房間很乾凈，地毯和床上用品都令人看得很舒服。雖然房間面積比較小，但是佈局比較合理，空間利用也科學，靠窗的兩側設定了牆龕，一個作工作台，一個作迷你水吧枱，夠用。出差嘛，不能像家裡一樣。早餐比較簡單，每天都是相同品種，且不多，填飽肚子應該沒問題。看那些德國人吃得津津有味，乾淨衞生是首要。 然後遇到一個問題，也莫名其妙地解決了：訂酒店時我們是定了含早餐的，入住時前台查了記錄説沒有早餐，跟攜程聯繫，攜程不錯，説你們先吃，後面如果酒店跟我們另外要早餐錢，攜程會為我們報銷。結果離店時酒店啥也沒説，直接交了房卡走人。不知是攜程溝通妥了還是酒店忘收了，總之我們沒再另外付早餐錢。本來嘛，就是含了早餐的。 總之，這家酒店感覺還不錯。

You can see the sign immediately to the right after leaving the station. It's very reassuring for arriving passengers with suitcases. The tram leaves right in front of it. I was impressed by the very efficient layout. However, since it's in front of the station, there is some noise! ​​There is no air conditioning, so I couldn't open the window, so it was a little hot.

+ Very close to train Station + Okish rooms + easy checkin & checkout process + multiple payment options + clean and well maintained rooms - most of the staff member are not welcoming; limited not no hospitality - limited breakfast option; i was told that breakfast is included but later i found that it was wrong info - a bit expensive - standard rooms are very noisy because of traffic - the washrooms...

The room is OK, but there is no parking space, which is very troublesome

The room is very small. The bed in the standard room is only 0.8 meters, and the bed in the king room is 1.5 meters. There is only a bottle of water and a two-in-one shower shampoo in the room. There is no kettle, slippers, toothbrush or soap. The windows are poorly soundproofed. The sound of the train is quite loud. The heating in the room is not very effective and it is quite cold. Very nice hotel and staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice room. Nearby both the railway station, Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe and Zoo am Rammelsberg. The only drawback is the traffic on the street outside, paved with cobblestone so every car makes a lot of noise. Nothing the hotel can do something about, and sleeping with the window shut may silence some of it.

20 minutes to breakfast closing i couldn’t order eggs; no excuse, no explanation, just: “NO”. 15 minutes to breakfast closing i couldn’t sit in the breakfast area. i come here to rest, not to get told what to do or what i can’t have.

-Room facing the main road, window cannot be opened as it is very loud -Minibar broken, cannot be used, only received the answer to a complaint: "Problem is known", no solution to the problem -Door chip card broken, room door can only be opened after trying several times (holding it against the sensor in all directions), problem passed on to staff but no improvement -Beds very uncomfortable, mattress...

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The rooms do have a safe and refrigerated mini bar and to my surprise a bathtub. Breakfast includes everything from eggs, bacon, cheese, jogurt, fresh fruits and breads. There is a tram stop directly in front of the hotel making it very easy to travel around. Checking in and out is very easy and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in the middle of Kassel (Köningsplatz) and 10 minutes walk to the Documenta fifteen centre ruruHaus , Fridericianum museum and Documenta halle. Trams and busses nearby to all places. It's my first time to visit this hotel and it's clean and spacious. 5mins walk to City Point and supermarket which is super convenient. Room is clean and modern, and I guess it's newly refurbished. Staff are super nice. Breakfast are good and more varieties to choose for. Though one of the mornings without hot water for shower which need to improve. For a 3-star hotel, it's really good.

Nice hotel in a ok but not super location, outdoor parking that seamed safe. Kept my bike there overnight without any issues.

Delicious traditional local dishes served in a lovely, half-timbered building, with an excellent beer garden. Prices are very reasonable given the atmosphere and quality of dishes.

We were travelling as a group to Poland and back and made this the mid point stop on the return journey. Staff were really helpful and breakfast was top notch . Even found us parking for our big van .

Hello im the musician who stayed at weekend. This morning I had to get a bus to Hamburg at 5:40am. I tried to go into reception and pay for room but it was locked and nobody there.. Very comfortable, confident workers and well-served with public transportation.

Not modern, but good. It still has a lot of 50s interior. If you like that kind of stuff you should visit. Pretty much in the centre of Kassel. Parking might be an issue. Only payed on public parking place.

The hotel in itself is ok. The location is good and the rooms are comfy enough. But, the hotel could do with some upgrading when it comes to furniture and paint etc. The bathroom was really sad. The breakfast was not up to scratch either. One plus was the super friendly front desk staff.

Absolutely top in the region. Mr. Manfred Bonn takes care of the guests themselves when time allows. The rooms are furnished in the most modern standard, so everyone feels comfortable and satisfied. I have arranged an event there myself ... all participants were to the complete satisfaction ... the staff is friendly...

Friendly family owned hotel. We came to the bar, and the owner came to talk to us;, suggesting good beer from the region. Room are fine size for a 2-3 business trip. Nothing special, just fine. Breakfast is fine. OK. Good. Restaurant very good, with local beer. Food is very well prepared. Even salad gives you enough enery. Well portion. Parking in the hotel and just across the street.

We had a short overnight stay, arriving late at night. Although we made arrangements for our keys to be left in a small safe at the entrance, the staff were still up and about at 11.30pm and happy to serve us at reception and the bar. Best hotel I‘ve went to. The staff is super nice and helps you anytime. And the food... the food is so good. I’ve never been so full in my life. If you’ll eat there (wich you should), you’ll be so full that you’ll probably only finish one meal.

This hotel is in a quiet location. Parking is free outside the hotel and in the car park next to it. The rooms are very large and exceptionally clean. Breakfast is excellent the food is fresh and great buffet choice. Its attached bar serves a wonderful choice of food. Excellently cooked. All the staff are very polite very helpful and professional. The hotel is also dog friendly. Will stay there again...

Nice hotel. There a restaurant and a pub for food and drink. Free wifi and parking available. Nearby offers limited shopping options. There a park and foredt trails for running, which are worth.

For a 3 star hotel it really is on the upper level. The rooms are not brand new but all clean, so are the bathrooms. The beds are a bit squeaky but not uncomfortable. Breakfast is solid and offers all an average person might want. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My four stars don't make it a 4 star hotel but a good 3 star hotel.

This is a really modern day hotel where you can spend a night or more if need be. The hotel offers 24/7 check in (and out) and has an early breakfast available. Every room gets a bottle of mineral water you can get at the reception hall. Every person gets a room key card. The rooms are divided into three three-story buildings. Nice hotel, well organised and prepared. We've stopped there for one night only on our way through Germany and it was exactly what we needed.

Quite good location - all else is ok

The room was great. It felt like a modern version of a 1950s room with earth tones, lots of wood trim and furnishings and natural uncarpeted floors. Both the room and bathroom were very large for both city center and European standards. Location couldn't be better downtown, near a number of good restaurants and shopping.

I like best westerns. In that case too. Large, comfortable rooms, quite nights and fantastic breakfast buffet. However, TV signal was broken and wasn't´t repaired within the afternoon ( Friday) as we were there + check in time is 15:30!!!

Very clean rooms, good service. Nicely situated in the center of the city. Fitness center attached to the hotel is excellent. The restaurant and fitness center are both located in adjoining mall, tho. A/c not really functioning in the room, and room service is only cold dishes. But very comfortable, generally.

Perfect location, right at the WILHELMSHÖHE schloss and the park with absolutely beautiful views. The staff was friendly. However for a 4 star hotel and the price our room and bathroom seemed small and outdated. Breakfast wasn’t great with slow service, long queue to coffee machine and rather stale baked goods. I guess it’s all about the location here but small improvements would create a great experience...

Excellent hotel! Smooth process at all levels. Plentiful buffet in the evening and in the morning. We had a great room, very clean, just the design of what is supposed to be a sink took a little getting used to. My recommendation: take advantage of the many offers and have a great time!

Great!!! Hotel, food, spa! I have rarely been to such a beautiful hotel. The quality is evident from the service to the food and high quality drinks. And all this is again crowned with a breathtaking environment. We will come again next year

Decent hotel, we stayed in their biggest suite which was like $600+ a night. I did like the suite and the huge deck was nice too but the decor was a little questionable at times. I didn't really mind that though, my biggest issue was the service. The staff was often rude or straight up condescending, especially during check-in. While their breakfast options weren't bad I expected more for $600+ a night

The design is a bit colorful for my taste. The shower installation needs refurbishment ( leaky tube, rust in the bath tub). Too many Emails!!!!

Great stay at Pentahotel Kassel! Super kid-friendly, staff made us feel welcome as a family, rooms are comfy, and location near the station is perfect. Best part: they still let you pay in cash (unlike those annoying cashless hotels). Relaxed vibe in the lounge and a good base for exploring Kassel!

Unfortunately our room wasn't clean and the toilet didn't flush. We then got a new room, but there was a broken shower tap and the bathroom wasn't really clean. We expected a little more for the price.

Big hotel with very big rooms. Breakfast is good. Style is classic, not modern. Wlan was not very stable during our stay. Staff is very kind and helpful. Parking is available for 8€/day.

The photos and features urgently need to be updated. According to the staff, the pool and sauna have not been active since Corona. The bar in the hotel was also closed two hours before closing time. The location is good as it is right next to the motorway.

The food was delicious. We were served by two women, the first one wasn't friendly and didn't feel like serving us. After a while we got another employee. We felt much more comfortable with her because she knew something about service and friendliness. The selection of dishes was sufficient.

Silent, comfortable and big room. The staff is very nice, the landscape is fantastic. Had the opportunity to dinner at the restaurant, arriving almost at kitchen closure time, but they served me anyway a fantastic meal.

We got the goose to share between two - very filling and oh so tasty. Wouldn’t recommend getting it for one unless you’re incredibly hungry. The kale was really nice too.
