What a great hotel. This is the hotel where we always stay. The swimming pool and sauna is very good. The staff were very nice and pleasant. Thank you Lastrada hotel. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The Hotel was good in general. The staff were helpful and kind. Rooms are quite big and comfortable, but the beds could be better. Bathrooms are also OK. Loved the sauna and swimming pool.

Large hotel perfect for events. Room very large, modern and clean. Restaurant and bar service is excellent. Large variety of food and drinks. Fast service considering the smount of attendees

La Strada is a place you want to lodge of you are around Kassel. The ambience, space, friendly staffs is top notch. I will surely lodge again if around Kassel

Very good hotel. Incredibly clean in the rooms. Very large and spacious. Beds are very comfy, shower pressure excellent. Rooms very quiet and great value.

A hotel booked for symposium with Bode die tur. A great location but why of why don’t they have air conditioning: but service was good.

Friendly staff, smart rooms, lovely outdoor terrace for eating and drinking. Only point to note is gym and pool are a tad too small to give five stars.

Great!!! Hotel, food, spa! I have rarely been to such a beautiful hotel. The quality is evident from the service to the food and high quality drinks. And all this is again crowned with a breathtaking environment

Excellent hotel! Smooth process at all levels. Plentiful buffet in the evening and in the morning. We had a great room, very clean, just the design of what is supposed to be a sink took a little getting used to

My recommendation: take advantage of the many offers and have a great time!

It felt like a modern version of a 1950s room with earth tones, lots of wood trim and furnishings and natural uncarpeted floors. Both the room and bathroom were very large for both city center and European standards

Large, comfortable rooms, quite nights and fantastic breakfast buffet. However, TV signal was broken and wasn't´t repaired within the afternoon ( Friday) as we were there + check in time is 15:30!!!

We spent the evenings at the hotel's own bar and were really well looked after. Here too, the staff were super attentive, tried very hard to give us a nice evening and even laughed with us

The breakfast was just lovely, great selection, everything was fresh and the staff even checked whether the coffee cups were empty and we needed a refill

It didn't feel like we were in a hotel at all. In short, if you are visiting Kassel, you are in really good hands here for a comfortable night's sleep

A well-run and rather comfortable hotel. Good soundproofing. Spacious room. Reinforcing sweetness at breakfast would be a good initiative. The staff is efficient and friendly. There is a lack of real parking.

The rooms have the odd scratch but that doesn't really bother you. The facilities are good, there are Nespresso machines and free Netflix streaming, which is not normal in this price category

The Hotel Palmenbad offers a very nice option: very good location near Wilhelmshöhe Park, tram in front of the building and good parking. The building is old but overall in good condition

For the price it's hard to beat. In the heart of Kassel. Very honest breakfast and filtered coffee. Rooms tidy. Old charm. Friendly staff.

Good location, unfortunately the wifi was not very stable

Not modern, but good. It still has a lot of 50s interior. If you like that kind of stuff you should visit. Pretty much in the centre of Kassel. Parking might be an issue. Only payed on public parking place.

The location is good and the rooms are comfy enough. But, the hotel could do with some upgrading when it comes to furniture and paint etc. The breakfast was not up to scratch either

A cheap hotel compared to other hotels in Kassel. The area is not the cleanest in Kassel, and it can be loud due to party music and traffic on the street, but for 1-2 nights it is still okay

A 2 star hotel you can book for a reasonable price. The hotel is located just 500 metres from the city area. A tram stop is about 150 metres away

Parking is free of charge on the premises of the hotel, but there are only 5 parking spaces available. The price for breakfast is 10 Euros now

It is a nice pleasant hotel, enjoyed the breakfasts. It is close to several other options for eating out and pretty decent for its value

The photos and features urgently need to be updated. According to the staff, the pool and sauna have not been active since Corona. The bar in the hotel was also closed two hours before closing time

The room is very good and clean. The surrounding environment is very quiet, the evening breeze is blowing, and it is very pleasant to sit on the rattan chair at the door of the hotel and watch the sunset

We asked the manager to come forward to solve the problem, and the reply was that the manager was off work. When asked what to do if we couldn’t take a shower, the reply was that he didn’t know

We negotiated with the front desk, and a bearded man received us very gentlemanly and calmly, accepting all our questions and complaints, but there was no clear solution or measures

The meaning is that we can only accept the reality of no hot water. When we raised our voices, the gentleman signaled us not to speak loudly, okay, then we will speak calmly

This hotel is in a very good location, in the city center, within walking distance to the Chocolate Museum and Cologne Cathedral. The hotel management is also very good!

I am in Kassel once a year for 3 nights! This was my first visit to Penta hotels and wont be my last! Funky rooms with lots of colour and an enormous comfortable bed! The staff are cool and very helpful! The food was excellent! It was the first time i looked forward to returning to my hotel at night! The southern fried chicken burger was 10 out of 10, the fish and chips was an 8( i just had fish and...

Best part: they still let you pay in cash (unlike those annoying cashless hotels). Relaxed vibe in the lounge and a good base for exploring Kassel!

Some of the staff were not so friendly. The food (salmon) was way overcooked but the breakfast was good. The underground parking was way too overpriced (€18 per day)

The design is a bit colorful for my taste. The shower installation needs refurbishment ( leaky tube, rust in the bath tub). Too many Emails!!!!

Great stay at Pentahotel Kassel! Super kid-friendly, staff made us feel welcome as a family, rooms are comfy, and location near the station is perfect

In addition, I needed a kettle and had to speak with the staff three times before it was finally brought to the room

The front desk is very friendly and the check-in is smooth. If you don't book breakfast in the morning, there will be free coffee and tea in the lobby from 7:15-9:00 AM. I drank two cups and it was not bad

It was close to Kassel hbf station, so it was convenient to use it as a base to get to various places in the surrounding area by train as well as within the city. The hotel and rooms were clean.

The room is very clean, with three single beds. Although it only has shower gel (no shampoo, no slippers, no kettle, and hair dryer), it is super close to the train station (Kassel Hbf)

Breakfast buffet is typical but there are quite an assortment to choose from. Staffs are very helpful and quick to assist. The front desk is very helpful and knowledgeable regarding walking/touring the area

The room is especially spacious and accommodating for staying longer and hiking. I like the floor of the shower area, those stones reminds me of my childhood

We enjoyed our overnight stay here and would definitely consider a longer stay next time. They gave us a baby bed so we could have our baby sleeping nearby
