Good quality hotel, clean room, breakfeast ok.

-Room facing the main road, window cannot be opened as it is very loud -Minibar broken, cannot be used, only received the answer to a complaint: "Problem is known", no solution to the problem -Door chip card broken, room door can only be opened after trying several times (holding it against the sensor in all directions), problem passed on to staff but no improvement -Beds very uncomfortable, mattress...

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The rooms do have a safe and refrigerated mini bar and to my surprise a bathtub. Breakfast includes everything from eggs, bacon, cheese, jogurt, fresh fruits and breads. There is a tram stop directly in front of the hotel making it very easy to travel around. Checking in and out is very easy and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was not really organized, shower without glass, no fridge and cabinet for the clothes. Bad not comfortable

The location of the hotel is great. All sights can be easily reached by train. Great advice on what you can do in the city and what is a must for Kassel. Buying the tourist meinCard is highly recommended. You can use a wide range of free offers with the card.

It’s in good location close to the train station and about 10 minutes walk to the city centre. But it’s an old hotel, and everything in it is old but the beds are comfortable.

A fine stay at the hotel. Situated near the Bahnhof. The Bergpark was the main reason for the trip to Kassel.

Clean and bright, good stay experience. There is a fan, which is enough. Sparkling water is provided every day, which is very good.

Centrally located and very friendly staff! The equipment is simple and a bit older, but everything you need is there and very clean! The breakfast in buffet form is also recommended, everything is of good quality and it is "replenished" until shortly before the end of breakfast time. In short, great value for money, we'd love to come back!

Very friendly and helpful reception. I booked on the go while traveling therefore I wasn’t expecting much and instead I was amazed how nice was the room which was given to me on the 5th floor with outstanding terrace and view! I felt like I was in a small castle back in time! Thanks a lot and whenever I will be traveling around that area I for sure will book again here.

Not modern, but good. It still has a lot of 50s interior. If you like that kind of stuff you should visit. Pretty much in the centre of Kassel. Parking might be an issue. Only payed on public parking place.

The hotel in itself is ok. The location is good and the rooms are comfy enough. But, the hotel could do with some upgrading when it comes to furniture and paint etc. The bathroom was really sad. The breakfast was not up to scratch either. One plus was the super friendly front desk staff.

The little hotel is good for what it is - catering to travellers who stay for just one night. Room and bed was clean, breakfast was OK, nothing to write home about. Price is very reasonable.

房間很乾凈，地毯和床上用品都令人看得很舒服。雖然房間面積比較小，但是佈局比較合理，空間利用也科學，靠窗的兩側設定了牆龕，一個作工作台，一個作迷你水吧枱，夠用。出差嘛，不能像家裡一樣。早餐比較簡單，每天都是相同品種，且不多，填飽肚子應該沒問題。看那些德國人吃得津津有味，乾淨衞生是首要。 然後遇到一個問題，也莫名其妙地解決了：訂酒店時我們是定了含早餐的，入住時前台查了記錄説沒有早餐，跟攜程聯繫，攜程不錯，説你們先吃，後面如果酒店跟我們另外要早餐錢，攜程會為我們報銷。結果離店時酒店啥也沒説，直接交了房卡走人。不知是攜程溝通妥了還是酒店忘收了，總之我們沒再另外付早餐錢。本來嘛，就是含了早餐的。 總之，這家酒店感覺還不錯。

You can see the sign immediately to the right after leaving the station. It's very reassuring for arriving passengers with suitcases. The tram leaves right in front of it. I was impressed by the very efficient layout. However, since it's in front of the station, there is some noise! ​​There is no air conditioning, so I couldn't open the window, so it was a little hot.

The room is OK, but there is no parking space, which is very troublesome

The room is very small. The bed in the standard room is only 0.8 meters, and the bed in the king room is 1.5 meters. There is only a bottle of water and a two-in-one shower shampoo in the room. There is no kettle, slippers, toothbrush or soap. The windows are poorly soundproofed. The sound of the train is quite loud. The heating in the room is not very effective and it is quite cold. Nice hotel in a ok but not super location, outdoor parking that seamed safe. Kept my bike there overnight without any issues.

The hotel is quite traditional. There is a free mini bar and breakfast in the mornings. There is a restaurant on site as well. Throwing distance from the train station.

The rooms are big enough, very clean, "all-in" bathroom, TV, small fridge, comfy bed, very good wi-fi, fitness room, pretty good breakfast. 200m from hotel there is a tram station (#1 & #3) and till center there is only one station (~1.2 km on foot). This is definitely a goos option when in Kassel.

I was having a job interview 3 years ago in Kassel and then I booked a room here. It was a pleasant stay in a nice and quiet room for no smokers, with decent breakfast on the next morning. I got the job, which unfortunately was not as good as I expected, hahah

Good equipped rooms with enough space. Good breakfast. Dog friendly. Free parking if you are lucky get a parking lot. Internet is extremely slow.

Hello im the musician who stayed at weekend. This morning I had to get a bus to Hamburg at 5:40am. I tried to go into reception and pay for room but it was locked and nobody there.. Very comfortable, confident workers and well-served with public transportation.

The location is excellent. It is right at the center of the city just a few mins walk from the station as well as from all major tourist attractions like Friedrichsplatz, Orangerie, Markthalle and Grimmwelt. There are lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff at the reception was very nice and friendly.

Rooms are comfortable but the breakfast is quite minimalistic and the room amenities would need to be rethought (e.g. there's a nespresso coffee machine in the room but you have to pay a ridiculous 1.5 euro to use one capsule).

I was last here 6 years ago. Nothing has changed. Everything is still the same. Unfortunately. Parking spaces at the house. Rooms mostly in the annexe. Room access card available at reception or at night safe You can't get into the main building with the card. In the hallway there is a fridge with drinks and one for cooling food. Elevator available. Quiet location. Rooms, some with a balcony, are modern...

Nice, well-kept hotel with really nice rooms at reasonable prices. However, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Therefore, unfortunately, only 3 out of 5 stars.
