SUPER

Rooms are comfortable but the breakfast is quite minimalistic and the room amenities would need to be rethought (e.g. there's a nespresso coffee machine in the room but you have to pay a ridiculous 1.5 euro to use one capsule).

Clean, good, good location but I did not found breakfast so nice, probably, because it was not so many people those days... honey was covering all minuses 😉

For 70 euros the value for price is OK, but it's not 4 stars. Bed and bathroom good, central, quiet area, free parking, friendly staff.

Hotel is in proces of refurbishing, nice light clean rooms. The beds where perfectly... All over a good stay, look for deals on online platforms.

Clean hotel , friendly staff , the hotel during the corona is totally quite like a ghost hotel even when on it the center and front of the main station , easy access to all the center , room was pretty big , I compare with Ibis rooms let’s say , in the winter probably you will be fine as the hotel facing the sun the whole day so the room was pretty warm , no aircon was working so I opened the windows...

Cosy place to stay. Neat rooms, enough place and nicely dressed. Kind personel and good atmosphere. Just a few hundred meters to the city centre. Nice park in front of the hotel within 100 meters.

This place is marvelous. It may not have so amenities, but you are staying in a place that was constructed about the time of Columbus' journey. Has an amazing spiral staircase.

Visited this place on a summer trip to my family in Poland. In all the hotel was a 4/5 but i'll separate it. The rooms were what you'd expect in a cheap eu hotel and service was outstanding, especially breakfast. Finally the location. It wasn't ideal to stay there during day but in the small city of Kassel sleeping during night was not a problem. The traffic at night was low and the room sound insulation...

Set beside a river, I woke up to the sound of a cat meowing. People were fishing on a walking trail by the river. I got to watch them while I ate breakfast for 17€. The bathroom made no sense. Shower door leaked. Could sit on the toilet without running into a wall. I arrived late (10pm) and there was a note describing how I could get my room key. I finished check-in in the morning. The system worked...

Stayed here for 1 day on our way to Hamburg. What a nice location directly on the Fulda River, Room had a great view with Balcony to sit and take it in. Bedroom and small living room was separated with a sofa, table. Everything was clean Bathroom was ok and we had nice and hot water. We didn't check every nook and cranny but overall good value for the price. We added the Breakfast and had no complaints...

Family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed for one night. Got apartment 1 which was perfect with both pingpong table and fussball table. Separate bedroom for the adults. Can recommend this place for quick stop-overs!

Fantastic hotel at the price point. Great hearty food. Views over the river absolutely stunning. Highly recommend renting a boat for the day to explore the Fulda. Some additional facilities like dipping pool, sauna and gym.

Ok hotel. We booked a room for 4 people but when we arrived they only had a room for two people so we had to use our camp beds that we brought. But lovely food and lovely view of the river.

Perfect location, right at the WILHELMSHÖHE schloss and the park with absolutely beautiful views. The staff was friendly. However for a 4 star hotel and the price our room and bathroom seemed small and outdated. Breakfast wasn’t great with slow service, long queue to coffee machine and rather stale baked goods. I guess it’s all about the location here but small improvements would create a great experience...

Excellent hotel! Smooth process at all levels. Plentiful buffet in the evening and in the morning. We had a great room, very clean, just the design of what is supposed to be a sink took a little getting used to. My recommendation: take advantage of the many offers and have a great time!

Great!!! Hotel, food, spa! I have rarely been to such a beautiful hotel. The quality is evident from the service to the food and high quality drinks. And all this is again crowned with a breathtaking environment. We will come again next year

Decent hotel, we stayed in their biggest suite which was like $600+ a night. I did like the suite and the huge deck was nice too but the decor was a little questionable at times. I didn't really mind that though, my biggest issue was the service. The staff was often rude or straight up condescending, especially during check-in. While their breakfast options weren't bad I expected more for $600+ a night

Hotel is in a nicely quiet spot in the city. Tram is right outside, easily get around the city. Grocery store around the corner is great. Rooms are a little small and warm but satisfied our needs. Wonderful European breakfast. Has a fitness room and sauna on the top floor. Great staff to help with anything you might need, thank you Irina!

Good food, nice staff. Wifi is an issue if ur room is at the end of a corridor...avoid room numbers ending xx16 . But besides that hotel is really fine.

Very nice hotel. From Apple TV to spacy rooms or a smaller but very tasty breakfast. It is an example that you can create a nice experience when you understand the customer.

Best service and room (& Food) compared to all the hotels we stayed in during our two week roadtrip in Germany. Less pricey than the others and better quality, who can say no to that? They were also glad to talk English to us which is less common than you would think! Nice rooms, great service and a breakfast buffet that I rarely eat on quality business trips.

Spacious comfortable rooms. Curtains create enough darkness in the mornings. There is a bit of noise coming from the street, but not too bad. Beds are comfortable, but the cushions are too soft, i strained my neck. Bathroom is comfortable. The spa and swimming pool is excellent! Breakfast is good during weekends, plenty of choice. But on weekdays they offer very little, which annoyed me. I'd expect...

very good hotel. The room is bright and comfortable. Breakfast buffet with a wide selection. Swimming pool and sauna are available for guests. The tram stop is just a few meters from the hotel and tickets are free for guests. We recommend . I will gladly come again!

Very good hotel. It doesn't look too pretty outside, but when you enter you will be surprised how beautiful it is. The room we had was very comfortable, if a little small. The bed was just right. The bathroom was spacious and had both the bath and a shower. There is a great restaurant in the hotel too. Book through the internet, as they have higher prices for people from the street.

Ok Hotel and price/quality is correct. Clean and OK standard, but no a/c in room so be prepared for a hot night during summertime. Hotel itself could have got 4 stars, but poor service and breakfast made me drop to 3 stars.

Some how it was clean and the location was the special for this hotel. But the behaviour of staff in some cases were not friendly.

Nice Hotel. Breakfast always incl. in room charge. Breakfast on the bill mentioned with 4.80€. Perfect price for all people employed in Germany. Rooms are small and you should try to get a room located at the back of the building. Cobblestones on the road might bother your sleep.

Cosy and conveniently placed, rooms are spacious and clean, receptionists always smiling and willing to help.

The food was delicious. We were served by two women, the first one wasn't friendly and didn't feel like serving us. After a while we got another employee. We felt much more comfortable with her because she knew something about service and friendliness. The selection of dishes was sufficient.

The hotel was fine for a basic short stay. It seemed clean and reasonably priced. The gym and sauna at the time of visit were available for 1 hour blocks for one person, which was nice. Some of the staff were not so friendly. The food (salmon) was way overcooked but the breakfast was good. The underground parking was way too overpriced (€18 per day).

Small but conveniently located minutes away from the main train station. Good service, good breakfast, nice bar and a small but well equipped gym. The price/quality ratio is good. Unfortunately not a great place to be on hot days as there is no air conditioning in the rooms.

Great stay and good food. Underground parking a bit expensive at €18 (outch). Had an extra charge on my credit card after checkout and still haven’t figured out what for. Not good. Otherwise would have been 5*

Room was average for the money and the star rating I was expecting more is regards quality. It was a smoking room but needs some plug in or spray to help with the stale smoke smell. Comfortable beds and clean sheets.

Very nice, clean, large, spacious, modern, attractive hotel with numerous conference rooms, great breakfast with two kinds of salmon 🍣, scrambled eggs with other ingredients freshly prepared in the show kitchen, etc. - this breakfast should definitely not be neglected!

Very friendly and helpful reception. I booked on the go while traveling therefore I wasn’t expecting much and instead I was amazed how nice was the room which was given to me on the 5th floor with outstanding terrace and view! I felt like I was in a small castle back in time! Thanks a lot and whenever I will be traveling around that area I for sure will book again here.

Very nice hotel. Spacious and super clean room but I didn't like the fact that one of my room neighbors hit the wall yelling at me because I was talking (not shouting) on the phone and he was probably trying to sleep. Hotel rooms are supposed to be hermetically closed once the door is shut.

The room was as expected and there is a good restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was also good. Nothing to complain in general. When you stay there for business travel and you have to go to VW, it is even a faster drive distance as google says.

Late arrival, but the staff was friendly and efficient. The room had everything we needed for our stay. Some of the other clientele may have been a bit sketch, but quieted down by 2100 so not a problem. Pool and spa closed because of COVID. Hotel could use a little TLC from corporate to spiff things up a bit in the lobby and hallways but it was a refuge for a much needed rest from travel. Departed...

It was perfect for one night stay, clean and comfortable, near the motorway.

The rooms are fresh and nice, the receptionist felt really Serviceminded, the breakfast was"ok" but definitly not worth 15€ for the small amount of available options.
