all.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and since it doesn’t have a lounge they give you a voucher for a drink and snack. Fest was going on right behind the hotel and the streets were busy, but you couldn’t hear much inside the room which was pleasant. Breakfast was ok, very typical and the blueberry waffles were intriguing. Good stay overall.

Much better than expected at the price. New hotel still had a few snags in the bathroom. Excellent breakfast but I could have done with a larger musli bowl. I would definitely choose this one again

Friendly and accommodating staffs.. the place is near to the city center.. my husband usually don’t enjoy hotel breakfast but this one is impressive.. we enjoyed our breakfast.. the room is a little small for 3 people and the extra sofa bed was a little hard so I requested for another thick blanket on top of the mattress but still quite hard. Everything else is good. There was a carnival right outside the hotel which made it more fun but the parking lot was also occupied by the carnival visitors.. wish the hotel had more control over that

We enjoyed a lot our 1 night stay in this quite new hotel. We had nothing negative to point out as everything was as expected. Hotel carefully managed and deeply designed. Everything works very fine and is qualitative. Breakfast was very good. The hotel seems to be influenced by "nearby" American culture, with American good standards.
Free parking and easily accessible. Late check-out (12 PM) possible. Breakfast till 11 AM during week-end. Very friendly staff. Nice lobby.

Very good hotel for the area. The workers are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the couches they have in the rooms are very old and smell somewhat. Replacing those with either a nice recliner or an actual office desk with chair would definitely put the hotel at a much higher rating.

The staff was wonderful. Rooms are spacious and clean. The morning breakfast is really good. Lot's of option to choose from. The hotel bar serves good beer on tap. Ordered a pizza as a snack. The pizza was well made and very good. Definitely not bar food. Spacious lobby to just relax in.
